Fantastic experience: I saw Dr.Lidder today and he and his nurse where very good at putting me at ease, after having a very traumatic experience at a Bupa Clinic which had left me with extremely strong anxiety about going to the dentists. I was made to feel at ease, everything was explained during the appointment and what treatment would need to be done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Fantastic experience: Excellent service provided by Aankit Khinda - Very informative, Polite, and took a potentially bad experience (tooth extraction) and turned it into a pleasure of a visit. Procedure was done carefully, swiftly and i felt hardly anything. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Before Christmas I went to get my bridge stuck back in as it had come out, first thing they said was do you want an implant. I said no I would just like it putting back in he replied with I don't know how long it will last but I can. It came out again after 8 weeks because he didn't do it properly he didn't clean up my teeth or put any bonding liquid on my teeth or bridge and you are ment to light cure it for at least 2 minutes he did it for 30 seconds. Not happy as it cost me £155.

Fantastic experience: Been with this dentists privately for over 20 years, all this time I have seen Dr Russell Hodges who is excellent. Along with the receptionists and nurses who are also nice and friendly. Never a problem, it is certainly worth going private. 5 star service throughout.

Positive experience: The dentist completed the procedure with great care and competence. It was quite a long job but no pain and happy with finished result, another tooth saved from extraction. The only reason 4 stars instead of 5 was due to administration of a refund due of circa £97 at the reception desk. Reception not authorised by the company to direct refund back to the card I had used to pay. I was asked to fill in a refund form with my bank details etc. for processing at head office. This in my view is a breach of personal data and not in accordance with credit card terms and conditions. I think Together need to review their refund policy. I elected to leave my dental account in credit rather than hand out personal information. Be aware of this when paying out in advance of treatment.

Fantastic experience: Joined this dentist after my dentist went private and I didn't want to stay with them. I needed a tooth taken out and being a very nervous patient I was very worried about having this done. My dentist Ryan Khinda put me at ease and having the tooth out wasn't as scary as I thought. Definitely will not worry so much if I need work doing again. Glad I moved dentists.

Fantastic experience: Had toothache and needed root canal at a cost of £699. Asked to speak again to my dentist ( who is lovely) about alternatives as I had made myself sick worrying about this 90 minute procedure. He told me extraction was an option and the oral implant specialist was available later that day to do it. Cost was £184 . I only had 1 hour to worry about it and I need not have/ it was over and done with in less than a minute- mans a genius ! No pain, no excruciating grimacing in the chair- all staff nurses and receptionist were fabulous! A credit to you Laura Fletcher - fir prople like me who have deeply embedded dentist fears- thank you

Fantastic experience: I went for three fillings. Unfortunately, the first one was a lot bigger than expected so that took up the appointment time. I have nothing but praise for Felicity and her team. She took her time with the filling making sure I was happy with the bite and she was very gentle with me throughout. Both she and her nurse were very supportive and understanding of my anxiety (I hate going to the dentist). I have another appointment for her to complete the outstanding fillings. I'm not looking forward to it, but I'm not as concerned as I was!

Fantastic experience: I've been waiting on their list for 2.5years to see an NHS dentist, however I had to request an emergency appointment. Chantelle on reception went out of her way to get me an appointment the same day. Harjap Lidder resolved the problem in no time at all, very efficient and professional. And I must say I feared a hefty bill but the charges were extremely reasonable. Dentists are the result of some negativity currently due to lack of availability for NHS appointments, so I feel the need to comment where credit is due. Thank you Chantelle and Harjap!

Negative experience: Horrible service for emergency bookings, kept contacting for 2 weeks via email leaving voice message and no-one contacted me back. Called several times and all emergency slots booked due to only ONE dentist available in the whole surgery. So disappointed and angry.

Negative experience: The word ‘thieves’ springs to mind. I haven’t been to this dentist in years and I’m being chased for a payment from June 2021. I settled my bill each time before leaving so know this isn’t correct. The same thing has happened to my husband. Prior to this I also got an invoice for not turning up to an appointment; I never booked one. Avoid at all costs unless you want random bills turning for the next few years.

Negative experience: They took over the practice and then they wanted to charge me as a new patient. Jog on guys. I now go to BUPA in Corby, £24 a month and you get two hygienist and two checkups a year plus discounted rates, friendly staff on reception and an actual car park so you don’t have to spend 15 mins looking for somewhere to park. Thanks for taking over, I wouldn’t have changed otherwise!

