Fantastic experience: A brilliant dental practice, all staff are kind, approachable and put you at ease. They explain procedures and the use of screens in the surgery rooms and waiting areas act as a distraction for nervous patients. The practice is clean and tidy.

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist this morning to have two fillings done at the Cannock surgery. The premises are clean, smart and welcoming. The dentist explained the procedure at the beginning and then during the treatment, he said what he was doing next so there were no surprises when it came to the sensations I would feel as he proceeded with the treatment. I was very impressed, particularly based on previous past experiences with other surgeries. Even the hygienist did a great job with the suction line, no discomfort whereas in the past I've often felt like choking. The whole experience was pleasant (not a phrase you usually associate with dentist visits!) I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: It must have been a good 2 years since our last check up with this Dentist so neither myself or my wife were looking forward to our visit. However, they have moved into new premises and boy it was a good move, we did not have to climb any stairs, just walked in to be met by a brand new set up, it was like a reception at a 5 star hotel. Everyone seemed to be super efficient and friendly. We went into the waiting room, very nice too, biggest tv I’ve ever seen on the wall and a lady from our village was patiently waiting and we had a good rattle. There was no shortage of customers they kept coming. We were late going in for our appointments their fault not ours, hence the 4 star rating. Treatment was impeccable, my wife needed some small filling which dr Kendra did there and then. I was lucky after a poke around he came up smiling no treatment needed. Hurrah. So after a slow start we were dealt with swiftly and efficiently and most of all treated as valuable customers in a friendly way and with respect. Thank you all we will be back. Today’s visit was for me to have my last bottom molar removed something I’ve been dreading of for a while, however the same dentist as before explained everything that he was going to do and also a few cavities to fill but he numbed me up and I did not feel the injections at all ( I hate needles) then he did some pushing and poking and I was thinking why don’t you just pull it out, when he straightened up and said “that’s it all done” to my amazement. Incredible I never felt a thing. Thank you everyone for time and patience.

Fantastic experience: Came to visit Dr Jasmeet with my two young children, her and Jenna were amazing and very empathetic and prompt with time! 5 year old has been seeing Dr Jasmeet for a year now and she has been able to get him to have a full check up and the fluoride varnish each time! Positive experience: I enjoy the dentist and hygeinst visits but had a terrible experience with the receptionist who let people push in front of me in the queue, it didn't feel welcoming. Put me off going back.

Fantastic experience: Having broken my lower denture while on holiday, I had an emergency appointment when I returned. As I was attending a wedding the following week the dentist was able to fashion the broken denture so that I could wear it. I was fully advised of my options and as my upper denture was no longer a good fit I decided on a new full set of dentures and 1 extraction. I attended several times for fitting, at which times the dentist took great care to ensure that the new dentures would look good and fit correctly. Today I have had the extraction which was done so carefully and I received my new dentures which again the dentist ensured were a good fit and I am extremely pleased with them and the care that the dentist took throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am writing on behalf of my Mom who came into the Dentislt today for a check up.He noticed that a filling came out and replaced it free of charge as the guarantee had not run out.(That was really lovely and honest) never had that before always had to pay.The people are really lovely friendly and spotlessly clean.So happy we got in.Keep up the good work reccomend.

Fantastic experience: Had a root filling. I was feeling a little apprehensive, but I was put at ease. Had a lot going on in my mouth but I was regularly asked if I was ok or needed a break. My dentist is always friendly and pleasant, all the staff there are as well. I have been with this dentist practice for a Long time. Fully recommend.

Fantastic experience: First visit to Cannock Dental Care after leaving my previous dentist of ten years. I was anxious but I didn’t need to be. The location is good with parking close by. Reception is warm and welcome, the decor is nice and the dentist I saw was really nice too. I had a thorough examination and everything was explained to me really well. I am happy to have changed to this practice and recommend others to consider doing the same.

Fantastic experience: Infection in my gum under a tooth, got a quick appointment, treated with antibiotics ,then tooth drilled to release infection and a temporary filling. Returned to have a permanent filling. Very good quick service all we're very pleasant and helpful. Would certainly recommend . Well Done ..

Dr. Gill and his dental nurse couldn't do more for you. He explains everything he is doing and is very courteous and caring, which makes you feel less anxious. Checking in with me always whenever treatment has to be done, checking if I’m okay and always explains things to me before and throughout working on a tooth. Fantastic experience: Wonderful caring practice. The staff from the team on reception all the way to the very top are all approachable and very friendly. The level of care is exceptional, the Dental Dr’s take the time to explain everything , are all very gentle and caring. My Dentist Dr Nazam and her dental nurse are a joy to visit. Going to the dentist isn’t my favourite thing to do but knowing I’ll be in safe and caring hands and well looked after makes each visit a pleasure. Seeing Nova the practice dog is an additional benefit too.

An emergency appointment was made within the next 40 minutes. I was seen and the procedure carried out. Excellent service and I can only recommend.

Fantastic experience: Once again I was very impressed with the care and service I received. I have total faith in the skill of dentist and all the staff are first class.

Positive experience: Arrived on time and "signed in" with reception. In Waiting Room for about 5 minutes and fetched in for 6 month review. Thorough examination, including x-rays, and dentist found nothing except some scaling needed. Surprised, and disappointed, that this wasn't done. Thus only 4 stars. Disappointed with actual dental service. No issues with reception before and after "examination". However, I was in the chair for less than 10 minutes receiving a visual exam. No issues was the result stated by dentist and see you in 6 months. Could not be bothered to "clean teeth" or offer any hygiene clean. Paying nearly £30 for this service is shocking. Not happy.

Fantastic experience: Not often one says this but I had a very pleasant trip to the dentist today thanks to Cannock Dental Clinic. I only booked a check up but when a filling was needed the dental surgeon did it there and then which saved me another trip from Stafford and the effort of walking from the car park as I have limited mobility. Staff were very helpful and friendly.. Would certainly recommend.
