The staff have been brilliant, the premises are spotless and appointments are very flexible around school and other commitments. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I'm really pleased I took the plunge and started this treatment to bring all my teeth down a bit and resolve some mild overcrowding. Whilst the before picture does not look that bad it was very noticeable in the mirror and I had some big gaps where implant crowns were not tight fitting and food used to get impacted making it very painful when it did. I had to use a train ticket to get the food out. Dr Witcher was fantastic in being proactive and trying things gently and slowly and I've now got a fantastic situation where the teeth are now really tight and flossing is now really tight as it should be rather than the Floss just flopping around between the teeth. The slightly crooked teeth on the top and bottom are now lovely and straight and all teeth are the same height. We also took down a few vampire type cusps on the lower incisors giving a far less Dracula look. I can thoroughly recommend this practice as they looked after me perfectly. They will continue to monitor the teeth for two years as part of the treatment which is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Having regretted not having orthodontic treatment as a teenager, I finally decided to take the plunge and am really pleased I chose Total. From the first appointment to the end of my 18 months of Invisalign treatment, I’ve been really happy and impressed with the every aspect of care from the team. I’m very happy with the results and would recommend Total, especially to anyone thinking about doing this a bit later in life.

Fantastic experience: I visited Total Orthodontics in Haywards Heath a few months ago to have an OPG as referred by my dentist. The whole team are absolutely wonderful; reception gave me a really warm welcome and Alex who did my OPG was super friendly and made me feel really relaxed. Excellent continuity of care as see only a couple of practitioners so have got to know my daughter. My only negative feedback would be they need more after school appointments.

Rod started off the treatment but has since retired but Mel took over and was equally as professional. I would definitely recommend Total orthodontics Haywards Heath, all the staff are lovely, and the results amazing. If you are considering braces it is money well spent - I was recommended to go here and I’m so glad I did.

My orthodontist, Tom, was highly knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent craftsmanship, making the entire experience both enjoyable and professional. He provided great advice on whether I should choose ceramic or traditional metal braces, allowing me to make a well-informed decision based on his expert guidance. My treatment lasted approximately two years, during which I was regularly seen, including for emergency appointments. Fantastic experience: So far so good. We havent had treatment yet (braces for our 12yo) however the initial (private) consultation was thorough and gave us the confidence to get our dentist to refer us (via NHS) even though we live some distance away - we were recommended by a friend to come here. Their NHS waiting list is at least 12-18 months but not an issue in our case as still several milk teeth to be lost so didn't make sense to continue on a private patient basis. Anyone out there thinking their child may need braces get organised 18-24 months before need even if you need an initial private consult to start with and then get an NHS referral to get on the wait list. Reception was very helpful as getting the REGO NHS referral from our NHS dentist was a joke (took nearly 4m before they got it right!). Total incompetence on their front but TOHH was very supportive and kept us fully informed. A huge thanks. I may come back in a couple of years to update this once treatment starts so this review is limited to our initial experience to date. I have high expectations that this will not change!

I am over a year into my treatment and my orthodontist, Tom, is incredibly detail oriented, thorough and considerate of all the options and possibilities. Well, I am really, really impressed. The whole team are excellent and support Tom Witcher really intuitively and professionally. Tom is an excellent orthodontist who is incredibly, precise, diligent and always working towards the best outcome. I was always involved in the process. I had to have my teeth straightened in order to have a successful implant positioned. Tom was efficient in collaborating with my dentist (for the implant).
