Fantastic experience: I am petrified of dentists after a bad experience, but I knew I needed to get my teeth checked out after it has been a while and I was having problems. After many recommendations I signed up and was given an appointment within a few days. The dentist, Alexandra was so patient and understanding with me and very informative. She put me at ease both appointments I have attended and I don’t feel as scared to go anymore. Thank you Alexandra!

Positive experience: I am having treatment with the new guy Ibrahim. He is very conscientious and is very thorough. I normally see Alex but he didn't have any available appointments. Both are excellent dentists. My grown up children also attend Genix. We are very pleased with our treatment here. The only problem i have ever had here was with reception but that is just the odd occasion.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 appointments with Sophia and Dasha and I can’t speak highly enough of them both. I saw them originally for an urgent appointment in which I was very nervous. Their relationship together instantly put me at ease and they made me laugh throughout what should have been a not very pleasant treatment. I found Sophia so kind and compassionate and she talked me through what she was doing including counting down so I knew when some of the more u comfortable parts were nearly over, Dasha could sense how nervous I was and she even offered to hold my hand which I think speaks volumes for her kindness and experience in her role. My second visit was for a root canal which I was very nervous for, instantly their duo presence was warming and friendly and I can honestly say after being giving numbing injection's I did not feel a thing! I am so grateful for them both restoring my faith that the dentist does not have to be a scary and painful experience. Thank you so much. An absolute credit to Genix!!!

Fantastic experience: Cameron has been with me through some horrendous times and I'm not the easiest of patients. I have needle phobia and extreme anxiety and he's just so amazing with me. He always takes time to explain but whilst thinking about what he needs to say and the best way to say it to me. He's caring and thoughtful of my situation and accommodates me where ever he can to ensure it's not such a scary experience for me whilst getting done what needs to be done. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dentistry after Cameron he's just amazing.

Fantastic experience: My teenage daughter had a tooth extraction. She was very anxious but the dentist and nurse were extremely patient with her, and we got through it.

Negative experience: My daughter 6years old has been cancelled twice by this clinic and funny thing is, they always cancel it at the same day of the appointment? Smells fishy right? Do not go to this clinic if your kid is NHS patient. They will always cancel the appointment.

Negative experience: Will lie to your face about your treatment in an attempt to make you go private. Telling me nothing could be done, when all I needed was a filling. Would never return.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth out ,was v nervous about it but its the best experience I've ever had for a tooth out, Cameron is a brill dentist keeps you at ease all the way and didn't hurt x would recommend this guy everytime, has a lovely bedside Manner.

However I think you have restored his faith (well maybe nearly). It was hard work getting him to come, however your professionalism and understanding made things alot easier for him. Huge thank you! Negative experience: If your an NHS patient with a tooth ache in need of extraction, then i wouldnt expect a warm welcome here...... They are only interested in private patients and they do not care if you have severe pain in your tooth, they wont do any extractions. Total waste of time.

Negative experience: My husband was referred as an emergency patient, he has been waiting for a root canal for a month now, he had facial swelling & was in severe pain for days. Through NHS 111 he was referred to this clinic for emergency treatment. The dentist, didn’t show any concern, my husband stated he was in pain and feeling pressure & if they could remove the temporary filling and allow the pressure to be released, to which he was told “ I can do that but it will be halfway a root canal, and the charge for a root canal was £600. We’ve since done some research & found out that an emergency partial root canal can be performed to relieve pain and allow antibiotics to work on the infection. But none of this was explained to him, he was given a prescription for antibiotics, charged for the emergency band one treatment and told to go. He is still in pain. How is this allowed, we all know referrals through the NHS take time so if something can be done in the interim to prevent further excruciating pain and discomfort, then it should be. So no thank you Genix - you did not live up to my expectations

Negative experience: Went in for emergency appointment regarding my front tooth. Which had been severely damaged from physical trauma. I got told by several dentists that this was a rare anomaly. I got told it would eventually force its way out and there's nothing that could be done. That was all completely dismissed and I was told that it was basically all my fault for not taking care of the tooth. Wasted 85 quid and 30 pound on antibiotics that did not work. I will never go again. Absolutely appalling.

Fantastic experience: Diana the dentist is amazing. I had a bad fear of dentists and needles meaning I wouldn’t have treatment done but Diana took her time distracted me either with music or a tv to watch on the ceiling and always told me what she was doing. I have now completed all my treatment and I am so happy wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. Overall all the staff at Genix are really good kind and caring and make sure to check in after appointments to make sure everything is okay or to squeeze you in if you have any issues. Negative experience: Don’t sign up too the payment plan it is an absolute scam never told me it’s a 12 month contract I had too pay even tho genix have not help with the pain in my tooth instead quoted £2000 for root canal and fillings which is very overpriced, big scam

Fantastic experience: I underwent composite bonding treatment with Diana. I just want to start with my history. Along with thousands of others I am utterly terrified of the dentist which led to my teeth being in a very poor state, I had lost some confidence and absolutely hated my teeth. I had a consultation with Diana and she put me at ease and I signed up for the treatment. Although it is not a quick treatment and I am probably the worst patient to have on your treatment chair for a sustained period of time I can say that Diana was absolutely lovely, very patient and talked me through everything that was being done. She even let me have a break half way though as long as I didn’t look in the mirror I am absolutely blown away with the transformation and have regained the confidence that I had lost. I would highly recommend treatment with Diana she has done a brilliant job and the aftercare and attention has been outstanding.. I have recommended this treatment to a few of my friends that are looking to enhance their smiles and regain the ability to smile again with confidence. Thank you Diana

Negative experience: I had worst experience ever last week ,send it by nhs with a horrible pain tooth ,doctor extracted me without to have a properly hygiene, doesn't show me nothing ,just struggling around one hour to extract me one piece left from my removed tooth after extraction ,My face still swelling after one week pain is worst than before . My advice ,never go there if you want health for your smile.

