Positive experience: I have been registered at this dental practice now for about 4 years. From reception to my dentist Dr. Alexander Widera to other staff I have met during my visits here, all are always super professional. I had root canal treatment done here and 3 crowns and cannot fault the care and consultative approach given. Pay plans are also available for planned treatments and also my Bupa cover accepts claims for treatments from here. All in all, I am very happy to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist in Guildford.

Today, my appointment with Dr. Zoe far exceeded my expectations. I’ve had hygienist treatment in the past elsewhere and some minor stains lingered afterward, I assumed that was typical. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this surgery for many many years and am so pleased with the service I receive. In particular my current dentist, Dr Widera, has been very helpful in making sure I keep my own teeth .. he’s the king of the crowns and takes care to ensure I understand my options and what is happening. My hygienist, Tracy, has patiently and consistently made sure I can look after my teeth well for many years and is so skilled and passionate about her job. The practice is light and airy and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. My regular payment isn’t onerous and I’ve always been treated for emergencies promptly. I highly recommend them.

Positive experience: I always get anxious about the dentist in general but Woodbridge Dentist always have a relaxed atmosphere and the team are very good, nice and friendly, and offer good advice. Did have an issue with the booking of my appointment originally so I think sometimes the website can be a bit finicky but I called up and the appointment booking was all sorted.

It is hard to find my roots and my previous dentist left a bit of root in which caused pain. Fantastic experience: I discovered Woodbridge Dental in an emergency having landed on a Saturday afternoon in excruciating pain. Unable to see my usual dentist, Dr Omer El-Hamdoon took control immediately. The tooth and the infection was bad but i am pleased to report, having had root canal and a new crown, i am now back to normal. The service and care was exceptional. Negative experience: My husband went to Woodbridge Hill dental practice for years; he was on Denplan and rarely needed treatment such as fillings. On a recent visit, my husband mentioned that one of his teeth felt as though there was something in it, which I flagged to the dentist who ignored me. As my husband had moved into a care home away from Guildford we cancelled his Denplan subscription but I kept the next appointment which had already been made and we would pay privately. Lo and behold, just coming off Denplan, the dentist informed us that he needed a filling. I am not best pleased with the service we got from the dentist, especially as I had made a specific point about the tooth on out last visit. I would, however recommend the care of the hygienist.

Not only they had an emergency appointment available, but every member of staff treated me nicely, and Dr Widera helped me immediately. He also explained the further treatment options and provided me with a quote. The practice is a bit far from where I reside in London, but I might consider coming back, as I am so happy with the outcome, and the price is very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: On arrival I was welcomed by the friendly reception staff, who explained further relevant details regarding the dental practice and its dentists. I was then sent with Dr Amirreza who was also very friendly, as well as extremely professional and knowledgeable! He examined my tooth infection and went through my treatment plan in detail, explaining the costs and available payment plans, clearly explaining the procedure. I got a root canal treatment done today and the whole process and procedure was efficient, successful, and quick.
