Positive experience: Appointment was at 8:40am, staff turned up at 9:06 and was taken in around 9:15am. Turns out they aren’t supposed to open until 9am so unsure why I could book an appointment before this. Staff was rather rude and shoved wooden stick in my mouth after barely speaking to me. Quick procedure at least, but not a great impression made. Reception team friendly.

Positive experience: Reception staff was very nice and helpful, but the person who actually did the scan wasn’t very welcoming, sounded even annoyed to me. Barely explained the procedure and shoved the wood stick in my mouth without notice. The all thing took less than 10min. I didn’t know where to leave my handbag/coat, didn’t get chance to even ask so I had to leave it on the floor. I felt rushed out after paying a high price( I am not questioning the cost just the care that didn’t match it).

Fantastic experience: Arrived early for my appointment and was prepared to wait in my car in the car park. However a very kind receptionist invited me to wait inside in the warm. The procedure was quick and efficient, and it went like clockwork. This post is on behalf of my husband who was the patient, and not myself.

Fantastic experience: Arrived 20 minutes early, went straight in. Took less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff. Used this facility twice now to have scans sent to my dentist in Turkey. Brilliant service and it's a good way to get a scan done without having to paying a joining fee at a dentist

Fantastic experience: I was a bit concerned about parking in Clifton but there was plenty of parking for patients. The receptionist (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was very kind and helpful. The appointment for a CT scan was quick and efficient and the cost reasonable. Good service.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, actually arrived early but was able to see me straight away, just a minute or so for the 2D Scan. Thomas showed me the scan before sending it off to my referred dentist to look at. The building is in a lovely part of Clifton, Bristol with 90 mins parking on site and lovely reception staff downstairs..5 Stars!

Fantastic experience: Very satisfactory experimce. All staff were courteous and helpful. The procedure was straightforward and I was given the results straight away. My appointment took place immediately on arrival although I was nearly an hour early.

Fantastic experience: Arrived early with my friend even though we were early they managed to fit us in we were shown where to go. A young gentleman mat us at the top of lift showed us where to go. Taken I to x-ray room was seen to straight away. Very clean and very quick thank you

Fantastic experience: Although I had to wait nearly an hour for my appointment, when it happened it was very quick and efficient and the man doing it was pleasant and professional. He had been delayed in traffic, so not at all his fault, and when he heard I was now in a rush he did the whole process in minutes to help me. All staff very pleasant, nice waiting room with seat by the fire!

Negative experience: Poor service, Idid x ray for my teeth ipayed 50 pound ,they said to me the results in same day ,when I called the day after as my results didn't arrived ,the receptionist told me we can't help you, give us call tomorrow.

Negative experience: CT Dent itself was ok. A small suite of rooms at the top of an old building in Clifton. Small customer car park, missed the entrance, and parked on street. Reception ok, but shown to old style lift, door and grill.. not good for claustrophobic. The alternative stairs were external fire escape. No good if you get vertigo.

Fantastic experience: I had panoramic dental scan at the Bristol clinic today and cannot fault the service. The reception staff were super friendly, the clinic was spotless & following covid regulations. The radiographer Thomas was fantastic, explained everything and I was in & out within 10 minutes. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The young radiographer at Bristol, Thomas, was very professional, reassuring and informative, with a polite kind and caring manner. He is a credit to your organisation. The Staff were all courteous, and Covid 19 precautions and guidance instructions were first class.

Fantastic experience: I've just had a panoramic x-ray done there the other day. The service was excellent, a big shout out to Marcus who explained everything so well and made me feel at ease during the procedure.

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit to CD Dent. Visited in 2019 for a dental scan and recently finished treatment for an implant which has proved very successful. My dentist is very particular about his work and only uses the best! Felt perfectly safe despite visiting in the midst of a national lockdown. The radiographer explained things well and the scan was taken within a matter of seconds! Lovely staff on reception etc. Very happy with their service.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited CE Dent Ltd in Clifton, Bristol for a CT scan. Nothing could be easier. Good information and directions of how to find the place. After reception I was sent to the scan room, met by the radiographer, who was most welcoming and clearly explained the whole process, and she put my mind to rest. After setting up, rather like going to the optician, the scan only took a minute. Great service and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and efficient service. Simone who took the xray was lovely, she put me completely at ease. Excellent service.

Negative experience: Did not think much of the service. On arrival the young man could not even find my referral details, and a word he struggled to say which complicated things. I had to phone my dentist so they could tell him when they sent it. He then made about four phone calls before finally getting the details and know what he had to do for me. The scan itself seemed to go ok although i got the impression he wasn’t experienced in this field. I would not choose to go there again!