Fantastic experience: I got referred by 111 as I was having terrible toothache and couldn’t be seen by my own dentist. Within 45 minutes of the call to 111 i was seen and treated at Genix. Diana and Grace were the two ladies I was treated by. My problem was explained and I was given a choice of treatments and chose to save the tooth and in return I was treated there and then. Had a consultation with Risha, and she talked through all the options that she thought would be best for me, on her advice opted for front veneers, an can honestly say what a fantastic job she has done, I've got my smile back, with oodles of confidence... Negative experience: Unbelievably awful experience here from the moment I walked in. Receptionist are so rude and unhelpful. There was about 6 seats in the waiting area leaving a good few people standing myself included. Then I waited HALF AN HOUR after my appointment time despite arriving 10 mins before so 40 mins all together when I asked reception they just said she was running behind and there was nothing they could do. This was an emergency appointment mind you so I was already in agony. Their motto is patients first which is a complete lie. When I was finally seen the dentist was rude and you could tell she didn’t care about my pain or nothing else for that matter - just fobbed it off as a referral. I wish I’d have read the reviews before coming here because it seems like usual practice for them to leave people waiting almost a whole hour for a 2 min appointment. Even when leaving the receptionist with the glasses snatched my prescription off me and handed it back without so much as a goodbye.

Fantastic experience: My temporary crown fell out a week before my booked appointment. I called the practice and they managed to fit me in. My new crown had already come back from the lab so Dr. Cameron was able to fix my crown in place, saving me having to come back for a third visit. The procedure only took 15 minutes. Fantastic experience: Where do I startI am a patient of Risha and her team who have been taking care of me through my treatment for Invisiline. To say Risha has gone above and beyond to get me the smile I always wanted would be an understatement. I am a secondary Breast Cancer survivor! Risha took all of my history and medications and came up with the best plan for me ! This was invisiline and after some time she has worked tirelessly to get the best result she could, given my health issues ect My treatment is near its end, I have undergone the composite work to give my teeth shape and colour regularity. I was very nervous and so scared to come as my phobia of dentist prevented me getting relevant treatment but I have a wonderful dentist Armandeep and her assistant sen that have seen me through the treatment that I needed. They have been patient with me not rushing to do any treatment. But have reassured me numerous times that all is ok I’m nearly coming to the end of my treatment. From not seeing dentists have had to have loads f work done. From teeth extractions fillings and more I am now confident to walking in and having treatment I can not thank these lovely ladies enough for the fantastic work and support that they have given since I 1st came to visit. Fantastic experience: I have been with Genix as a dental patient for a lot of years now and I can honestly say that I have never had to complain as I've always been treated with respect, fairness and politely. Whatever my dental problem has been they have given me the necessary treatment to make things right so I always feel confident when I need them. That's about all I can say, I'm happy to put my trust in them and carry on using them!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist care. My 6 years daughter is happy when gets to the clinic. She likes Dr. Anita and after the second appointment she expressed that she wants to be a dentist like Anita. During appointment she feels relaxed and talks all the time to Anita and she always keeps it up.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, despite being rushed off their feet, the phones never stop and the counter always has someone needing attention, but they are very cheerful. My last visit was to see Sophia for an extraction . Both Sophia and the nurse were pleasant and made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly and were very patient. I’m sorry I did not catch the name of the dental nurse. I didn’t feel rushed and they made sure I was ready to leave with my after care advice. A very professional service from all the staff.

Positive experience: Brilliant service from my dentist, but the pre-appointment paperwork that needs completing electronically via a website that doesn't really work is a bit frustrating and takes the shine off an othewise positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Quick to check in and staff very helpful. Currently undergoing Invisalign teeth straightening with Dr Risha and had an airflow clean this time. The hygienist was fabulous. All staff are really knowledgeable and put you at ease. I Will definitely be returning in the future for more cleans! Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Have been seeing this dentist since moving from London. Hygienist's are great! They even saved me from a spider that was climbing in my hair! Dont know if I was more scared of the spider or the dentist! Super smooth process with teeth cleaning and always a lovely smiley service that puts you at ease. Def recommend!

Fantastic experience: Thank you Genix for fitting me in at short notice, for repair of a broken tooth. Anita, the dental technician, did an excellent job and within 30 minutes my tooth was repaired and ready to use, with no need of anaesthetic. The team on the front desk were efficient and friendly.

Negative experience: 111 emergency dental appointment. I'm disabled, severe difficulty in walking. Steep step on entering, no seats at all in reception. Reception blunt, rude and refused to help me carry my clipboard that she'd asked me to complete form on. 2 flights of stairs, I literally had to drag myself, embarrassing and painful. After all that, told teeth need removing, and for that I'd have to call 111 again for each extraction! Severe gum disease and huge abcess, gave me a prescription for antibiotics. Money talks at that dentist for sure, if u don't have any, you are unimportant, but they get paid regardless, this government are allowing practices like this to cream off the rich and poor, whilst resolving nothing.