Fantastic experience: The woman at the desk are very helpful resolved my query quickly and efficiently! Olda was an amazing dentist made me feel comfortable and at ease as she done my filling, usually with other dentists I can tell the difference in treating a nhs patient and private but as a nhs patient the work and service that Orla provided today as a nhs patient was wonderful! Wish to have her as my routine dentist! Thank you very much !

Fantastic experience: Visited Shannon with my 8 year old daughter who needed a filling. She was extremely anxious due to previous dental visits. However, Shannon was absolutely fabulous with her! She explained everything she was about to do using language appropriate for children and made her experience such a positive one. My daughter left without a fear of having to visit the dentist! Fantastic experience: Olga was fabulous. I explained I was nervous as my teeth are so sensitive and she put some spray on my gums to numb them. She cleaned them thoroughly and then explained and showed me how to clean them properly. She advised when to use mouthwash and how to clean my gums properly. She is an asset to Together. What a wonderful lady.

Negative experience: Well before I had dentist he used to clean the teeth for routine appointments. But now the new dentist just looks at your teeth and don't clean. I thought that was part of routine appointments that they clean a bit. Not very happy paying £23 and he didn't do anything. Just checked the teeth and said he will refer me to hygienists. Not will to pay £75 thats a lot.

Positive experience: Reception made a mistake but the dentist was understanding and solved the mistake. He took my wisdom tooth out. I honestly don't feel like I had my tooth out. Very polite and very good dentist. He definitely knows what he's doing when it comes to your teeth 4 stars minus 1 because of reception team unfortunately. 4 stars because of the dentist and his helper on the day. Thankyou to my dentist and to his helper ☺️

Negative experience: Well I would give them NO STARS! Only incompetence Dentists. Most of them leave! After they had COMPLETELY bodged a filling at the front they advised my only option was a false tooth on a plate! I now did not trust these incompetence people. So I got a second opinion elsewhere! I was given FOUR alternatives- none of which were a false tooth on a plate! Totally unscrupulous people- only interested in money! Reception staff are exceptionlly rude! Diabolical service!

Negative experience: Poor experience. Ignored what I said was the reason for my problem resulting in pain and unnecessary additional treatment. Run like an American firm where private patients get much better treatment and service than NHS. Have left.

Fantastic experience: Having had a painful tooth for two days I contacted Together Dental. An emergency appointment was given to me by helpful staff for that afternoon. The appointment was very thorough and efficient and penicillin was prescribed initially and a plan for longer term treatment put in place.

They were both extremely careful with both root canal work and fitting a new crown. I could not have received better treatment had I gone private. First class practitioners in every sense. Negative experience: Used to be great..most of the good dentists have left hygienists do very deep fillings resulting in avoidable pain now a root canal they said no sorry private only as too complicated. Basically even though I'd been a patient for years they wouldn't make money out of me!have now moved practice Avoid!

Negative experience: Excellent experience at Wellingborough Oradi dentist as usual. Friendly service both at reception and in the chair. Dentists are highly competent and explain what they are doing, giving you an opportunity for some time-out in lengthy treatment. The dentist I see is the only one I have ever come across who cleans teeth painlessly. Highly recommended. Since I wrote this the practice seems to have stopped doing National Health dentistry. My last appointment was cancelled. I was told it would be rearranged but it never was. The practice appears to be just an expensive private practice now and I have reduced my rating of it.

Negative experience: Just had my children's appointment cancelled for the second time this year and given an appointment for 2 months time making it over a year since they have been seen. Tried to ring them back on the number they rang me only to have the phone cut off, I was going to ask about paying privatley, now I think I will just leave.

Negative experience: Conveyor belt dentistry, I would not recommend this practice!! It would appear that these Asian dentists are only in it for the money! The quality of the dental work that I experienced was poor, however they never miss an opportunity to upsell cosmetic work ££. Avoid!!

