Fantastic experience: I went to DermaDoc a couple weeks ago since it is so close to where I live. I wanted to try since it’s got great reviews. I was used to being pampered by my previous doctor before and after the process. With Dr. Firhaas, the process was very quick. He was very professional at explaining to me where and how the treatment should go and work. I did not get any bruises afterwards which was fantastic, not much pampering though but the results are very good! I look forward to coming here again

Fantastic experience: I have just celebrated my 10year anniversary of going to Dermadoc. I have said it before and I’ll say it again, I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my beauty treatments. Dr Firhaas and his team are impeccable and second to none. They’re always happy and friendly. Seeing Dr Firhaas is like catching up with a long term friend, he takes his time to find out exactly what results you’d like, then works his magic. As a celebration of 10yrs, I took in a picture, of work he’d done (on me, not a random celebrity picture) and asked if it was possible (a few years on) to look the same again. Not only was it possible he made me look even better!!! Please don’t waste your money at other places that have, either unskilled staff or greedy drs, you deserve to be seen by the best! Dr Firhaas will advise you on what should be done and he’s honest when it comes to procedures that aren’t needed, his honesty and what can only be described as cosmetic artistry is what’s kept me a loyal customer for 10yrs. My mum is very anti when it comes to any cosmetic enhancement and is very vocal in her opinions. I chose to play a little joke and not tell her I’d gone for my usual Xmas glow up. I saw her days later only for her to gush compliments about how “amazing” I looked and “so well rested,” she couldn’t believe i was “looking so well”. Fantastic experience: I am no longer a (cosmeceutical) virgin! This was my first ever procedure so I was nervous and also a bit sceptical. I needn’t have been either. Dr Ziad and his brother are both so friendly, engaging, smiley, attentive, reassuring and patient throughout. I was completely put at ease! Everything was explained clearly and efficiently and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. The clinic is very professionally run and my treatment was done extremely well and quickly. I felt like I was in expert hands. As a plus, I was in and out in about 20 minutes which was amazing as I’m always too busy! The clinic is clean and nice and I enjoyed my time there. I had a hyraulonic acid treatment in the under eye area and it’s made a really big difference. I was surprised. The area now looks fresh, youthful and spongy instead of pinched, aged and a bit sunken, to be honest!! I was really, really impressed to know it will last at least a year too so it was money well spent. Thank you soooo much!
