Negative experience: I rang up and made an appointment for the dentist and they ring me one hour before my appointment to cancel. I then rang again to rearrange the appointment for them to cancel on me again, I now have had to make an emergency appointment and got told to see dentist I need a root canal done and it will cost me £1000. I ask if it’s possible for me to go through the NHS. They then said “oh no it better if you private”. I then rang today and ask what are my next steps. The response was “we can do anything for you because you don’t come often to get your teeth checked”. I then responded “if my teeth are ok then I don’t need to come”. So now I need to find a new dentist. I will pull out my whole family out absolutely pathetic. The waiting time sis so long I had to wait for 30 minutes for my appointment my appointment at 4pm and got seen at 4.30 absolutely ridiculous.

Negative experience: I had a very negative experience with this dental practice. They routinely booked unnecessary follow-up appointments and pressured me into keeping them, even when I didn’t require further treatment. When I called to cancel, I was met with disappointment and even threats of being removed from their patient list. After cancelling twice, they blocked my account and told me to find another dentist. The dentists themselves came across as unprofessional and, at times, intimidating. Communication from the reception staff was equally poor — I had to wait a week for a callback regarding a simple enquiry, which never came. Eventually, I received a voicemail telling me to find another practice entirely. This has been a stressful and upsetting experience. I will not be returning and will be removing my entire family from their care. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this practice. On a previous visit, I brought my child in for a chipped tooth. The dentist applied a filling, but it fell out the very next day. What’s worse, my child was put under unnecessary pressure throughout the appointment, which was extremely upsetting to witness. The treatment was handled by trainee dentists who clearly lacked the necessary experience and confidence. The environment inside the practice feels more like a crowded market than a professional dental clinic — chaotic, noisy, and disorganised. It’s far from what you’d expect when trusting someone with your family’s dental care. This was my second poor experience with this practice, and sadly, both times have been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I strongly urge others to avoid this place entirely !!!!!

Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience Dr. Marway. I booked the appointment to discuss a filling needed before starting Invisalign. Dr. Marway initially told me he couldn't treat me and suggested I get the filling done at the practice where I'd be receiving Invisalign. He also claimed I wasn't registered as an NHS patient, despite my confirmed appointment. His attitude changed when I mentioned I was pursuing private Invisalign treatment elsewhere, and he then demanded to see the email from the other dental practice. Dr. Marway's behaviour was unprofessional, erratic, and flippant, leaving me confused and uncomfortable. Avoid.

Negative experience: Gave this "dental practise" 1 star because I couldn't give it 0. Spent the last 2 days and x amount of phone calls trying to book an appointment, all the while in pain with an exposed nerve. When I finally did get an answer the receptionist told me that they took me off of the list as I was not a regular customer, and I ignored their letters to book a regular check up. So basically what they're saying is in order to stay on their list I have to book an appointment when it's convenient for them and when I don't need it. My family have lived in southall since 1980 and as far as I can remember this is the only dentist my family and I have used since then. So another thing that means is they don't care about customer loyalty or even basic customer service and only care about the money. The "ladies" at reception are rude and arrogant and miserable and shouldn't be at the end of a telephone let alone a reception desk. My advice is stay away unless you want to pay for subpar dental treatment and customer service.

It’s clear that the focus here is more on making money than providing genuine care, especially for NHS patients. They schedule regular check-ups but avoid necessary treatments, likely just to meet quotas. One dentist recommended fluoride treatment for my child's teeth, while another from the same practice said it wasn't advisable — completely contradictory advice. To top it off, I was shocked to hear a dentist suggest letting kids eat chocolates, something I’ve never heard from a healthcare professional before. The overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re looking for a practice that genuinely cares about patient well-being, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Negative experience: Awful service from the dentist. 3 teeth need filling and treatment but the dentist stated he will only do 1 at a time per appointment? what nonsense is this. Purely a way to make money. Despite being in a lot of pain. I will also be reporting the dentist to the ICB and health service ombudsman

Fantastic experience: 2/01/2025 called surgery receptionist most helpful seen same day Mr. Dhruv Virendra.He informed me that one of my teeth was fractured after advise and discussion and also an abcess was noted .I requested i would like the tooth to be removed Removal was quick and I was not in any discomfort throughout procedure .Given paper work on post operative instructions .Tina the nurse was very kind and pleasant .I find whenever i have had to visit the dentist Mr.D.Virendra to be most professional and kind and puts you at ease and lets you know what is happening throughout .

