Fantastic experience: My experience at the Dental Wellness Centre has been excellent. Dr Dhroov Thanki and his team have done a wonderful job and have restored my confidence. The reception staff including Ren were polite, helpful and encouraging. Dr Dhroov Thanki is personable, reassuring and highly skilled and I now feel that my dental needs are in safe hands. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Clinician Azhar assisted by Nurse Sahina few weeks ago, they were really amazing and super reassuring throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: First time visiting. The team were efficient and friendly. I saw Dr Dhroov Thanki who was extremely caring and explained every step of the way. I needed a filling and was booked back in two days and the process was smooth and pain free. Excellent dentist and service, would recommend.

They had a really nice place. Good WiFi. Plenty of drinks to drink from. It was just a really splendid first visit to a new dentist. If there was 10 stars I would give them ten stars. Fantastic experience: Great for my toddler. Asked her to open her mouth, rather than prise it open. Made every effort to make her relaxed. Reception is welcoming, clean and professional. Shivam and Tanvira were equally wonderful. Gave loads of feedback and info, as i wanted..no sense of being rushed. Only one piece of constructive criticism.... struck me as ironic that the kids stickers are sweet themed..say 'sweet', image of sweets and scratch to smell sweets... for a dentist, i would prefer something else, better alligned with dental wellness... disappointed slightly as my young girl doesnt know what sweets are and i dont want to introduce the idea of sugary sweets, as a result of her dental trip. Otherwise...best dental practice i have encountered for my girl...third one and hopeful it will be her only one moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Gum Disease Treatment with Dr. Dhroov – Highly Recommended! I recently underwent gum disease treatment with Dr. Dhroov, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The treatment has made a noticeable difference in my gum health. Before the treatment, I was dealing with bleeding gums, discomfort while eating, and general swelling. But since completing the treatment, the bleeding has significantly reduced or stopped completely. My gums now feel healthier, and I no longer experience the same discomfort I once did. Dr. Dhroov’s care and professionalism were exceptional throughout the entire process. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. If you're struggling with gum issues, I would absolutely recommend this treatment.

The staff was kind, professional, and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Like many other people, I'm not a massive fan of dental visits but Dhroov's warm and friendly manner put me completely at ease. He explained everything he was doing as we went along and at the end of the treatment, gave a recap and recommendations for a follow-up appointment; such a lovely, genuine guy ably assisted of course by nurses Natalie and Sonal who went about their duties calmy and efficiently. A huge thank you to Dhvani and Roxy—they’re an amazing team. Dhvani is incredibly professional, clearly very experienced, and she always makes me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: Had an excellent experience with the team, from the day I contacted the clinic, Dr Dhvani walked me through everything I needed to know and the day of surgery I was very well taken care of by nurse Allison and Dr. Milan and Dhroov who assisted the surgery. The staff are very professional and I could tell they did a great job considering I had a complex case that they even accommodated at short notice. I also remember the nurse held my hand to help soothe my nerves through the operation which was very nice of them!

