Fantastic experience: After finishing my treatment of invisalign at The Whyte House I can now give my full review. Dr Grant is very warm, welcoming and friendly he is extremely good at what he does and the girls that assist him are equally as friendly and very knowledgeable in what they are doing. I hated my front teeth and after about 8 months of wearing invisalign my teeth have improved so much. I experienced fixed braces before hand but sadly my teeth had moved so I decided to give this a go. It's well worth the cost and affordable. The girls at reception are very welcoming, wait times are fast. They always saw me very promptly for my appointments. I would definately recommend this dental practice. Fantastic experience: My goodness what a service I had this morning at 8:30 I haven’t been to the dentist for many years because of Previous bad experiences. Consequently, it’s made me extremely nervous of going to the dentist. After initial consultation with Tim at the Whyte House I left feeling confident to go back and have the treatment that he explained I needed. 830 this morning Tim explained again what he was doing he put me totally at ease. I can honestly say I didn’t feel the anaesthetic going into my gum I’m so grateful that for the first time in 20 years I am not nervous about going back for my next visit. Thank you Tim

Negative experience: THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER here. The man I saw for my appointment laughed at me, told me he “couldn’t take me seriously” because my teeth weren’t good enough and then completely misdiagnosed me. I had to go and see someone else at inspired dental care in Exeter and they were amazing and helpful. The secretary’s here are also rude. I have never experienced such bad service.

Public transport/parking is easily accessible.

Positive experience: Good dentists and I received very good care when I had a filling done. I also asked to check if my 1 year old daughter had an extra tooth growing and was charged full price for a 10 second inconclusive consultation. so was not so impressed with that

Fantastic experience: I attended the hygienist who was very thorough in examining my teeth and then scaling and polishing them. Terran was kind and gentle and I will be happy to make another appointment again, but less frequently, owing to the cost.

Fantastic experience: I got Invisalign at the Whyte House about 6 years ago now, and have been going to them ever since- absolutely loved the results. They are very accommodating for me as I work away all year, so always get me in with cancellation appointments. Lovely girls on reception and a very professional dental team. Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Second visit to a private practice, service is second to none. Very friendly practice. Saw Hygienist and Dentist, both very thorough and great at explaining the procedure. I’m just having to get used to the cost after being with an NHS practice ever since I can remember, but the service is worlds apart. Thank you to Tim (dentist) and Tarran (hygienist) for making a much dreaded visit a comfortable one. Would highly recommend this practice.

Positive experience: I had to wait a while to be seen but got very sympathetic and good advice from the dentist I saw. Referred for further treatment which I hope won't be too painful...I'm such a wimp when it comes to injections even if I am basically quite strong and confident as a person.

Fantastic experience: In my 60 years experience of receiving dentistry in the UK I rate this as one of the best dental practices! I am happy to drive from Wellington -Kam is calm and efficient and always explains the process so I can relax leaving a walk along the river before home. What’s not to love?

Fantastic experience: I recently received a heavy knock to the face which very sadly dislodged a tooth and I was very apprehensive about having it looked at! I hadn't met my new dentist before but Celia and Jessica immediately put me at ease by their kind, considerate, professional manner and good sense of humour! They were both absolutely lovely and I can't fault them at all. I really did appreciate their help. The receptionists were also very helpful with getting me into see Celia as quickly as possible.

Fantastic experience: Have been an Invisalign and dental patient over the last 2 years and been very happy with the service provided. I'm cliché and never liked a trip to the dentist but I always feel comfortable and happy attending this practice. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and provide genuine care. The pricing is reasonable (granted it is still private dentistry) and scheduling all my appointments at the appropriate intervals has been surprisingly straight forward (when considering it's clearly an effective, popular and busy practice). As a specific example, I received a whitening kit at the end of my treatment which clearly states on the package to keep below 24C. I unfortunately left this in my car all afternoon without thinking on a surprisingly hot summer day. Checked with the practice just in case who promptly responded, informing me not to use it and that they'd provide another to be safe. It's taken some time but that's to be expected with Invisalign and my case wasn't straight forward. Many thanks to David and all the team!

Fantastic experience: Had a very positive experience at the Whyte House and am very happy with the results. Had whitening and composite bonding canine to canine and has completely changed my smile and confidence. Pratik was excellent the whole process, he is a perfectionist and gave me a really natural looking smile. I couldn't recommend him enough. Price was reasonable too.

