Fantastic experience: Front my first appointment with Adjay i felt extremely comfortable and confident that id chosen the right place to create a perfect smile. On my second appointment i was again given the most amazing service from Eva who took time to take all my scans. After this Chet went through all the details of my treatment and was able to show me end result of what my smile will look like! I cannot recommended Clear Smiles enough! Oh and lets not forget the great taste in music and skilful piano playing they have here!

The practice is lovely, doesn't feel like you're in a dentist when in the waiting area. Adjay, Dr Chet and Dr Maha have been great with everything so far from answering questions, consultations to starting the process of straightening my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Hi I had an appointment with Yanbo Yang today and I’ve been seeing him for almost a year. He is the only dentist that understood my actual insecurities rather than giving me shortcuts and making me feel like it’s a business. He genuinely cares about people, it’s not just a job to him he will do whatever it takes to help you get your perfect smile. I cannot recommend him enough. Fantastic experience: Both times I’ve been here, I’ve been treated with the highest level of respect and everyone is really polite and helpful. Adjay makes everyone feel welcomed and extremely valued individually, it’s been nearly 4 months since my initial consultation. He immediately puts his arm on my shoulder and says we’re going to batter you tomorrow, referencing the fact Arsenal play Manchester United and I’m an Arsenal fan. He’s remembered after nearly 4 months. That’s the level of care and attention! Chet was also brilliant, he really made me Understand what can be done to fix my teeth, he’s also a big anime fan so we got on really well, but he informed me that he can actually fix my teeth after years of being told no and that it couldn’t be done. He seemed genuinely excited about fixing them, you can tell it’s not a ‘job’ to him

Fantastic experience: I only went for a consultation but I was made to feel at ease as soon as I stepped through the door. I was given a bottle of water, which was appreciated as it was a hot day. The vibe there is very relaxed and when I was seen by Adjay, there was no judgement unlike other dental professionals I’ve seen.

Negative experience: While I can say that my teeth were ultimately fixed, the overall experience with Clear Smile Dentist left much to be desired. What began as a smooth and promising journey quickly deteriorated due to a series of frustrating issues. There were numerous delays throughout the treatment, with the originally promised completion time pushed back by over six months. Once the practice moved location, the personable and attentive experience I initially received seemed to disappear entirely. Communication became increasingly poor, with frequent delays in providing retainers and little to no updates unless I actively chased them. Appointments were often cancelled on the day with minimal notice, and several of the ones that did go ahead lasted less than five minutes — hardly worth the effort or travel. My experience started off as a solid five-star one, but as time went on and promises were broken, it soon became a one-star experience. They’re getting two stars purely because my teeth are somewhat completed — but I would not recommend them based on how things unfolded.

Fantastic experience: I came to Clear Smiles for a consultation and to talk about my dream smile with the wonderful Adjay, and what can I say! The consultation itself was thorough and I did not feel rushed, the space is comfortable and definitely doesn’t feel like a typical dental clinic, so this puts you at ease straight away. My favourite music was also playing which is a lovely personal touch. I was then seen by Dr Chet for my dental assessment and we took some x-rays of my teeth. Usually these are not explained but Chet talked me through what he could see which is always helpful! The team at Clear Smiles definitely understood the assignment, I couldn’t put my dream smile into better hands

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at Clear Smiles this week to start my clear aligner journey and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a friendly face and offered a hot drink. Micah went through all of the process clearly and answered all of my questions. Dr Chet took the time to introduce himself and explain everything. After my appointment I needed to breastfeed my baby and Dr Chet was kind enough to offer a room for me to do this in and the receptionist even bought me a cool bottle of water. Got my hygiene and teeth whitening done by Dr Jag who is so lovely and later got composite bonding done by Dr Hassan who made my teeth just perfect. I had told him that i wanted to keep the characteristics of my teeth/smile and the result is beautiful. Highly recommend the place to anyone who’s looking for quality dentists. The place is lush and the staff is very attentive.

Fantastic experience: After 12 months at clear smiles I finally have a smile that I love!! I found Dr Sharma on Instagram and straight away wanted to book an appointment with him, after seeing all his awards. I initially went as I wanted composite bonding and Chet recommend I went down the invisalign route first....I'm so glad I did because this made a HUGE difference- I didn't actually realise how bad my teeth were before!! The invisalign journey was really simple, went back for regular reviews and new sets of trays and it's absolutely flown by!! The results were so good with no pain at all! I had a little bump in the road where I needed a very complex route canal and Dr Yanbo completed this with no problems at all! Fantastic guy! Then today I have finally had my composite bonding with Dr Uzair who has absolutely smashed it!! I couldn't be happier! Negative experience: Unfortunately I have to say I really haven’t been happy with the service provided to me at clearsmiles. Initially I saw Dr Chet for a consultation who was really friendly and answered all my questions and I thought he was fab! It’s definitely a ‘showy’ place which is fine for some people but personally felt a bit forced for me. My main issues arose when I decided to go ahead with my treatment. I was passed on to a different dentist (I got a choice between two) and she was far less informative than Chet. I had to repeatedly ask questions to get the answers I needed which was a bit annoying. She also left me waiting on three separate occasions (three different appointment days) for over an hour EACH TIME! And was not at all apologetic or explanatory… On two of those occasions, she was visibly laughing an joking with colleagues (100% not with another patient) in one of the side rooms which left me extremely agitated and looked beyond unprofessional. I understand appointments run over and life happens but when travelling 30 mins to the clinic to have to wait an hour longer than expected on three different occasions is extremely annoying, especially when it looks as though the staff think having a chat is more important than a patient who is on time and waiting for their appointment. She also reassured me in my appointments that she would chase things up for me and call back which she didn’t do and I had to be the one to make contact each time after over a week of waiting to hear back. One of the most concerning things was that I informed her of the EXTREME pain I was experiencing from the whitening treatments to which she didn’t even offer to look at my teeth and told me it was ‘normal’ and to use a brand of toothpaste that cost £25 a bottle to fix the problem. In all fairness, after me asking 4+ times, they did eventually change my whitening method but I haven’t noticed any difference with this one. I have since been back to my regular dentist who noticed a crack in my tooth and had expressed extreme concern that this wasn’t mentioned by the dentist at clearsmiles… Overall, I really regret wasting weeks of time, lots of petrol and lots of money for a service that was sold to me under false pretences… I would like to emphasise that I don’t think this is a reflection on Chet himself but he should perhaps be more concerned about who represents clearsmiles.

I also got to meet dr chet who also was amazing ! I couldn’t recommend enough & can’t wait to start this Journey !

Fantastic experience: I’m so excited to be finally starting my journey, and I couldn’t think of anywhere else I’d rather have it done. From my very first contact with Clear Smiles they have been professional, helpful and informative. My initial consultation with Micah, pretty much had my mind made up on the way I wished to move forward with my treatment. He covered everything I needed to know and what would be involved with the different options I was considering. He also ended my visit with a little piano piece of Ed Sheehan’s PERFECT, which was a lovely touch. My second visit followed a couple of days later, when I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Anna and Jess during my dental assessment. Again they were both very professional, welcoming and informative. Dr.Anna and Jess carried out a very thorough dental assessment to help get a better idea of what the best plan would be for me. Which I’m pleased and excited to say is Invisalign. My treatment hasn’t started yet, as i now need to wait for my trays to arrive, but I can honestly say I cannot wait to get started!