Negative experience: I wouldn't even give one star to this dental practice. They do not care about their patients. Extremely poor service. Receptionists are really rude. I called to book an appointment but the receptionist started telling me off for cancelling an appointment previously rather than to offer me an appointment. Let me remind you as a receptionist that's not your job. You should be glad and appreciate that I called up to cancel that appointment for it to be offered to someone else. If you don't appreciate patients calling up to cancel an appointment, you clearly prefer patients to not inform you and to just not turn up which is what I will be doing from next time because that's how you want it. We are busy people and if we can't attend it's not our fault that we can not attend I shouldn't be penalised for it especially because I've informed you of the cancellation. It's not okay for a receptionist to deal with patients in that way. Last time I had a similar experience with the dentist who didn't check my teeth properly and just asked me to get in touch with another dentist from else where even though he was my dentist. I waited months and the other dentist never even called back despite my continuous calls. This was something my dentist could have easily dealt with instead of trying to make business of another dentist. Absolutely terrible. You should be ashamed.

Negative experience: After having my appointment cancelled for a 2nd time 2 days before I was due the receptionist offered me an appointment in just over 2 hrs I took it and hurriedly rearranged my day She then rang back an hr later and cancelled !!!! Rubbish service and customer care!!!

Fantastic experience: Had very great experience here at White House Dental practice where I really had a very bad toothache and when I went to the practice they helped me a lot even though I missed my appointment but Nisha at the customer desk helped me to get the same day appointment and got treatment which took the pain of toothache.. Negative experience: Had a terrible experience with the receptionists (as well as some dentists here), they would not book me in for any appointments, on multiple occasions i have been seen 1-2 hours after the time I specified and, they did not do a good job with my fillings (PLUS, they completely blame my anxiety disorder on symptoms unrelated to this disorder (such as tooth infection and TMD, they also have absolutely no knowledge on TMD as the only advice they gave was "stop stressing" my TMD is not muscle related thus I cannot "stop stressing" it away). Not at all worth the money I paid for. I will absolutely never come back to this practice again as I have had quite enough (they also refuse to do emergency appointments, so im forced to go back and forth to different practices that have no prior knowledge of my teeth/circumstances). I genuinely cannot stress how incredibly rude the receptionists are though like damn, its odd how they got their jobs and are keeping it. Another note: they told me I cancelled an appointment 2 years ago, which I never did. In any case, I was able to book appointments and visit the practice after 2020 just fine until now. Funny how 2 years ago was covid era and no one was allowed to go anywhere anyway. One other thing is they NEVER refer you to specialists, I even had an emergrncy appointment elsewhere that wanted to refer me to a TMD specialist but couldn't because white house didnt let it happen. Update: I just received a rather unnecessary voicemail telling me to book an appointment or face deregistration in 10 days. Im not even with this dental practice anymore. It's been an incredibly long time. Why am i still on your system?? Seems like a legal issue, i was meant to be out of your system 2 years ago...

Negative experience: I have been a patient of this practice at least 20 years. I had an appointment this morning and I was left waiting for 45 minutes, while others went in before me. It is not good enough. I asked at the reception to be told he was very busy. I walked out. I will NOT be going back. I have signed with another dentist. Take me off your books

Negative experience: My girlfriend tried to book an appointment as she has been dealing with a toothache and we decided to call them and they didnt pick up after several calls with no call backs. The emails they sent back to my girlfriend were very unprofessional and did not provide any way to resolve the issue. Poor practise, 1 whole star is generous.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional service here. If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. The customer service here is horrible. I've contacted them several times about providing a referral to another dental practice, but even then they struggle to do so the simplest task of sending a direct email over to the other team. I've emphasised numerous times that it is an emergency case and if you cannot treat the dental issue itself then at the very least transfer us correctly to the other dental practice that can do so. But of course, as you can imagine by me writing this review, that didn't happen. Poor customer service and rude receptionists. The team can't even do their job properly.

