Fantastic experience: I moved to Sven at The Clinic after years of terrible dental treatment, including two missed abscess’ that had probably been there for years. Sven has restored my teeth to health, and whenever I have been in pain, though no fault of his, has seen me immediately. The clinic is expensive BUT worth every penny. For the first time in my life I feel safe in the hands of my Dentist and there is no price I can put on that. The rest of the team are all lovely, warm and caring, especially Trish and Heidi. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Truly the best dentist I have been to in my life. Why ? they show you the photos of filling troubles on the big TV besides the chair. They explain everything to you , and on top of that they are the most gentile. I even learned and was shown that I had been flossing and brushing my teeth wrong all my life !. Really recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Despite a not so great first experience during my dental check up here I did gave to come back for treatment. After they had spoken to me about the problems I’d had I felt reassured that things should be better. I initially had to go for five fillings which I couldn’t have under sedation here which was unfortunate but I felt I could cope. The dentist and assistant were extremely patient and kind - only 3 fillings got done as in my tiny mouth it’s incredibly hard. But they just added the other two onto the referral to a sedation clinic so I can have all this done without causing me stress. Then I had to go back for the hygienist, I was extremely anxious but I had nothing to fear she was absolutely lovely and the same dental assistant was there too so that put me at ease. They were both so kind and I got through it with no problems plus got some excellent advice. Now all I have left is the work under sedation and I will have a healthy smile again. Thank you so much after a difficult start you got my complex case sorted. I won’t be worried next time.

Fantastic experience: This is best dentist I ever been, I went in to get a price for wisdom teeth removal. They quote was £193 for the removal was good cause other dentist where saying £250 and £400 to £500. I don't remember the dentist man name but he was so sweet and gave me a disount on the removal of my wisdom. The staff was so lovely, they were patients with me and gave me the best service I have ever received. would come again to removal the rest my wisdom tooth. Fantastic experience: I can’t rate the Clinic highly enough, they are by far the best dental practice I’ve been to. The service is not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for. The whole team are incredibly nice, professional and efficient. A special mention to one of the hygienists, Gemma, who is an exceptional hygienist and is always so thorough while managing to be gentle and understanding. No one enjoys visiting the dentist but The Clinic certainly comes close to reversing this in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to all the staff for helping me out in such a short notice. I have been to three other places in Haywards Heath and all their appointments were available in 6 to 8 weeks. The lady at the reception is friendly and happy to help with information. My dentist Dr Mads Nyborg and his assitant Anne are both amazing! They treated my tooth and I felt no pain. The waiting area lounge is quite relaxing, the music in the background calms you in case you are nervous about the dentist. I recommend it to everyone that wants to go somewhere where they are treated nice, where the professionalism is at high standards! Thank you again for your beautiful service!

Fantastic experience: Terrified doesn't adequately explain how I felt about going to the dentist. I avoided it all my life, but my teeth really bothered me so I had to do something. Going to The Clinic has made me realise I'd let my poor previous experience of the dentist hold me back, and I deeply regret it. Not all dentists are the same, and the team at The Clinic are exceptional in every way. In just two appointments they've completely changed how I feel about having to go, I now have a full understanding of my teeth, and can smile with confidence again. Thank you. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to The Clinic Dental Facial for a number of years now, firstly as a dental patient when I moved into the area, and recently also to see Debbie in the Beauty Salon for a massage once a month, and can honestly say that the service here is second to none. All the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and will put you at your ease, no matter what you are having done. The proof of how good I think they are is that, if I moved out of the area, I would still come back here!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the Clinic Dential Facial enough. I had been suffering with pain in my arm and shoulder for a number of weeks and after a recommendation from a colleague I booked an appointment for a hot stones massage. After a 30 minute treatment my symptoms we much improved and after a follow up appointment my pain was gone and i have not had any pain since. The staff are extremely professional and so polite and thoughtful and I will be returning for further appointments to keep things in check.
