Fantastic experience: A very friendly and highly professional team who provided an excellent service from start to finish. Alister, the orthodontist is exceptional, and all the therapists and dental nurses are highly treating and excellent. The surgery is equipped with very sophisticated equipment that maps your teeth and models their change. The treatment is painless and very effective, providing very good results. Aftercare service is thorough too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: If you are like me pondering for hours on end over whether to take on the commitment at Pallant Orthodontics. My advice… DO IT NOW.. !! I wish I had done it years ago!! I read all the reviews several times too! I have been wearing my Invisalign Aligners for 6 months. The results are amazingly noticeable in this short space of time. Positive experience: Really great experience but worth getting comparative consultations as Pallant turned out to be more expensive than other orthodontic practitioners so we sadly had to choose not to go ahead with Pallant however the experience we had I can’t fault.

Fantastic experience: Had my last wisdom tooth out at the dentist and needed new retainers. Moved out of area since I had orthodontic treatment so had to find a new orthodontist in Chichester to provide a retainer service. Pallant Orthodontists saw me quickly after the tooth extraction and the retainers arrived very quickly after my teeth were scanned. The staff were all really nice too!

Fantastic experience: From beginning to end we received a five star service from the team at Pallant Orthodontics. Both children found the experience of having braces so much better than expected and that’s definitely down to how lovely everyone here was throughout the process. The girls at reception were always bubbly and Alistair and the other orthodontists also really really nice. Fantastic experience: Pallant Orthodontics have been brilliant from initial consultation all the way through treatment and after. Their staff are kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I know many people who have had horror stories with online alternatives to Invisalign, and I'm so glad I went with a local, reputable, regulated orthodontist. I was involved with decisions in my treatment at all stages and the convenience of using the app to send in images to track progress made life so much simpler. Fantastic experience: I have been on an amazing journey with Pallant Ortho - they have been very attentive and accommodating and have helped me completestraightening my bottom front teeth with aligners (I was not convinced but they work exceptionally well and are easy to get on with) following removal of one awkward outlier tooth. I had a complex issue so my dentist referred me to Alistair as he totally trusts that there would be no pressure and no promises that couldn't be fulfilled. I've never had any issues getting appointments to suit me and I am able to communicate at any time which is invaluable as I live in West Wales. I'm astounded by what can be achieved, it's like magic! I never thought that my problems could be resolved without surgery (which the NHS told me was the only solution) and I am so happy that I found this practice and opted to take the treatment. Fantastic experience: I have been receiving orthodontic treatment from pallant for the last 3.5 years, it's been a long journey with fixed braces and with the complexity of my case, but the support and treatment from Alistair and his team has been great. Fantastic experience: Super pleased with my results. I had traditional braces which had been estimated to take 18 months, but they was ready and off in my 13th month. My case is not a straight forward one as I have an upper front tooth missing which previously had a bridge, I needed my teeth straightened to allow for a pernament implant which i am currently having done. Now my braces are off, pallant have removed my wonky bridge and given me a temporary tooth in a retainer to cover me till my implant is complete (i will get a new retainer after too!). I have uploaded a picture of it in with my after shots and you really wouldn't know! Thank up everyone at pallant

What a truly wonderful, experienced, accommodating and talented team…and so genuinely friendly and attentive. My aligners were sent to my address in Gloucestershire and I was able to carry out the majority of my treatment remotely, using my scanner to monitor my progress through the app, which was a huge help, as live between the UK and Europe. Fantastic experience: So happy with my new smile!! Would highly recommend Pallant Orthodontics! It's been a long journey, but I absolutely wouldn't change a thing! From the start with my consultation, all the way through to end of treatment - I have felt so looked after and supported by the team. The weekly scanning/monitoring from home was so easy, and the whole team during my visits to the practise were always friendly, cheerful and so welcoming (felt like a home away from home). Fantastic experience: From day 1 the Chichester branch have been INCREDIBLE. I initially started my enquiry back in Covid times so we had to start the process with video calls. I get really nervous doing zoom calls but instantly felt at ease chatting on the camera and to then also learn that infact going down the invisalign route would benefit me massively. Everytime I have been to branch (which to be fair over the 2 years wasnt that many times really considering) the ladies, and Alastair, have been so kind and caring. During my treatment I got engaged, married and unfortunately suffered a loss in the family. On all occasions the caring team sent cards & gifts to show they were thinking of us. They are so thoughtful and go above and beyond!! I cannot believe how much my smile has improved and feel so much happier now! I finished off the treatment with a small amount of composite bonding to my front 3 top teeth to finish the work. I have had so many compliments on my teeth ever since. I would highly recommend seeing Alastair and the team even if you are mildy considering orthodontics. I'm just sad that its all over now and I won't be seeing everybody again! :( Thankyou all so so so much xxx

Fantastic experience: My experience at Pallant was flawless from the client consulation with Meg, to the incredibly warm greetings at the front desk. I've now visited twice for regular hygienest appointments with Fran, she is utterly professional and makes it a lovely experience. Every time i leave with teeth so clean that i wish i could book in on a weekly basis! She is so thorough and makes what could be an uncomfortable experience, completely pain and discomfort free. Highly recommend her and the team at Pallant, its a well oiled machine and fantastic local business.

Fantastic experience: I'd looked at having braces 30 years ago, when I was 16, but was told I needed 4 teeth out and a victorian torture instrument called a head gear to sort them out. Recently, since I was the only one in the family without braces, I thought I'd see what could be done today and was surprised to find out that Invisalign would work without taking teeth out - technology has clearly moved on! The product was fantastic - really easy to use, painless, very few visits needed and produced an incredible result - straight teeth in ~2yr. Alastair and his team were all very competent, cheerful and thoughtful; they were happy to carry on to get the result I wanted. I particularly want to mention the reception staff who are so welcoming and professional. Very impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Well done Pallant.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from start to finish. I was a complex case with jaw pain and had many other practices decline to help me for fear of making any issues worse. Pallant took their time and worked with me over a course of three years using Invisalign to correct my bite and straighten my teeth. I am now pain free! I literally feel like I owe my life to them. Anyone with severe tmj will understand how debilitating this pain can be. I was extremely nervous but no issue I had was too small for them to talk to me about and they pretty much held my hand through the whole process to reassure me. I can't thank them enough. I have a beautiful smile. I'm more confident talking and most importantly I no longer get jaw pain. The care here is second to none. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: The time, care and so friendly welcome we have received throughout the process of aligning my son's teeth has been second to none. At all times and on every visit, my son has been listened to and reassured if he was a little apprehensive of what was coming next. The results are truly amazing, and so much better than I could have ever expected from the 'jumble of teeth' they started from. In addition, the care and attention we have received has been given by all of the team, not just a few. Starting from the smile, friendly greeting and conversation with the reception team when you walk through the door, through to the brilliant dental nurses and orthodontic specialists we have met over the past months. This orthodontic practice truly is the best and has achieved amazing results in a faster time than I expected too. In addition, even though my sons brace has been removed, as part of the treatment their care will continue as they check that all remains well over the coming year. Fantastic experience: Trust Pallant Orthodontics to deliver the help, expertise and treatment you need. ~18months ago, we helped arrange Invisalign for my son after reading a review here for this local practice. Treatment just finished, results have been great and all that he/we hoped for. Fantastic experience: From the minute I walked in to Pallant Orthodontics I was welcomed with open arms (socially distanced of course at the start of my treatment!). This is the easiest review to write because the experience was just so wonderful from start to finish.
