Fantastic experience: Been to this emergency treatment facility today, absolutely fantastic service by Michelle & Jo, i cannot praise them enough i had severe wisdom tooth pain and they treated this by removing the tooth, i had no pain and they relaxed me through my visit. Fantastic experience: Dentists are a necessity when in severe pain as I have been over the last week. Apprehensive and with sheer dread, I had to book an emergency appointment. I’d had a wisdom tooth root canal carried out over 14 years ago which had now cracked, some crumbling with an accompanying abscess. Michelle and Joanne put me at ease with their smiley welcome. After asking my dental issue, Michelle took care while looking at the troubling area in my mouth. X-ray taken. Then the dreaded injections, heart now working overtime, Michelle talking to me throughout helping me keep my breathing under control, my usual tears and sweats not appearing at all. Once numb, the tooth removal began and was completed within moments. This is without doubt the most wonderful dentists I’ve had ever met, I feel privileged that they treated me today. If, like me, reluctant to get your painful dental needs sorted, these ladies will certainly enable you the professional care, consideration, patience with a lovely demeanour and smile. I can’t thank them enough, THANK YOU.

Fantastic experience: I was in that much pain I was on the verge of pulling a tooth out myself. It was beyond toothache I'd tried everything I had bought shares in Anadin I haven't drank in years and I was holding booze on the tooth and it didn't work either .Taken everything in the house even Bob Martin's nothing worked. I got an appointment that afternoon and I was expecting to be turned away because of the problem I had. But honestly as soon as I was in the seat it was over tooth gone. I'm not the only one who doesn't like the dentist it's human nature. But that was the best experience from having pain levels on max to nothing In seconds I told the dentist and the dental nurse that I loved them both and that exact moment in time I really did. Anyone who is scared of the dentist and like me since COVID doesn't have a dentist try here they do more than just their job and didn't judge me for my fears and they were there to help and I can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Can't fault a single thing about this practice - everyone was so friendly, from the reception waiting area to the dentists seat was a pleasant experience. I had a broke molar and abscess causing severe pain, within 5 minutes I had an X-Ray and the option to have it pulled or undergo root canal (which the nurse explained to me had its risks) so I opted for the removal. It was done so quickly and painlessly! Couldn't believe it. I've been mishandled and turned away so much in the past at other practices, but this experience has hit all the positive marks. A huge thank you to the team for their kindness and their help

Fantastic experience: Needed emergency treatment to have a broken tooth removed that had been causing severe facial pain. NHS 111 were pretty useless and kept giving me phone numbers of dentists that were not even open on a weekend! begrudgingly i waited until the Monday to call the the Access Dental Shrewsbury, to be told they do not have emergency clinics on a Monday and to call the Oswestry one, finally got through and booked an appointment for later that day. I am quite a scared patient when it comes to the dentist, hasn't helped that i have not had pleasant experiences in the past, but... even the nice receptionist made me feel at ease when i called to book the appointment. I went and the dentist herself could not of been any more accommodating, she put me at ease straight away, distracted me from what was going on by just talking about random things and i never felt a thing, from the moment the anesthetic went in to the moment the tooth came out! i actually left thanking them and smiling rather than feeling like i had been traumatized which is what usually happens. If i could visit this dentist all the time then i would happily go. Cannot recommend it enough :)

Negative experience: Was advised by 111 to ring for an emergency appointment. But it's always line busy or automated and they dont get back to you. Yes it's an emergency been over 1wk and have possible abcess around a snapped tooth!

Negative experience: They just don't answer the phone. Been calling for 3 days straight and all I get is the busy tone and then automated thing that let's you leave a message, which they ignore anyway. I got referred here for an emergency appointment.. EMERGENCY!.. completely useless. If you ever actually get back to me and I end up coming for the appointment I will change my review. Until then though it stays 1 star. Emergency service that's massively restricted this way is NOT an emergency service.

Fantastic experience: I was in desperate need for access to a dentist. The young lady at the reception through to the dentist and the dentists aid, I had the best royal treatment a person could ask for. I left that dentist with the biggest Hollywood smile and feeling so happy. Marks out of 10 I give them 100. If I need to see a dentist again I would wish it for it to be these people. Fantastic customer service and top marks for the best dentistry ever.

Fantastic experience: I had to use the emergency dental service for a broken tooth. The treatment was great, I was kept informed throughout the process by the dentist. I'm pretty nervous of dental visits but all of the staff were extremely friendly and professional and helped put my nerves at ease!
