Fantastic experience: New dentist really friendly and helpful. I have a fear of dentists but I felt at easy today. Such a shame my husband could not transfer over, the dentist he used to see at Etwell is now only taking private patient.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so lovely today. The dentist explained what he was going to do, and explained again has he was doing it. The dental nurse was lovely too. They both put me at ease and it wasn't has bad as I thought it was going to be! Thankyou would definitely recommend this practice. X

Fantastic experience: I had 2 teeth removed this morning, the service was second to none from start to finish. I was very nervous and was put at ease straight away, the treatment was pain-free and all aftercare was explained to me thoroughly. Couldn't recommend enough.

The receptionists were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and always had a smile, which really helped put me at ease. Fantastic experience: The Dental Hygienist was very thorough. After an examination of my teeth and noting possible attention to future problems, she 'jet-washed', scraped and polished my ivories until they came out shiny white and clean.

The new dentist "Ndu" was great, he explained everything in detail, giving really sound advice for me to improve my oral care. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I have just had some implants and a crown replaced at Etwall Dental. Jai is such an amazing dentist. He explained everything so clearly and answered every question I had. Implants and crown match my own teeth perfectly. The reception staff, Jai's dental nurse were all there to reassure the very nervous me at the start they told me I was in safe hands and I truly was. I cannot receommend Jai enough. Thank you Jai I am one very happy patient.

Positive experience: Paid privately for my daughter’s treatment as unable to do so on NHS. Only thing is she wasn’t seen until 5 days later as her brace wire was protruding where she was in agony which dampened the experience. Emailed this concern, which was not responded to. Chantelle and Mr Patel are both lovely and no reflection on them and the dental assistants.

Fantastic experience: As an NHS patient I am happy with the service provided. The advice given was clear and concise regarding the treatment on offer with no pressure in making a decision. On this occasion I choose to go down the NHS route as the product offered for a crown was good. On completion of the crown being fitted to my upper front teeth, the colour match was excellent. Charlotte and her team were great throughout the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Etwall Dental Practice is the go to service if you need a tooth extraction by a dental surgeon. The staff were very friendly, professional and efficient. Excellent service! PS: This service was provided for my father. He had a rather traumatic experience regarding another tooth extraction a couple of years ago. He vowed 'never again', but circumstances dictated otherwise. However, this dental practice as removed his in built fear of such places. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: Brought my mother in today for a wisdom tooth extraction. She is disabled but the staff couldn’t have done more to help her get in and out of the treatment rooms for her care. From the receptionist to the dental assistant and the oral surgeon, they were all courteous, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Had my annual check-up this morning and I was impressed by the efficiency of the service and the relaxed atmosphere of the surgery. I hadn't met the dentist before, but I liked his friendly, professional approach. I can't claim to enjoy visiting the dentist, but at this Practice, they make you feel valued by having a caring approach and that really helps.

I felt right at home, a little nervous, but I needn't have worried. The pre/during and post care was excellent. Nik and the whole team are first class. Fantastic experience: I was referred on by my Dentist following a failed tooth removal (in too much pain when he tried) - I was a little anxious that it might be the same but no pain and quickly extracted - super friendly, complete experts who set me at ease. He fixed my braces with such expertise and took the time to explain everything in great detail — I genuinely felt like a dentist myself by the end of it! No information was withheld, and I really appreciated how thoroughly he walked me through each step. The reception staff are incredibly friendly,the treatment co-ordinator's patience should be studied as she is exceptional(Lorna) and Dr. Patel’s assistants were very helpful and attentive throughout my visit. Whenever any issues arose with my braces they were quick to be resolved. The end result is brilliant. The team from hygienist to reception staff are all really friendly. Would recommend.

My teeth were in a miserable state when I first visited last autumn, and even going to the dentist would send me into a panic. Several months later, and loads of support from everyone at the practice, my teeth are in the best condition they’ve been in since forever. Big thank you to Nik, Stef and all the fab staff who have helped all this seem a lot less scary and getting everything sorted out. Everyone met me where I was at and treated me with so much kindness. Looking forward to starting my orthodontics journey with them next!

Fantastic experience: I was incredibly anxious to have a wisdom tooth removed, I was referred to this dental practice from my normal one. I originally opted to have my tooth removed with sedation however changed my mind to just have it removed without, I was booked in quickly and the receptionist was very kind and reassuring. I had my appointment with Gregory and he was fantastic. Both him and his assistant were calming and reassured me. He was thorough with the numbing and then my tooth was out within minutes. I was relieved it was quick and easy and very impressed.

Fantastic experience: First time visit to this practice as I was referred by my dentist to have a tooth extracted there on the NHS On arrival at reception I was met by 2 helpful ladies who answered any concerns I had. Went into see the oral surgeon and assistant, the gentleman (Gregory) I saw was nice and explained everything that was going to happen, all went well. The place was clean, tidy and my experience there was good.

Positive experience: The visit was very good and efficient. The staff were very courteous and reassuring. 2 things need comments however. 1. The patient information forms online were somewhat cumbersome.. it was not clear when these had been completed. It required knowledge of international codes to complete phone numbers and a work phone number when I was retired! 2. Difficult to address but the facilities were cramped and the stairs were very steep.

Fantastic experience: I'm fortunate to receive NHS dentistry at Etwall Dentists and the service is excellent. My hygienist is also excellent and has improved my dental health with her cleaning and advice.

Fantastic experience: I have had many tooth extractions over the years and having to have a root extraction after loosing a crown was something I was dreading, however it went extremely smoothly even though it was well embedded, possibly the least difficult extractions I’ve had.
