I usually come in for threading, but over time I’ve also had Japanese head spas, luxury facials and waxing — every single service has been carried out to the highest standard. Shama, Zara and Fiza are all incredibly skilled and genuinely care about making sure you’re comfortable and happy with your treatment. Huda at reception is always so warm and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The clinic is clean, professional and has such a calm, relaxing vibe. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I booked in for a laser patch consultation over the phone and got a follow up text and message which was good to get confirmation. I was lucky enough to meet Abi (owner), where she instantly made me feel comfortable. Explained the laser process with me. Booked in my laser for Tuesday and although I haven’t had a full treatment here I’m confident my laser will be done professionally in a safe and comfortable environment. Had a coffee and a chat after which was just as nice! Thank you !

Fantastic experience: Just recently completed my laser sessions with Beauty Touch Clinic, I can confidently say that the results have been amazing! I have also had an express facial done quite recently with Samia, she was so lovely throughout, the facial went really well and left my face glowing! Fantastic experience: I’ve recently started coming to The Beauty Touch Clinic for both intimate and non-intimate waxing, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. Fiza has looked after me every time – she’s amazing and really takes her time to make sure I’m comfortable throughout. The whole team at the salon are so warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in and it’s clear that Abi, the owner, has created a space she’s truly proud of. I had a mani/pedi and full body massage by Khoria and wow, her attention to detail and the care she provides is amazing. As a therapist myself I’ve never had a massage as good as this one, she was incredible. Beauty touch are very lucky to have her there she’s an asset to the team ❤️

Fantastic experience: I had a full body Swedish massage with Khoria. A much needed massage for a body that was exhausted, tensed and stiff. She defo has magic hands. She takes her time, no cutting corners and listens to you for what areas that need more TLC. Soon Khoria started the message I was ready to fall asleep, during and at the end I was relaxed, calm and my stress levels definitely reduced. Thank you so much. Will defo be back again. It’s nice to know there is a beauty salon in Blackburn who offer professional and skilled people in offering these services. Worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: 2 of us went for our pregnancy massages and it was amazing. We had Zara and Fiza and we both enjoyed and loved our massage alhamdullilah. I would like to say special thanks to Zara for being so accommodating to all my requests as a pregnant woman! Towards the end I couldn't lie down on my back for my shoulder and face massage but she was so accommodating and brought in a couch for me to sit and finish the massage off which was amazing. Really really looking forward to coming for my post pregnancy massages too x

Fantastic experience: What a way to end 2024!! My very first (but not last) visit to Beauty Touch. I was greeted with a smile and a cup of tea by the welcoming employees. The salon is professional, stylish, clean and friendly. I was then taken upstairs to what can only be described as a 'lush' consultation area where I met the queen herself, Abi. She was warm and so knowledgeable, we had a chat about my skin and scalp before my headspa and additional facial. Upon entering the treatment room, the calm washed over me with beautiful aromas, lights and fittings. The perfect place to spend 2 hours. The treatments themselves were, out of this world! A perfect balance between hair and facial treatments with Abi taking care, being gentle and creating the most wonderful experience for me! Following the treatments, I got to retire to the massage chair room, where I quickly dried my hair so I could enjoy the luxurious massage chairs and hot tea with biscuits!!!!!!! Upon going downstairs, I had a debrief with Abi and we discussed treatments moving forward. There was no pressure to rebook or buy but I can't wait to go back. In total, I spent 3 hours at the salon, I felt relaxed, pampered and prioritised the whole time. I spent £150 on treatments and feel this is incredibly good value for money in the beauty treatment context. The service, care, attention, quality of treatments, products and after care made me feel like a new woman ready to step into 2025! Thanks so much to Abi and all of The Beauty Touch team for a fantastic afternoon. I can't wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience at beauty touch - have been coming for years and I’m never left disappointed. Most recently I had a pregnancy massage by a lady called Fiza. She was so lovely, professional and caring in her approach. She took her time and was able to give full focus on each area. I left feeling light as a feather and super relaxed! My mum was also visiting and had come from out of town- I treated her to a massage as she had been offering me care following birth of my little one. She is always hesitant when coming to new places and requires lots of encouragement - however she enjoyed her experience very much….so much so she nearly fell asleep! (Which never happens as she is unable to relax) again she said the ladies were very professional and made her feel very comfortable . She is now wanting to return and also to encourage my sister to attend for treatments :) thank you so much and looking forward to returning !

Negative experience: AVOID!! Honestly I’ve held back on posting a negative review before because I don’t like doing this but I can’t now as this is the second time this place has let me down! First time she botched my lips so bad to a point I was left with bumps in them and told by another place that she injected into my wet dry border (where you’re never supposed to inject filler!) to solve this her solution was poking holes in my lips and pinching the filler out which was so painful and didn’t do anything!! Secondly I decided to get laser hair removal on my face to which after 8 sessions saw my hair growth get worse!! I asked for the remainder cost of 2 sessions to be refunded and was told no refunds and basically blamed for the hair growth getting worse as I went on holiday?? Don’t even fall for all these positive reviews as even before any treatment I’ve ever had I was told to leave a review while still in the reception area having had no treatment yet! It’s all about fake reviews and money for these lot!! I’ve just lost out over £500! Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah have seen fantastic results with all the treatments I've had at beauty touch. Shama has always given me the most sincere advice when it comes to my skin and how I can help it. I get a genuine feel of concern fron Shama, rather than being sold treatments. Shama advises me on what would be a healthier option for me, when I'd be feeling impatient with myself and looking for instant results that may not be the best for me in the long run. I have recently gone for the Japanese Head Spa and it’s safe to say I have never felt more relaxed. The staff is so friendly and never fail to make me feel comfortable as well as the owner Abi of course.

Fantastic experience: I arrived for a Japanese headspa with Abi wow when I tell you I was so relaxed from start to finish it was one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever received. 10/10. I also had the all white laser on my top lip, sides of face, underarms and Hollywood. Service was absolutely incredible.

Not only do you get a head massage but you get shoulders and arms massage. It was so relaxing I fell asleep! The service was also amazing! Abi made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Fantastic experience: My mum surprised me with a booking for my birthday. The service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond with making sure we were both looked after. I had a Japanese head spa with Abida. It made me feel refreshed, and my hair feels so nourished. I was delighted to also receive a complementary facial and a hand massage. My mum had the full body massage and she said she felt so relaxed. I will definitely be coming back soon and would 100% recommend booking a treatment with Beauty Touch.

Fantastic experience: I had the Japanese head spa and the hydra facial by khoria and both were so so amazing. The experience was so soothing and the techniques used made me feel at peace. My body has not felt that relaxed in a while. Definitely get both of these treatments.