Fantastic experience: Terran cleaned my teeth and I have to say she was the most gentle hygienist I have ever had. My teeth are now really clean, all the tea stains are off and they look really white. Terran kept making sure I was okay throughout my appointment . I have rebooked for 6 month time. I have now found my forever hygienist.

Fantastic experience: Celia was a very calming dentist particularly when it came to the injections, appointment went very smoothly and had no issues, almost happy to go back to a dentist. Her nurse jess made the appointment nice and breezy not stressful at all

Fantastic experience: All good and a hassle free experience. One of the questions on the post visit questionnaire was rather entertaining which was asking if I enjoyed the visit! I think if you actually enjoyed any sort of visit to a dentist, your salary might have to be questioned! Having said that if you've got to go this would be the place. It's pleasant and relaxing and I would always tend to suggest everyone looks after their dental hygiene is significantly worse if you end up having to have something like a root canal or something.

Fantastic experience: Your practice is nearly perfect. From the receptionists, to the dentists and their assistants, all are welcoming and put you at ease. My only slight issue is where the waiting room is, downstairs. Quite often I’ve gone downstairs and just sat down when I’ve then been asked to go back upstairs for my appointment. Guess I’m just lazy.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Grant McAree enough. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed and I was completely sold to go through with Invisalign from the first consultation. It was evident that he was the man for the job. My smile has always been one of my biggest insecurities and it has been completely transformed, something I didn’t even think was possible. I couldn’t be more pleased and to have someone help you to achieve that and genuinely want to make a difference makes the experience all the more positive. A massive thank you to the team too, for being accommodating with all appointments.

The communication was excellent throughout the treatment; I felt very clear about the process and I always felt able to ask questions when I was unsure of something. Negative experience: I've had invisalign treatment in the whyte house by Dr Heads. During the treatment my crown and another front tooth have dropped down. This was due to my invisalign being fitted incorrectly. Apparently I haven't had enough buttons fitted on my teeth to hold my invisalign in the right place. When I asked for a second opinion from a more senior dentist Dr Grant. He announced that he will be ending my contract with the practice because I quote "you are not happy here and you should go back to poland ". I have made a decision not to go back there since I wasn't welcome there, and I made a complaint. The racial remarks have made me feel uncomfortable to say the least. I was shocked. I have now several wonky front teeth and have to spend money fixing my crown. Following my complaint to the practice I was reassured that they will refund my 4k. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting to see my money back in my account. These people only care about money. Do not be under any impression that this place cares about human beings. They won't care about you as a patient and person. Do not trust them. I've made this mistake and it's costing me dearly.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my experience at the Whyte house dental group. Really happy with the final outcome of Invisalign.

Positive experience: Treatment is good but admin could be improved. Appointment confirmations don't indicate whether it is for a check-up or hygienist. I had assumed this time was a check-up as I hadn't had one for some but it turned out to be hygienist again. When I asked at Reception when was my last check-up I was told 2021. I do feel that part of the care provided should be to remind you when a check-up is due/overdue.

Fantastic experience: Having had some shoddy and unhygienic work done at previous NHS dentists, I went to the Whyte House with a slight anxiety over dental procedures seeking Invisalign treatment. The Whyte House are extremely professional and friendly and after a free consultation with Kamil, a dental plan in which we could discuss my teeth health, concerns and prices, was agreed for some work (replacement of fillings) to be done before Invisalign can go ahead. The receptionist team are lovely, and I even showed up late to an appointment due to traffic and they managed to squeeze me in to accommodate. Kamil and his dental nurses are all lovely and welcoming, the surgery is really clean and it's reassuring to see him scrub up properly before a procedure and do glove changes during procedures (something my previous NHS dentists did NOT do). Kamil has relaxing music playing during appointments which definitely helps - for the first time ever I actually enjoyed having dental work done and am excited to go back for my next appointment. Kamil is by far the best dentist I have had, and cares very much for his work and the welfare of his patients. Plus the fillings I have had done I am so impressed with - you couldn't even tell I have them as the quality of his work is so good! Plus the previous ongoing pain and sensitivty from my old shoddy fillings has now gone. I throughly recommend the Whyte - its very clear to see why they have won so many awards.