Negative experience: extremely unprofessional, my partner had a bad tooth and had to book an emergency appointment on sunday, they didnt even numb his mouth before squeezing out the absos and it was already giving him lots of pain, thats why i had an emergency appointment with them because it was swelling really bad, but they dont care about your health they only care about getting paid, horrible staff

Negative experience: The receptionist will get you to pay the initial fee and say it's used for x rays and other expenses adjusted later in treatment. Later you find the dentist says he doesn't want to do the crown or implant as he doesn't want to fix the previous crown job the pretext that I would sue him if I didn't like the job. I liked the honest opinion about the prices and other explanations but taking the initial fee from a patient telling them you would adjust the price and then no mention about it.

Negative experience: Went for an emergency appointment from the 111 service after being in serious pain. Drove for an hour caught in traffic due to an incident was 5mins late and was told by a rude man at the door I wouldn’t be seen they gave my appointment to someone else and just wouldn’t open the door and have a conversation with me. Negative experience: Avoid these scumbags if you pay for treatment & even if you don't! You will pay the initial fee then if your unlucky to have Davinder Marway have a look at your teeth he will recommend that you go next door to Sterling House as he can not do any dental work such as tooth extraction as it is too complex for him and requires specialist treatment from the side business Sterling House which is part of of White House Dental Practice only to be charged again for another consultation fee and to be ripped off for basic routine procedures like route cannels and extractions. NHS patients are welcome to have unnecessary dental work done as these crooks claim it from the Goverment. If you value your health and wellbeing stay away from this place. Davinder Marway is so money hungry that he won't prescribe antibiotics so that you can save your teeth but would rather let you suffer and force you to go to Sterling House next door and pay a fortune for a cure! This is how this place makes it money! You get an invite for dental check up which is due so you book an appointment. You attend your appointment and you require a dental hygiene clean from next door Sterling House if not a filling is needed. 2 years later your filling comes out so now you need a crown. Some years later you develope a infection in your crown and require a re-root cannel and will be referred to Sterling House in which you pay for consultation. Now either you pay a fortune to have a re- root cannel or you can remove your tooth! Brilliant business model bearing in mind you have at least 20 teeth and their are limited dentists local so where you going go? Bunch of crooks who prey on their own community and have no patient care in mind apart from making a profit!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Experience with Dr. Nikita Dr. Nikita is an outstanding dentist who truly cares about her patients' comfort and well-being. From the moment I walked into her office, I felt at ease thanks to her warm and welcoming demeanor. She took the time to listen to my concerns and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I recently had composite fillings done by Dr. Nikita, and I was amazed by her efficiency and skill. Not only did she complete the procedure quickly, but she also made sure that I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Negative experience: The dentist appeared to me wasn’t competent, gave me temporary tooth filling said it’ll last a day or 2 which they should last 6-8 weeks. The further treatment she said I can go in private dental practice. Paid £25.80 just for that?!

Negative experience: This dental surgery has gone completely down hill. Once upon a time the service and dental practitioners where of an excellent standard. Its now looks dilapidated and the service is very poor. I would not recommend this dental practice to my worst enemy.

Negative experience: Services have gone downhill. They delete previous records and the receptionists are clueless on the phone. They told me they had blocked my account due to infrequent visits and I could not re-register. I told them I visited 8 months ago but they said that that was an emergency appointment and did not count! Then on the same day another receptionist phoned me back and made an emergency appointment for which I had to wait 2 weeks (in the meantime, my chipped tooth started to decay!) Apparently once you are assigned a dentist, that cannot be changed. I wanted to change Dr Marway as he is friendly but lazy. He refused a scale and polish (said my teeth were clean) and refused to do a composite filling on my tooth. I had to go next door to sterling private clinic (recommended by him) and pay privately for the filling. The dentist there took double the money it would have cost on the nhs and could not understand why Dr Marway refused to do a simple filling. One good thing was that he gave me a copy of the x ray that made the transition to private easier. I am frustrated that they delete previous x rays and dental records. It makes it really hard to explain the history of your tooth to the dentist when they cannot see a previous issue on record.

