Fantastic experience: I have been going to My Skin spa for many many years. I initially found them randomly on a Groupon offer for laser treatment. I met Simone who instantly put me at ease. Many years later I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The shop is exceptional, so relaxed and charming atmosphere. The service you receive you’d struggle to beat and the treatments and treatment plans are organised to suit your needs. The quality of the technology they use isn’t just brought once and used over and over they invest in the latest technology for their clients to get the best long lasting results. My focus has been laser but the other services I can only imagine are amazing I owe an awful lot to Simone of how she greets you I was limited in my confidence and when I go I have no worries, anxieties or concerns. Cannot recommend My Skin Spa enough…. You will not get better service elsewhere

Positive experience: Lovely clinic, nice and clean. Simone is very friendly and attentive. Treatments have some desired effect. The individual that deals with the WhatsApp however isn’t competent and come across as condescending.

Positive experience: I went to this clinic for tattoo removal the lady was absolutely lovely and the clinic is beautiful however they tried to suggest me booking 4 sessions as it was “cheaper” rather than seeing how it lifted first with one session. Also (which I am totally to blame here as I hadn’t researched) my tattoo is 5 cm long and around 0.3mm tall (a small sentence containing 10 letters and 3 numbers) I was charged for a large tattoo (which I only found out when I was about to pay) which they class as 9cm by 9cm costing me £129. I am quite disappointed really as I have now been in contact with a few other places who are charging me £30 for a small tattoo which in my opinion it is a small tattoo and is definitely not 9cm by 9cm. As I said can’t fault the lady she was lovely I just feel like they took advantage and tried to make me commit to 4 sessions. My advice is shop about first as £129 for a small tattoo is extortionate. But again it’s my fault for not looking around first and rushing into it! If you are happy with that price then you can’t fault them the lady was lovely and clinic was lovely just personally too expensive for me to continue anymore sessions there though!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Simone for over 6 months now and she has transformed my skin. Adult acne, open pores and fine lines - the worst concerns for a f2f lawyer. I have had blue light therapy, skin peels CO2 laser, combined with ZO Obagi skin care and my skin looks fantastic. Fantastic experience: I want to write this review not only to support Simone and the great work that she does, but also to help those who are in the same position I was in. I have suffered with acne and acne scarring for longer than I can remember, then last year I had the worst flare up to date. After seeking failed support through my GP and being added to ridiculous waiting lists I finally came across My Skin Spa Clinic. During my free consultation, Simone took the time to listen to my story and actually looked at my skin! Here she offered different options that would suit me and my goals but also my bank balance. We decided on the CO2 fractional Laser treatment and I have just completed my sixth and final session. I have never been so happy in my skin, I do not have any active acne. One on my main goals was to be able to wear make up comfortably, well now I feel comfortable wearing no make up at all! I cannot thank Simone enough! This progress has been supported by the right skincare I was directed to, which has kept the spots at bay (I realised when I ran out for a week or 2). Although it can be costly, to know what your paying for will lead to the results you want is definitely worth it. I will continue to seek advice from Simone as I know I can trust her completely. I just hope this reaches atleast one person who was stuck in the same position as I was endlessly scrolling the Internet for help. Well here it is folks :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished my 3 session of c02 laser skin resurfacing with Simone , and couldn’t be happier. For the last 20 years I’ve been paranoid about sun damage pick marks on my nose and decided I wanted to finally get this sorted. Following extensive research, I found My Skin Spa , which had great reviews and was fairly local to me . Simone explained the process and post treatment process etc to achieve best results … even a few days after my second session people were commenting how fresh and clear my skin was in general and I could certainly see the reduction in the marks on my nose and some lesser ones on my one cheek and I know that this will only improve over the next few weeks / months. I would definitely recommend Simone and My Skin Spa Stourbridge ..

Negative experience: Honest review I’ve had 8 sessions of tattoo removal in total now and I wanted to wait until a few weeks after my final session to give my honest opinion on the results. Simone is a lovely lady & made me feel at ease. My tattoo had started fading extremely slowly after the first 4/5 sessions however the last 2/3 sessions I haven’t noticed a difference at all. Keep in mind that It is an extremely expensive process and after 8 sessions I’d have expected my tattoo to at least be light enough for a cover up. But unfortunately it is not, I doubt I’ll have having any more sessions here which is a shame, expected better results after reading all the good reviews.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I booked a service with this company through Groupon. They requested proof of my booking/voucher via WhatsApp, and I sent them an image of my voucher. Unfortunately, they redeemed it immediately, even though Groupon states it should be redeemed after the first session, which seemed suspicious. My appointment was scheduled for 13/06. I left my house an hour early to account for the distance to the clinic, but I encountered roadwork and heavy traffic. When I realized I would be 15 minutes late, I called to inform them. The owner, initially said that 15 minutes should be fine. I also messaged the person handling my session on WhatsApp to let them know. However, they replied saying they couldn’t do the session if I was late. I called the owner again, and he spoke to me in a commanding tone, blaming me for the traffic and insisting I be on time or be marked as a no-show, despite knowing I was only 15 minutes away. I explained it was impossible to arrive by 4:30 but that I could be there by 4:45. He then demanded I either pay a £25 cancellation fee or lose my session and the voucher. At that point, I decided not to continue with the clinic. I offered to pay the £25 but requested a refund for the three sessions I had paid for on Groupon since no service was provided. The owner refused, instructing me to contact Groupon for a refund and lying to them by claiming I was a no-show, thus denying my refund request. I paid £90 and am now awaiting an update from Groupon after emailing them again. They replied to my review below I called up saying I was goner be late! I messaged saying I’ll get there in 15 min! I got the messages so stop lying and the owner was male and I said okay can I pay £25 and cancel the entire session and receive a refund as I did not like how you spoke to me on the phone you declined. And i advise other clinic I normally go to are more understanding and don’t speak to customer that way as I was stuck in traffic do to unexpected road work u can even hear me speaking to the driver. N u change ur mind stating now you can’t give me the 15min goodwill anymore n even if im here u will mark as no show again message u on WhatsApp. I advise the way you spoke to me blaming me not being understanding or having empathy. I will write a review don’t twist my word thank you.