Negative experience: Try the local butcher; he could do a better job than these people. I was treated like an object in this practice by so-called “professionals” who rushed me out with stuff left in my mouth, management who didn't care about reasonable requests, and staff who hung up on me when, on their asks, I was politely explaining the reasons for canceling my registration. As mentioned above, there is a butcher on the same road. Try that one; it should be better.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my braces with Whyte House Dental and couldn’t be happier! I had Invisalign on my top teeth and fixed braces on my bottom, for just over a year David was brilliant, super friendly and knowledgeable! I had a accident on my push bike part way through my treatment and he was brilliant! The whole team was! Would 100% recommend and am also now a regular patient at Whyte house ❤️✌️

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic first experience with Whyte House Dental. I brought my son in as an emergency as he cracked more than half his front tooth on holiday. Tim saw him quickly, did a pain free repair there and then and gave great advice. Super friendly and efficient receptionists too. A great experience and we've now all registered.

Positive experience: Although the dentist is wonderful and I have no complaints of dental treatment , the communication and service from reception is not as good. I have only been with the practice for a year. Very long wait times as you would expect in these days but to then have my appointment cancelled as overbooked, forgotten about and had to be rebooked in again, all with longer and longer waits, ultimately resulting in having an extraction due to months waiting to finally get my appointments done.

Fantastic experience: I thought the hygienist I saw ,a lady called Toni was very informative and attentive to my needs . A thorough examination and I enjoyed my time with her . However I was asked to wait to see her on the ground floor,opposite a door that was opening close to me and opposite the toilet door ,not a nice experience ,would much preferred the waiting room !

Fantastic experience: I was treated today by Whytehouse for an infection on my wisdom teeth. Everyone I interacted with from booking the appointment to the appointment itself were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The receptionist particularly was really kind and made me feel cared for when I called first thing in the morning. The appointment itself was very quick about thorough and every was well explained to me. Cannot recommend them enough if you can afford to go private.

Fantastic experience: I have never written a review in my life, but these guys deserve it. They are 5 stars in every aspect. Everyone that works has an infectious smile and v. Helpful. A very affordable treatment in comparison to the options of my last tooth guy. Yet these guys proper pros (especially Dr Kamil), it’s defo worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: No doubts with my top star rating for the Whyte House- my dentist, my hygienist and the reception staff, all work professionally, with care and with geniality. In particular, David has done a fabulous and life changing job with straightening my teeth using Invisalign. I am 72 years old. My teeth were not the easiest to correct. David did not give up. He continued working to the very highest of standards and achieved the best possible outcome for me. I am delighted with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending David to give you a confident, much improved smile.

They don’t “tell me off”, just make suggestions for improvements in your dental routine. I’m so pleased we found them.

Negative experience: Excellent work done by them, don't get me wrong, but be aware of the mounting costs they fail to mention! A After a "simple checkup"...that I paid in advance...for I was met with a £70 bill at the end for xrays that I neither asked for nor was informed of the additional fee with the option to refuse! Not impressed...be more transparent please! Try and be more about the patient, and less about the money!

Fantastic experience: Currently going through the process of Invisalign and the results are amazing. After initially going to the Whytehouse after years of neglect; Grant and the team made me feel at ease and instantly removed any fears I previously had. I am now seeing David the orthodontist and even though the treatment is not finished yet I am now confident smiling in public and in photos for the first time ever.

Positive experience: I made an emergency appointment with the Whyte house due to tooth pain which needed an extraction. Prior to attending the appointment I paid 70 for the consultation (appx 15-30 mins). My teeth were xrayed and then it was agreed for a simple extraction. On agreeing this the dentist told me the charge for the tooth would be 150 pounds. No On the website the charge (and I have screenshots for proof) are 50 pounds. I told this to the dentist (who was lovely by the way) and his understanding was ‘the extractions get more expensive the further back you go’. I would not have minded if I had a clear understanding of this prior, however tooth pain is awful and I did pay it, however from a legal perspective I would suggest that if you are going to lure people in and charge them and extra 100 than they expected it would be preferable to do this on your website so they have an awareness before hand. Please remember that many people in this economic climate are choosing between their health and eating. The dentis I saw was very professional, clean and tidy. The procedure went well and I was told to rinse with salt water as aftercare. As much as I was happy with the procedure I will not be attending whyte house again purely on the basis of the price not being depicted truely on the website. Thankyou very much

Fantastic experience: I want to leave a review for Dimple and her fantastic dental nurse. Dimple has really helped me gain confidence in going to the dentists again. She is confident, a friendly, fun but professional manager and is incredibly knowledgeable. Both ladies have made dental work easier to cope with. I feel so much better about my dental health now and happier with my teeth!