Positive experience: After having one check up appointment cancelled by the practice, I got another one quickly.. Very short wait to be seen, when at the practice.. The dentist explained the treatment required & costs. Was able to book 2 more appointments for my treatment. These will take place in a reasonable amount of time. Happy that I have access to an NHS, considering how many have left the practice

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appoinment. I was informed I need an urgent extraction. As a nervous patient, I broke down in tears. The dentist explained all my options, none really, other than get it out sooner by him or wait months for the hospital. I felt panicked as I cannot eat and in bad pain. I reluctantly booked it in, in a flood of tears. I just want to thank the amazing ladies on reception who took so much time to calm me down and reassure me that the dentist is very competent. They showed me so much empathy having had a previous bad experience. I was astounded that they found the time to really show care and concern and took time to listen. Ladies, I can't thank you enough for bringing down my anxiety levels and ensuring I received the emergency care today that I believe would not have been dealt with so efficiently elsewhere. Fantastic experience: Dr Harjap Lidder is one of the kindest, most patient dentists I have ever had the "pleasure" of being seen by. I have an irrational fear of dentists but he is very calming and takes the time to explain and check in with me. Ever grateful that I have found him and would 100% recommend him to anyone who struggles with the same fears.

He asked me what I wanted to achieve and slowly but surely we have moved along and now I have a very different and very confident smile. Thank you to all the staff always courteous and cheerful. Negative experience: Disappointed Nov 21 - told them my filling fell out - will get back to me "Covid Plandemic drama et al' Feb 22 - chased them for an emergency appt - nothing - booked appt June 22 May 22 - chased them for an emergency - nothing Today - June 22 - Turned up (they don't like it when you don't.) Saw first dentist after ?2 years!! - examined my teath - "No treatment today" £30 Please ! I paid - booked filling late Jun 22 £40 Please ! I paid - He even told me how to brush my teeth (strewth!) I suffer Excema (Disclosed on medical forms - not a secret) - " Wash your hands with alcohol gel !!" I declined due to health reasons. Got home - Text Message - appointment pushed back to August 22 !! Everyone walking about with germ filled face muzzles - is it March 2020? I wasn't challenged but I felt uncomfortable, like I was on the set of a Hollywood virus movie! C'mon we know the truth now! Really nice receptionists, but dentistry has become a thieves game lately and Oradi have a starring role They could have fixed my filling today in 10 mins and saved me 2 appointments . If I have to wait till August I will buy a do-it- yourself kit from Tesco £8. Is this what it's come to ? They need to up their game, but I don't think it's just this one from what I hear. I thought these people cared ??

Fantastic experience: Got a warm welcome for my extraction which was complex and hard work. It took two dentists and a surgeon an hour and a half to remove the tooth. Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment and visited the surgery in Wellingborough. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Appointment just over an hour later job done. I’ve been with this practice for a number of years and have always received excellent treatment.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a shared appointment, as he is disabled, with Harjat Lidder. We both needed a replacement filling. Harjat is brilliant with my husband John - he helps him out of the wheelchair, encouraging him all the time, and then onto the dentist's chair. He is patient, kind and caring which is much appreciated as John is worried about being a problem. As you enter the surgery Harjat makes you feel at ease straight away. When carrying out the dental treatment he carefully explains what he is going to do and reassures throughout. His manner is professional whilst being friendly, thoughtful and gentle. He also explains what he has done and why. As a dentist, Harjat is excellent and very caring. I hope that he will continue to be our dentist.

Fantastic experience: When my treatment started two years ago, i was asked a question, what do I want. I answered “to eat an apple “ I was then taken through the whole journey of treatment to get the result I wanted. After the two years of treatment, I can honestly say that Oradi dental truly delivered. I am so happy and delighted with the results. So it’s a 5 star review from me and I would recommend Oradi to anyone who is thinking of having dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: Great service from very knowledgeable and skilled dentists and hygienists, but most important of all, at least to me is trust! I have had other dentists in other surgeries recommend treatments that appeared unnecessary, so this is very important to me! I can say with total clarity that I have absolute faith that any recommended treatments from Oradi are absolutely necessary and happy to progress with confidence.

Positive experience: I have had nothing but good experiences when visiting this dentist, however after losing a filling in December it took nearly 5 months to get an appointment. I did try getting an emergency appointment but after phoning 5 days in a row at 8am, waiting in line to be told all the appointments for that day were taken. Surely this procedure should be reviewed in order for it to be improved.

