Positive experience: If coming from the north on the M6, do not be tempted to use the M61/M60 option. Satnav just gives up. Advice from the staff is good, the staff are helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Booking was easy. Parking was easy too and they provided a free park permit with designated bays. Waiting room calm and quiet. Was called on time and was quick with the scan. All round a good experience and couldn't fault anything.

From Bolton on Thursday 29th, a long journey bus, train, tram. a trial run to see if I could find it when due next week.To my delight, on hearing how far I'd come, she insisted on doing it right there, to save me a repeat journey!! 4 minutes later all over.... Paid, and on my way home.... Thoroughly recommend.

Positive experience: Wait time and procedure were quick. Receptionist was lovely. The lady carrying out the CT scan wasn't very friendly, just seemed like she wanted to get me done as quick as she could so she could go home. During the procedure I had to have a wooden stick between my teeth, this caused an uncomfortable sensory issue for me - no alternative option offered.

Everyone I dealt with here was lovely and very welcoming. By the time I got home I had a message waiting for me from my dentist to make an appointment to review the scan! Excellent service.

Positive experience: Scan all fine. Generally smooth and easy process. But clinician didn't seem to be clued up on my dentist's reasons for requesting my scan.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff and prompt appointment time. Very informative and friendly care. The parking is difficult if you have a big car, most of the allocated spots were taken and a few I could t get my car into due to other people’s parking. Very small rows in between the cars if you have a large car.

Fantastic experience: Efficient pleasant reception staff, comfortable waiting area with water and up to date magazines. I arrived early and was prepared to wait but was quickly taken in by a very nice competent radiographer who explained exactlywhat would happen, took me through to the scanner made sure I was comfotable and checked my films afterwards so I didnt need to make a return visit. Reception staff checked I had displayed the parking permit in my car window too. Excellent service.

Positive experience: Happy with overall experience, very efficient. However, not completely in respect of info re parking with late notification and having to print on morning of visit from text a pass! Especially when parking passes available at check in - added to stress. Overall, would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Easy to find and info in the text meant parking was simple but make sure you print off you pass (link in text) although you can get them from their reception..I was early in for the appt and done and dusted in 5 mins great service and everything was explained

Negative experience: The staff was nice but at the end of the scan they said there was no price for my service, they would need to consult the dentist and there was no dentist available…my question is: there is no price list??? How is it possible to not have a fixed price for a scan? What is the criteria then to fix the price? For the lack of transparency with the consumer, I wasn’t very happy with the service
