Fantastic experience: I can’t praise Roseville Dental practice enough. I had been up all night with excruciating toothache. I rang the practice at 9.30 and had an appointment 2hours later. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Fantastic experience: So so happy with my experience here! Called for an appointment the day of and thankfully got one straight away. When going to the dentist I get quite nervous but I felt so at ease, I went in for my wisdom tooth as it was causing me some pain and it resulted in it coming out. I felt comfortable the whole way throughout. 100% couldn’t recommend enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Took my two children to the dentist recently and had a great experience. My daughter was a bit nervous about going, but everyone there was so kind and helpful. The dentist, Jas, and the nurse, Trudy, were brilliant with her – really patient and made her feel at ease. My son also had a few concerns, but they handled everything so well and really put him at ease too. The reception staff were lovely – Ashleigh and Meena gave us such a warm welcome as soon as we walked in, which helped the kids feel more relaxed straight away. Really happy with how it all went. Highly recommended – can’t thank the team enough!

Fantastic experience: I called as an emergency and was seen very quickly. On arriving Meena noticed my walking aid and asked if I can get up stairs. I had forgotten to say this in my call. She spoke to Simran the Dentist and saw me in a downstairs room. I only waited about 3 minutes for the swap of rooms with another Dentist. Ola the dental nurse helped me with my walking stick and bag with a welcoming smile. I fact all the staff smiled all through my experience putting me at ease immediately Simran examined me and took X-rays and explained everything that was about to happen. I have never had such a positive experience with dental care I have another appointment for the rest of the treatment Would highly recommend this Dental Practice

Negative experience: Rang this surgery today to enquire about an appointment because I'd cracked my tooth spoke to a young lady who kept spouting money at me I did get a bit confused so I said I'll ring back rang back spoke to a lady called del who did clarify the procedure a bit better but was met with are you in pain? We only book appointments if you are in pain £160 or can have an assessment £105 with no treatment and was told we are not accepting nhs patients at the minute as there is a long waiting list I asked how long couldn't give me an answer I didn't accept the appointment just felt it was all about the money and not patient care.

Dell the lady on reception was amazing, even coming into my appointment with me to hold my baby whilst I had mine done! The dentist I seen and her assistant made sure my baby was at ease by making her laugh and smile whilst checking her 2 little teeth! will definitely make sure she attends her 6 monthly check ups! 100% recommend if your uneasy about the dentist as I normally hate it due to bad previous experience elsewhere but Roseville dental practice make sure to put you at ease all the way through! From the moment i booked my appointment i knew i was in good hands. My first appointment today i met Del on the front desk, what a lovely lady. I then met my dentist Simran, who was so reassuring and professional in her advice going forward, I didn't catch the young assistant name, but she was great as well. The staff are extremely patient and very friendly , I was seen by Hari he is so nice you can see he wants the best outcome for his patients . It’s a nice calm environment some Dentist smell clinical but this one doesn’t . I know I need other work done and am honest when I say I’m not the best patient but I know they will be caring and patient with me . My dad's dentists name is Jazz and he is a very kind caring with a superb attention to detail and made my dad very comfortable while he was working on my dad's teeth. Staff are extremely friendly and personal, entire experience was enjoyable, despite having a wisdom tooth removed and a sudden light headed spell in the chair, I was looked after professionally and quickly.