I've been going here for just over a month, I have started the process of having the invisalign, my clinician is Dhroov Thanki, he has been absolutely great, very caring, informative and really makes you feel at ease. So far my journey has been very easy, and I'm very excited about the outcome. Other members of staff who have also been fantastic are Natalie and Ayesha. I would highly recommend The Dental Wellness Centre and have already told some of my friends about them. And after my treatment, I shall continue to use their services.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist! Made my Invisalign treatment so effortless. The composite bonding at the end was a work of art, she matched it to the colour and texture of my natural teeth so beautifully. Reception teams are very welcome and lovely, highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Last Monday I had a dental appointment with Dr Shivam and his nurse Ayesha. I have some oral complications with ulcers, I'm worried they may be cancerous. The consultation was superb and professional in a friendly and reassuring atmosphere. Dr Shivam is a nice chap and Ayesha is a very pleasant lady too. Finding a practise that is accepting NHS patients, is a problem that this government is doing nothing about, so to find one is good; to find a very good one is a bonus. Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I have been with, I had a root canal done by Dr Mistry and he did the best job. From treating the infection to also getting a crown fixed. I have never had any issues . Appointments are very quick to be booked and their services are excellent all the other staff are really friendly and helpful equally. I have my family all registered here . I would 101% recommend this dental practice . :) Adding another review as of 28/02/25 I had a treatment by Dr Neel and Diya was helping . They made me so comfortable and took their time to complete my treatment they advised me on what’s best and what wouldn’t be right . I had to go with my baby and they were very patient with me I felt like a family , the dentist called receptionist to help and thankfully Roxy was available and she was with my baby throughout my treatment which I think no other practices would offer but the team did everything to keep my 9 month old baby comfortable too which was something I will never forget and will always appreciate it. I wish I could rate more stars. Thank you so much Roxy for baby sitting my baby while I had my treatment complete and thank you so much to Neel who was so helpful , patient and took his time if I needed a break to see the baby.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed a week of work experience at the Dental Wellness Centre and had a fantastic time! The team were very welcoming, and I had the opportunity to observe various procedures like extractions, fillings, regular check ups and periodontal treatment up close. From these observations, not only did I learn the importance of manual dexterity from suturing and layering filling material, and patience when extracting a stubborn tooth, but also the importance of communication and interpersonal skills with patients. I learnt this when I saw how each dentist took the time to thoroughly explain the oral health conditions of every patient, ensuring they were fully informed about their care and treatment options. Furthermore, I also witnessed excellent teamwork between the dentist and the dental nurse, which extended throughout the practice to provide quality patient care. In the case of an emergency patient or a severe condition, the dentists demonstrated critical thinking and perseverance in determining the best possible treatment options, whilst also considering long term implications and the patient's preferences. This experience showed me how essential it is, to be able to make thoughtful, holistic decisions whilst taking various aspects into account. Overall, my experience at the Dental wellness Centre was truly insightful, from observing fundamental dental skills in action to receiving detailed answers to my many questions about dentistry. And after a week's worth of work experience at the dental wellness centre, I do miss the positive atmosphere and the friendliness shown by each member of the dental team :)

Fantastic experience: I came here on Friday, my dentist Dr Suba was just too good at his profession, 2023 he took out of my teeth, he did told me to come back for refilling then but ,I just got busy with life, so I had to come this year and take out two of my tooth...his hospitality was lovely, he was always talking me through as we go along, if we need to wait , he will stop and ask if am ready.... it was great . Am going back soon for the other tooth filling... The receptionist is just too loving, and the hospitality given ,you just want to sit more...welldone, guys... Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Dhroov Thanki for a dental check-up and was thoroughly impressed. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all things teeth, especially gum health and takes the time to explain everything clearly without rushing the appointment. The scale and polish procedure was not only thorough but also very comfortable with regular breaks, making the experience much more pleasant. His sense of humour made the appointment fun and he created a relaxed atmosphere. Fantastic experience: If I could put 10 stars I would! From my initial enquiry call speaking to Bethany for an emergency appointment after speaking to 111, to my treatment from Mistry and Tanvira, everything was transparent. I had a tooth infection and explained that I am a very nervous patient, we discussed options from extraction, to root canal etc. I was offered many times to ask my own questions which I did so I could understand more. Nothing was too much and I wasn't made to feel like I was being "silly". After feeling at such ease I opted to test the water for extraction, I also had explained to me by Mistry that if we wouldn't numb and extract today what the next process would be. I wasn't left at any point not understanding what was going on. 4 injections later, a bit of pulling and put popped my tooth, which Mistry said had very long roots and was why it took a little bit more than initially thought, but it was done. I was given the aftercare information and advised of what to do and what to expect. When paying and leaving I was also told at reception that they don't currently have NHS spaces but can register. All in all a great experience on something I was absolutely dreading and had major anxiety over. Thank you so much Clinician Mistry and Nurse Tanvira (I hope you enjoyed me humming under pressure during my extraction )