Fantastic experience: In the past I had a fear of going to the dentist and really didn't enjoy going. Oradi Dental is a completely different experience. Its such a great feeling to know you will be looked after and have such great treatment plus aftercare. Everyone who works there is so nice and welcoming. Positive experience: Ryan dealt with me promptly and prescribed me antibiotics, very pleased with his service. Unfortunately very disappointed with admin as left 3 messages on answerphone, 2 on Friday and another on Monday as i was in considerable pain, no one returned my calls.

Fantastic experience: Nazish and his assistant were very pleasant and put me at ease with their welcoming smiley faces and reassurance. I suffer with very sensitive teeth and Nazish worked wonders during a hygienist deep clean treatment, he is very understanding, gentle and listens to your concerns. Positive experience: Dentist was very good and helpful. Only annoying thing was I booked this appointment 2 and a half weeks ago based on my filling falling out. Arrive today to be told they are doing a temporary one and need yet another appointment for the permanent meaning a further 3 week wait.

Positive experience: They got me in today quickly in a couple of hours but for my last few appointments I've struggled to get an appointment. Also to try and ring up for emergency appointments twice in a couple of weeks it's cost me approximately £10 credit for a 10 minutes phonecall each time I put credit on this morning and by the time I was on the automatic recording and then got through to speak to someone I had used £10 of my credit.not great thankfully cos I'd only had an appointment at the beginning of the week regarding the same issues I wasn't charged

Positive experience: The appointment itself was ok. However, it was a 5 min assessment to see if my child’s teeth were eligible for the treatment on the NHS, surely this could have been done by the dentist who made the referral taking photos and sending to the orthodontist- so that yesterday’s appointment could have progressed the treatment by having x-rays done etc. So after waiting 3months for a 5min appointment that could have been done by a photograph, my child now needs to wait a month for an extraction - at which point we will then have to wait for another appointment for orthodontist. This is not a compliant - I just think given the shortages in dentistry and technology available - maybe there are ways to work smarter.

Fantastic experience: Visit on 16th March to have my braces taken off after 15 months! I've been on a long journey and finally there is light at the end of the tunnel. Visit went smoothly, Vikas was cheerful and professional as usual, had some composite work done, teeth cleaned and straightened, all very painless and no ghastly injections required very pleased with the results so far and when the teeth whitening is completed will defo be over the moon great practice and would recommend

Fantastic experience: My son had 2 teeth extracted with a female Dental Therapist at Oradi. She was absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience far less traumatic than I had imagined. She is a credit to the clinic and to the industry

Fantastic experience: Nazreen was fantastic - I had a dental hygienist appointment that lasted the full 30 minutes and was very thorough. I was given great advice, and Nazreen even numbed my gums for me with a spray to help with the discomfort I feel when getting my teeth scaled.

Positive experience: I've been a patient here for 14 years and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately I have been unable to get an appointment for a regular checkup now for over a year. Not quite sure what is going on. I sincerely hope this is the same for private as well as NHS patients. Would hate to think there is any discrimination. Also would now be worried if I had an urgent need to see a dentist.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists are already friendly and the waiting area is always very clean and tidy. Russell always asked how I am and listens to any problems I have regarding my teeth also my wellbeing. I'm not a great fan of going to see the dentist but each time I go I feel at ease at this practice. I have been with them for around 48yrs and am very satisfied.

Positive experience: Managed to get an emergency appointment quickly (filling fell out). Dentist was very good, explained everything and it didn't feel rushed. But I am still waiting for normal 6th monthly checkup as my dentist has now gone private.

Positive experience: Only drawback was the inability to get in due to Covid restrictions when it was pouring with rain. Both receptionists were busy with clients and the wait outside was 4/5 minutes. Once inside, the usual efficient and friendly receptionists made me welcome as did the dentist himself. Consultation was swift and efficient, a quick descale, no other problems and out. Very nice

Fantastic experience: I with my wife attended Oradi dental surgery yesterday. We were warmly greeted by the staff at the reception. Doctor Savraj Basra called us in time. He made us feel at ease. We were attended promptly and efficiently. During the treatment he kept on asking whether we were in any pain. He was not rushed. Nurse assisting him also was very polite, charming and cheerful. I would recommend this doctor and this surgery to any one

Fantastic experience: Oradi dental & implant centre, is a great practice, very clean, airy, excellent staff, keeping themselves and the public safe during these testing times. Excellent customer service and the dentist do an excellent job. I would highly recommend this practice and I cannot find any faults. Well done to all at Oradi!