Negative experience: This dentist is a joke, I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service they have provided to me . I have been with this dentist for a couple of years and not changed due to location. I have never experienced such careless attitude. Also they NEVER answer their calls and never inform when an appointment is cancelled. When an appointment is cancelled they had the audacity to tell me when I got there, I don’t think they understand that u have other priorities throughout the day . Anyways they ruined my chances of getting braces under the NHS because it took them 8 MONTHS to answer my calls. -100/10 experience (pls close down)

Negative experience: White house have been my local dentist for a long time now and I have never had a problem with them but recently as the staff have changed, they have been giving inadequate customer service. I had an appointment before work and I had arrived on time. I waited for over an hour and I was getting late to work so I had no choice but to go. White house are not punctual and their staff are useless. Why haven’t they been keeping up with their schedules and why are they wasting our time? I am very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I just had emergency appointment at this practice. Arrived and left so painfully and emotionally traumed⛔ I called 111 @ 7am this morning in complete agony and distressed. They sent nenhere with an emergency appointment. So hard to get there on time shirt notice in so much pain and traffic that hour of the day. I arrive so messed up can't even breathe. EVERYONE was so welcoming and friendly, the young guy at reception thank you so much for your help. Am in high mad crazy pain was so seen and shown the problem. Negative experience: I have been a customer since I was 8 ( 4 1984) and have always been comfortable with dr marway … but the receptionists are EXTREMELY rude and i was beyond SHOCKED When i called to re book a missed appointment and was told my mental health illnesses and disabilities including physical disabilities were NOT good enough reason for missing my appointment ((( i was sectioned in a mental hospital in epson under the mental health act for a year and a half due to covid-19 !!! We were locked in due to the pandemic none of us allowed to go home until everyone was vaccinated and clean (( i never even had Covid-19 and yet i was forced to miss my dentist appointment with my CHILDHOOD DENTIST dr marway ( who is amazing….. but the girls refuse to adhere to laws and rights and not discriminate against mental health illnesses disabilities including physical illnesses & disabilities the staff at the White House clearly show they don’t really have RESPECT OR CARE : LAWS AND RIGHTS SUCH AS DISCRIMINATION TYPING FAKE NOTES IN MY FILE WHICH I WAS TOLD IS PERMANENTLY BLOCKED (((( my teeth are in a serious state of broken and chipped I desperately need a dentist and have even emailed all doctors and owners in PRIVATE ( as its quite embarrassing for me to be so open (( god knows who can read this !! CODES OF PRACTICE ,ETHICS ,CONDUCT INCLUDING ALL FORMATIONS OF RIGHTS AND LAWS FOR MY IMPORTANCE OF BEING SEEN ARE STRANGELY IGNORED EVEN BY THE OWNERS AND RECEPTIONISTS I HAVE EMAILED AND CALLED ONLY TO BE TOLD I CANT COME BACK DUE TO MISSING APPOINTMENTS ( clearly discrimination against mental and physical disabled patients is not important being sectioned under the mental health act for over a year too!!!! hopefully i will get a reply typing this embarrassing review in public but I desperately need a dentist I'm in severe need of a dentist and in pain …. Negative experience: Reception gave false information, told them I’d be coming in with a baby and pushchair and they said that’s fine we can accommodate. Came in and ended up having to cancel appt as they said no pushchair and baby allowed. Will not come again.

Fantastic experience: I rushed in as an emergency in 2009. I was in a lot of pain and I was treated quickly, efficiently and professionally. It was my first time at the practice and I was treated by Dr Onkar Sihota the very first time I rushed in and he has been my dentist since then for the last 15 years. I have always been happy with the dental care I have received from the practice and from Dr. Onkar Sihota over the years and will continue to follow his advice regarding my dental care.

