Fantastic experience: I have never been the kind of person that took a gazillion selfies or spent a lot of time studying my face in the mirror however after having the salmon all singing all dancing facial with Kiren, I felt like an A list celebrity!! My skin had never felt so good and the way it looked for weeks after… I was so pleased that I booked the next facial the following day. It truly makes a difference when the therapist not only knows what they’re doing, but also enjoys what they’re doing. You can feel the difference and this is why with Kiren, I would not go anywhere else and since I know how busy she is, always book in advance and get so excited knowing I have my appointment booked in. With regards to the facial I had, would highly recommend it. Completely understand why people spend so much money and time on hair and nails but when it comes to your face, it’s the first thing that people really see and it makes such a difference when people say to you ‘wow you look amazing’ and the crazy thing is, you’re hardly wearing any make up so you reply back I know!! Fantastic experience: I had not been happy with my brows for years as they had gradually become thinner and less semitic. I had put off having permanent make up as I was terrified that something would go wrong, I was also set in my ways and had gotten so used to the old fashioned shape of my brows and was scared of a big change. So when I booked in with Kiren, I think I was a bit of a challenge Kiren didn't rush me, even though we mapped out my brows then wiped them off again a few times until I was happy, although I was still unsure. Kiren reassued me that everything would turn out OK and that my new brows would make such a difference and would even make me look younger. Well I can now say that she was right! Fantastic experience: This will be the quickest recommendation I make to my friends! After deciding I wanted a permanent solution for my fair eyebrows I did some research on Google, since I didn’t have an eyebrow contact in Nottingham. I came across Kiren’s work and the photos of her clients really captured the look I wanted to achieve. I reached out for some more information as permanent eyebrows are not something you want to get wrong. I can honestly say that every step of the process since has been absolutely faultless. I had an initial consultation that covered everything about what to expect, how to prepare and everything in between. It was at this point I felt comfortable that I was in capable hands. During my appointment, Kiren was the perfect balance of professional and friendly. I loved that she didn’t make the appointment feel rushed or laboured, despite me being there for a few hours. It is clear that Kiren prides herself on her attention to detail, which shows in the results in my opinion. She carefully listened to the shape and style I was looking for and took her time to map out the exact look for me, tweaking it until I was completely happy. Some people, like me, might initially be worried that permanent eyebrows have a ‘one size fits all’ approach, but this couldn’t have been further away from my experience. It started with a warm welcome and consultation, in the beautiful, salon, where everything was explained in great detail about the different procedures. A date for the treatment was booked and everything I needed to know was sent through so I could refresh my memory of the pre treatment guidelines. On the day of my treatment, I was made to feel so pampered in a salon that is super hygienic, yet feels so calm and relaxing. Kiren is a perfectionist and took so much time to map out, discuss, change lines etc before we settled on a brow shape. Every stage of the procedure was talked through, and I felt so confident under Kiren’s expert knowledge and artistry skill. I’m absolutely delighted with the results.

Fantastic experience: Perfect Tattooed Brows. Been having my 60’s (thin) style brows done for years, but nothing like the brows Kiren has just done for me, they are absolutely amazing. People say I look younger, I feel they have given my face a lift & given me confidence. She did a test for me 2 weeks prior to treatment making sure I was happy with them as it was quite a drastic change for me but I absolutely love them. I also had eyelash tint & perming. The treatment itself lasted 3 segments of 20 minutes. I was reassured at all stages and advised of what each stage involved. I was more than happy with the end results. Fantastic experience: Giving Kiren only 5 stars is a travesty because she went above and beyond what I was expecting my eyebrows could and did look like. Kiren is a perfectionist and from the very first meeting which was a consultation to then having a tint and reshape (because I had doubts about wanting permanent make up) and then actually having the permanent make up, at each meeting Kiren only cares about wanting to make you feel 110% happy and confident in what you want to do with your eyebrows. Kiren was so patient with my gazillion questions but answered them all with no problem. She blew me away with how passionate, professional she is with wanting to only make me happy with my incredible new eyebrows! Highly recommend Kiren for her expertise to those people who have always wanted sought after eyebrows that you see celebrities having but not having the confidence to get them because of the train wreck eyebrows that you’ve seen elsewhere. ‘Thank you’ just doesn’t seem to be enough for how Kiren has made me feel and look.