Positive experience: This review is long overdue…. I visited Dental Wellness Centre between May/June and October 2024. The clinic was clean. The staff were polite over the phone and friendly/welcoming in person. My appointments were with Dr Dhroov Thanki whom I found to be professional, knowledgeable and good at what he does, including the manner in which he explained things clearly and answered the questions asked of him regarding the dental condition & available treatment options. He’d explained that he was undertaking further training in periodontics, and I believe he will excel as a reputable dentist if he continues to treat / care for patients the way I’d experienced this with him. I've recently been transfered to the care of Dr Dhroov for periodontal treatment. Although I was quite nervous, I cannot emphasis enough how wonderful Dr Dhroov and his team were. I was pleased to see how thorough they were and how adequate time was given to address all my concerns. All questions were welcomed and dealt with kindly and professionally. Dr Dhroov was very considerate throughout treatment by ensuring my comfort. He explained every step and was very reassuring from start to finish. My children also attend this clinic and have been under the care of Dr Milan who has been equally outstanding. He is great with kids and easing their nerves to ensure visiting the dentist is an enjoyable experience rather than daunting. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Only practise I recommend in Leicester. Every other practise should take an example of this practise. It was hussle free, quick, painfree. Everyone so nice, Milan Chande was the clinician He was sound as hell. From arrival at practise to walking out took about 15 minutes. that includes filling the forms in, getting an x-ray, injection, 2 tooth extracted, paid and then walked out 15 minutes amazing.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Shivam today and he did a very thorough examination of my teeth and fully explained to me, everything about my dental health, he was also very patient and open to answering questions. Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a Dentist then look no further. Fabulous place, very professional staff and setup which has a really calming atmosphere. It feels like you're in a 5 star hotel being looked after. If you suffer from anxiety about visiting dentists, this place will alleviate any fears. I've been seen by the Clinician Neel and Nurse Allison twice in the last few days, having had a problem identified and now rectified virtually pain free. Amazing! I would highly recommend the Dental Wellness Centre to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We visited the centre for our daughter's 1st NHS appointment and had an excellent experience. The receptionists were professional and helped us with the visit. As this was our daughter's first dental appointment, she was a bit nervous. But the dentist Shivam and the nurse Amal was very supportive and helped ease her nerves before starting the checks. They were very supportive until we leave and were very friendly to us and to our child. The doctor also made sure that we get our next appointment. The experience with centre was very welcoming and excellent. Would surely recommend this one for all.

Fantastic experience: So let’s start there. I came to the dental wellness week ago for the check up on nhs. I was scared and worried. But my dentist dr. (Neel Somaiya) and he’s assistants made me feel so so comfortable. I was supprise to be honest, they explain everything and was so gentle. When we do mine treatment plan and I come to my appointment very fast after, they do fantastic job!!!! They save my front teeth! I was with it in other dentist, he said the only option is remove my teeth or root canal. They said root canal gonna cost me 800£+ Dr and he’s assistant save my teeth today! And it’s looks like normal health teeth! I’m so emotional about it because it make me feel good. I’m 31 years old women with can’t imagine been without teeth now. They way so gentle, friendly, understanding. If i can I will give them 10 star! Also reception team are angels! If you wanna have good care friendly team. Feel safe. Go there!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic invisalign and dentist service, I found an ad on instagram about an invisalign deal, I saw Dr Krishna Suba about this and was put at ease with how she answered my questions and concerns, scans were taken throrougly and the whole process was very seamless, when it came to the end of my treatment, there were still some bits to iron out with invisalign so Dr Krishna made sure to get another scan and set done for my teeth so they end up perfectly straight, it was always nice to see the doctor she knows how to form a good relationship with her customers. Highly recommend. I also saw Dr Anu for my hygienist clean, she was amazing, first time I had a hygienist and didnt feel any pain when she was cleaning my teeth. Very skilled and friendly. These are now my new dentists and will be for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has suffered high anxiety with dentists (bad experiences and made to feel I was the problem) my last few visits here have been a breath of fresh air. Everything is explained in detail and have been made to feel at ease every visit. Have had an extraction today and Dr Rashid and his colleagues involved (I had sedation because I wouldn’t have gone through with it otherwise) were amazing. My favourite touch was Taylor Swift playing during the procedure! So happy I faced my concerns and contacted as I feel more happy and confident with appointments!