Negative experience: Worst experience evere. It was my dream to have a good smile but I had no money. I start working to save money. I met dr Marvi he checked my teeth and said it’s not that bad,it will take six month. I had no idea that he not professional and it took almost 3 years to fix its not just that he broke my tooth while he was fixing the bracket and made large between my teeth which looks horrible and then he promised that he gonna fix it and send me to the Maybrook clinic hayes. He took mor than a year to fix. Giving appointment and to send another clinic. He just wasting my time and my money at end my teeth looks horrible goes in wrong direction. And didn’t give another appointment and treatment left without completing it.I massaged a lot to the Dr marvi but he was not replying and my money just wasted. So be careful it’s just fraud. I have all proof I will open a case

Negative experience: The dentist that had me in care was very rude and he made me feel very bad, as I am really scared of dentists, he always seemed annoyed by me. Lately when you try to call nobody replies, I am not even bothering leaving a message because the last two times they didn’t even call me back. I changed dental practice now, I don’t want to see this place ever again. If you are reading this, I tried to call and nobody answered, for the nth time.

Fantastic experience: I love the White House Dental practice as my new dentist is so attentive and exceedingly professional. I went there for an emergency in my tooth after being served and wasted money in 3 other dentist in the area but here Dr Nikita and shred made me feel relaxed and calm. Negative experience: This has to be the worst dental practice I’ve ever had to deal with. I used to be registered to them and they took me off for god knows what reason. I had a dental emergency so I called them to make an appointment and they told me as I’m not registered I cannot get an appointment, so I called 111 how is it they managed to get me an appointment with them the same day. They did a dental treatment and didn’t prescribed me with antibiotics. They told me it’ll get better after 2 days. In fact it got worse and not better after 2 days. I called them back to see if I can be prescribed and again they told me I couldn’t because I wasn’t registered with them. This dentistry needs to be fixed. The staff need to be trained on how to speak to patients.

Negative experience: Reception have changed and can not understand simple English, looks like they have employed cheap labor from India who do not understand patients.. Takes ages to be seen. Sometimes half hour to 1 hour. However, main problem is that it's over subscribed. You have people on benefits and Europeans and asylum seekers that get first priority and free treatment... The people who pay taxes have to wait to get appointment and join lengthy queues and pay for their treatment which includes paying for the immigration mess in Southall. I have had asylum seekers and refugees getting free fillings and clean whereas I have to pay 40 to 80 pounds for similar treatment. I have seen Europeans qualify for free treatment...which is one of the main reasons for brexit. This country should learn something from Dubai like I said in another review....put your own people first especially those who contribute to the society...government...

Negative experience: It is a disgusting service by the out of service doctor on Sunday. Very rude as i waited 10 minutes but he was with a patient. When the oatient left, the doctor was extremly rude and said dont lie, we can not see you and did not listen. He was very unproffessional and rude and i did not want to do my treatment from him seeing how distress and rude he was to me as a patient. He kept saying be quiet be quiet and was rude. I was sent by nhs 111 as out of service doctor and he upset me i left as he was not letting me talk despite waiting for 10 minutes and kept saying i was a liar. It is disgusting the out of service dentist needs to be fired on sunday! I was there 12:30pm on sunday 1.10.23 a dentist should be nice to a patient not so rude that the patient leaves. I asked him are you the only dentist and then said i do not feel comfortable getting treated by you as he was extremly rude!

