I have visited a number aesthetic practitioners over the years and none I have felt such confidence as with Eva. The laser treatment itself was delivered quickly and efficiently and I am not exaggerating when I say it has changed the way I view myself at the age of 45. That is no mean feat and I am very grateful to Eva. She examined everything thoroughly before and also throughout the treatment. She answers any questions I have. She also notices things and makes suggestions but not in a negative “upselling” kind of way. She puts the client at the forefront of everything she does in my opinion. Update : I have recently had more treatments; polynucleotides and IPL. These were by Eva and the IPL with Mia also. This has greatly improved my skin, making it clearer and smoother. I had quite a bit of pigmentation and Eva identified it and her methods are precise and exact getting the optimum results. I have had another course of laser hair removal with Mia who is very professional and exact. She is friendly and makes me feel reassured in her hands. Eva and Mia are an excellent team and I’m sure that I will be seeing them more over the next few years! NB: I must point out that Eva does not try to force things on you. She knows her stuff and will recommend treatments that will actually benefit you rather than just anything. Thank you Eva and Mia !

Negative experience: Absolutely horrific experience at Hightech Aesthetics. I was offered a 6 x session package for a Hollywood laser hair removal. I was told that I could pay via a split payment, and the sessions would include bottom area (written on text to me via their reception). On arrival I was given a hard sell on two packages and told that split payment would only be agreed on multiple packages. The manager agreed to honor, having seen written evidence. I then made the £155 payment. At that point the beautician went through the areas covered for a Hollywood, my bottom wasn't mentioned. I questioned her on this and showed my written evidence, only to be told this area is extra and I would need to pay. The manager refused to honor what I'd been told, despite reading that I had been told my bottom was included in the price. I then said I would cancel and would like a refund.......I had been been misled! She initially refused to provide me with a refund, until I refused to leave and threatened to call the police. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. MISLEADING. Further update due to response from the company which you can see below ...... To the owner, you can see my name on this post, refer to the appointment and see I am a legitimate client. You also know exactly what you did and how you treated me. Other people need to know how you run your business and how aggressive you are. I am reporting you to trading standards and Tonbridge council.

There wasn't any pain during the proccess. My face was red for about 3 days and skin was peeling off for 4 days. Before this proccedure, being at my early 30's, I had quite visible pigmentation on my face, especially a lot under eyes and looked like panda. The result is really amazing It has been 10 days after my treatment and my skin is already looking more refreshed and glowing, my pigmenation reduced by a lot and I’m excited to see the full results in the coming weeks! Eva is really informative and talks me through what she’s doing every session. If I have any questions she is always willing to help . The treatments painless and takes no more than half an hour so can fit it easily into your day. Just finished my 5th session and looking forward to starting new areas with laser and also exploring other treatments too.
