Fantastic experience: Barnfield Dental Studio is excellent. I used to be so stressed about visits to the dentist in the past and I no longer feel that. The whole team are professional and friendly and put you at ease. I joined from a friend recommending them to me. Best thing I ever did. I now know I have a dentist Ruan who will look after my needs long term. Dalene was amazing at transforming a small tooth which had been bothering me for years and Angelina looks after my hygiene, she is wonderful, what a wonderful team. That includes all of the staff for sure.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant dentist. I had my first appointment with them last week and they were so patient and caring. I am terrified of the dentist, but they made it so much easier. They admin staff are all really friendly as well and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Visited Barnfield Dental Studio on the 2nd July. I had a filling I don't like the injection to numb the gum area but Dalene Theunissen is so good I didn't feel a thing. Plus the dental nurse & the reception staff are all very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful reception directed me quickly to the correct waiting room. Was seen within 5 mins, with treatment only taking 20 mins by friendly & efficient hygienist. Payment simple, and staff were able to set up a reminder for next check-up. I've been a customer/patient here for 10+ years. Overall an excellent service.

I'm not the easiest patient to treat as I have a significant gag reflex but Dalene is always very good and her patience with me is fantastic as is the quality of the treatment. Fantastic experience: A fantastic dental surgery. My dentist Viditi, Hygienist Angelina and every other staff member I have dealt with has been so kind, friendly and offered brilliant care and service. Viditi is especially brilliant with my two young daughters and I'm sure if I'd had dentist care like this when I was younger I would have teeth in much better shape than they are now.

However after ringing them, as I had toothache, the very helpfull receptionist rang me back to say she had spoken to the dentist and he would fit me in as an emergency that morning. Fantastic experience: Following a painful development on a tooth, the team were able to fix an appointment and bring it forward when there was a cancellation. I was told not to hesitate to contact for emergency treatment should the pain become worse. It was all very efficient and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I visited for an emergency appointment today after calling a lot of practices in the area. The receptionist I spoke to (Linda??) was super lovely and helpful and when I arrived at the practice she really put me at ease and was incredibly kind. Dr Theunissen was such a lovely person and as someone who gets really nervous at dental visits managed to calm me down. She talked through everything as she went through and her assistant Jodie was super nice as well. Honestly one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. The whole team are so kind and it’s a lovely practice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new practice!

Fantastic experience: We joined Barnfield many years ago under the old NHS dentist system, when they changed to private we chose to stay due to the friendliness, patience and professionalism of the practice! As someone who is very fearful of going, my dentist has taken the time to get to know what bothers me, what I can tolerate and when she needs to tell me what is happening and get it done as soon as she can! Both her and her assistants always treat me with kindness - even when it’s a challenge! It’s now a family affair as our children also attend and we are all catered for and supported! The reception team are always helpful whether it’s planned appointments or emergency situations and always try to accommodate appointment times to fit family life with the extended opening hours the practice offer. We wouldn’t want to go elsewhere and feel lucky to have found Barnfield!

Fantastic experience: I am a private patient but find the staff very helpful and can fit me in around my availability, the DT is very professional as is their assistant, I've never been so informed and relaxed when having work done and would recommend them as my own experience is extremely positive.

Since finding Dalene at Barnfield Dental Practice, I’m more confident in having dental work done. She really listens, explains things clearly and the whole practice, including the excellent dental assistants and reception staff, is set up to give patients time and control over their dental care. Fantastic experience: always friendly staff, pleasant building, prompt treatment. I was an NHS patient but now private, and they really seem to have patient interest at heart. The private insurance they provide doesn't break the bank. UPDATE 2024 my gums are much better because of the care and advice I have received - my monthly payment has reduced as I only have to go six monthly now - not 3 monthly

Fantastic experience: After 6 years of avoiding the dentist like the plague, I decided that it was time to get my teeth sorted. I was quite honestly petrified and insanely nervous about going to a new dentist. The thought of having any sort of work done to my teeth made me freak out. If only I had known that dentists like Viditi exist, I'd have gone years ago! She made me feel completely at ease and even when having a filling replaced, I felt so relaxed I actually thought I was going to drift off to sleep. The entire process from completing new patient forms, to signing up to their monthly membership scheme was totally effortless. Would I recommend them? Wholeheartedly - yes! From a no longer nervous patient who has fixed teeth and a whole load less anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist Surgery that I have just signed up for. The receptionist are really friendly and will do anything to help and accommodate you. Jen in particular is brilliant, helping me with appointments. The dentist and dental nurse put me at ease and dropped everything to fit me in on an emergency appointment. I have had really bad experiences in the past but I know I am in really good hands here and highly recommend the practice.

So it was quite hard when my dentist I had been with for over twenty years suddenly out of the blue removed me from their list because they were not taking NHS patients anymore, and would only take me back as a private patient. My last few experiences with my last dentist practice left me feeling unhappy. So now having to pay for my dental treatment it was a case of looking for a private dentist and one I could feel comfortable with. Ruan and Dalene are brilliant at what they do. Angelina's was brilliant too. I am sure the other staff are too! I have had much dental work done over the years and spent many hours in the dentist chair. I have had many bad experiences and significant pain in the past. Barnfield staff have exceeded my expectations in all areas their speed, pain management, professionalism and care of me is superb.