Negative experience: I think I'll leave a brief complaint. Tried to book an appointment with them after quite some time, and was told to find another practice. There is no arbitration process: just a unilateral decision with no consideration of mitigating circumstances. The correspondence is terse and curt. Also, perhaps they could consider using a grammar checker in order to ameliorate the broken English.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional! Just look at all their previous 1 star reviews, says it all really! Unprofessional reception staff asking for money upfront when they dont even know what theyre charging for. Very lazy, never answer phones even when the practise is empty. Negative experience: Unprofessional dentist arguing across reception as he was late. Two lazy receptionists not doing their job. Dentist did not reflect confidence or ethical behaviour with threats. He seemed to think he was in an Indian soap opera and I was there waiting half an hour for fun. Doubt he would've argued like this in a white surgery. Negative experience: Terrible experience at this dentist after an emergency referral via the NHS due to a severe toothache which had been ongoing for 4 days over a bank holiday weekend. Waited in line to be seen, set up the new patient register and after doing the admin I was made to pay for my treatment before I had even began my wait in the waiting room. 50 mins after my scheduled appointment time I was seen. The dentist began by saying he was going to do this and that and took an x ray. He must have been made aware that I was an emergency nhs patient as in the end I ended up with no treatment whatsoever. There was a problem with the x ray machine sending the results back to the computer . Rather that get the problem fixed where he could actually have a visual of my dental exam, he told me there was nothing wrong with my tooth. ( without even seeing the x ray he had just taken). He wrote me out a prescription for an antibiotic , a tooth paste and a mouthwash and I was sent on my way . This was all prior to him sorting out the IT issue with the dental nurse and before he even had checked the x ray he had decided to do in the first place. I was out of the chair and on my way back to southall train station with £35 worth of prescription, toothpaste and mouthwash after 5 minutes. A complete waste of a morning. From managing to get through to the NHS dental emergency line , getting a call back and taking the time to travel to Southall to get seen. I only went there as this was the place the NHS sent me to due to availability. Certainly wouldn't recommend any emergency NHS dental treatment in this dental practice whatsoever

Negative experience: Probably the worst customer service I have had. I was scheduled for an appointment which the practice cancelled themselves without any explanation they just sent me a text message. They didn’t even call to rebook my appt I then called back and they told me sorry your doctors not available booked me with someone else. I was unable to make the appointment due to traffic I left them a voicemail. They called me to tell me I didn’t make it to the appt which clearly shows they aren’t checking their voicemails regularly. Booked the 3rd time unfortunately I have a very bad cold I’ve called to cancel and rebook but she told me she can’t rebook me due to some policy. When the patient cancels it’s a problem but if they cancel it’s fine. The lady had the nerve to tell me I didn’t give enough notice for not attending, did you want me to get my globe out and guess there was traffic or I’m ill? DO NOT RECOMMEND. not accommodating at all.

Negative experience: This one the worst dentist you’ll come across, the surgery who doesn’t keep records of patients who attend often. The receptionist are extremely rude, who cannot communicate or explain the reasons, as not taking accountability for there mistakes or system, they blame patients for not attending appointments that have physically not been booked, I have been told for the past years to walk in I don’t need to register I can just walk in but as couple months ago, I came in and got my broken Tooth sorted, no problem I got seen so did my son, now 7/8 months after I’ve been told I been blocked since 2021, but I got seen in 2022, around November, ? . Really need to get kind staff, not freshie unprofessional people who cannot explain the situation, or fluently speak English .

Negative experience: I do not even know where to start. My 4 year olds first dentist visit because of toothache. They had no patience with her they assumed it was hurting but did not let me get involved to calm her down. I had a finger put in face to insinuate be quite and let me deal with it. I am more than unhappy with the service. Thank you for traumatising my daughter that was unable to speak or do anything for over an hour.

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment at this dentist today, they told me I have been removed from their records because I haven't attended since 2014, and to find another dentist, I had no need to come in after that year because I had no problems with my teeth, then the Pandemic happened. My tooth had split and I was in alot of pain, I couldn't go to the dentist because it was closed and I didn't want to go to the hospital to see an emergency dentist, because I had family who were vulnerable I didn't want to take the risk. I wanted to get the split tooth removed, this dentist treats their patients unfairly. I wouldn't recomend anyone to register here, I will be sending an an email for my complaint to NHS England online. For anyone with a complaint should do the same, as I have seen many other reviews with patients being refused appointments.

Negative experience: Absolute disgrace of A dentist office. Have been with them for over 20 years so it must be under new management as the way they have dealt with me and my wife is beyond disrespectful. They made mistake after mistake after mistake in regards to appointments(over the past two years) not calling us back repeatedly and then banning us because they would never return our calls, and THEN blame us for their terrible service.