Fantastic experience: I've never had any form of cosmetic treatments before, but in preparation for my wedding, I had a HydraFacial with Simone. It was such a pleasant experience. She was warm, welcoming and I received brilliant advice on taking care of my skin. Will definitely be returning!

Negative experience: I use to come here for treatments and I spent quite a bit of money with them. I stopped coming here because I found the owner Simone arrogant and difficult. I bought a package offer and one of treatments included was radio frequency which I don’t like so I asked for this to be swapped. I realised after what it had been swapped too was actually cheaper than one single session of radio frequency so ofcourse I dropped her a message and kindly asked for it to be swapped to something of similiar costing treatment to feel like I’m getting my moneys worth. However, This request was met with some weird abrupt message “I’ve already allowed you to swap it to X, which is fair game… bla bla bla” basically rejecting my request and making me feel so patronised in the process for asking. it was more hassle than it was worth so I said ok but told myself I’m not coming back here honestly I was shocked she was even going down that road after how much I’ve spent with them on laser etc it made me realise she doesn’t actually care about customers she just want your money! Not very business minded or customer friendly she had nothing to lose from this in my mind she was just being difficult for no reason of course I’m going to want a similar costing treatment so that I don’t feel like I’m missing out who wouldn’t in that situation, that’s not how I would’ve personally handled it I go somewhere else now. No shade it’s just an honest review

Fantastic experience: As a dentist i am very particular of where i have any treatment and after alot of research I settled on My Skin Spa Clinic. As soon as I stepped into the clinic I felt totally at ease as the place was spotless and felt very calming. Simone was an excellent clinician and put me at ease and I was impressed with the latest technology they had. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Simone for my tattoo removal’s for a while. She provides a great service and is always very welcoming. The MySkinSpa shop is in a good accessible location, and is a nice well maintained place. The results for removing my tattoos are extremely good! The process takes time for complete removal, following every session you always notice the difference. If you want any tattoos removed, Simone will get the job done!

Negative experience: This is the worse place I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Customer care is non existent, and treatments are awful. £85 for a laser tattoo removal session, that was horrifically painful, and produced absolutely zero results. I’ve had four prior treatments elsewhere, all with results, but this clinic assured me their laser was far superior; this most definitely was not the case. I’ve asked for a refund, and they’ve refused. I wouldn’t touch this place with a barge pole

Know that it’s very important to look after our skin, feel amazing on my skin when I brought medicine skincare, I noticed a less spores on my skin, I can’t believe it I can’t say anymore so amazing!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting tattoo laser removal with Simone for 3 big tattoos over the past months and have been really impressed with the whole process. Simone has been so professional and fantastic throughout the process and has been so attentive with watching how my tattoos have faded. She personalises each session by looking at how much a tattoo has faded since the last session, and changing the frequency of the machine to match. I’ve tried other places for laser removal and I haven’t seen as good of service, or had my tattoos fade as much with anyone else. I will continue going to Simone as I’m confident she’ll get them removed quickly. I’d really recommend Simone to anyone who wants to get laser tattoo removal- it really isn’t as bad as you think and she is so good at easing you through the pain! Thanks Simone!

Fantastic experience: I started on Obagi ZO Brightening kit in June from another clinic with very conflicting advice on how to use the products and I was not getting the best out of the products, so decided to look for a clinic near to me who specialise in Obagi ZO and stumbled across My Skin Spa in Stourbridge which was ideal and not too far. Last Saturday I called the clinic and explained that I was on the Obagi ZO brightening kit but could do with a review to see if I’m on the right track, they got me in the same afternoon with a consultation with Simone who is trained in Obagi ZO. The staff are so warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Simone is amazing she is so professional and knowledgable and really takes the time to listen to your concerns and gives the best and honest advice on products and treatments. I have booked in for an Obagi treatment to complement the Brightening kit and I’m so looking foward to having this next month. The clinic environment is so relaxing and clean. I’m so glad I’ve found My Skin Spa now I can get my products and treatments in one place and most importantly the correct support and advice!!!! Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I went for a Hydrafacial today at My Skin Spa clinic and a lovely lady called Saba completed the treatment. The Hydrafacial was absolutely ace and Saba was amazing! Previously I’ve gone to Este in Birmingham which is triple the cost and the one at My Skin Spa was so much better! The place is really nice and clean too! Thanks guys, can’t wait for my next one!
