Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend this dentist, came some time ago for a clean and scraped all my gums. put me off coming to the dentist ever again! Received a message to book back in today so I called in to be told I’ve been kicked off the list and that I will have to pay private with Sherwood or go to another dentist. 1 particular staff member was quite rude over the phone with no telephone skills what so ever and very unprofessional expressing that she felt I was being “aggy” towards her when that certainly wasn’t the case. I terminated the call as she explained there was bad service issues. Then a different colleague answered the phone and I could hear the previous girl in the back ground discussing what had been said with other colleagues. Again really unprofessional and to be honest after this experience I’m glad that I’ve been removed off their list. Will be going to a much better dentist with kinder staff. Really inconvenient for myself also said by a lot of people who also use this dentist. Wouldn’t recommend.!

He saw my 9-year-old son last minute after he chipped his front tooth, and the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Dr Ali was so kind, gentle, and reassuring, which made all the difference for my son — he felt completely at ease throughout the treatment. The results speak for themselves. She is always extremely professional, polite and incredibly knowledgeable. She was very caring, knowing I fear any sort of dental treatment and handled the whole situation perfectly! Talked me through the process - checking I was OK the whole time - and it was genuine concern! Very thankful to have her as my dentist ☺️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tausif & Cerys at Sherwood Dental Practice I went to Sherwood Dental Practice today, and honestly—it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I haven’t been to the dentist in four years, and I was really nervous about going. I live abroad, and there’s no dentist where I am, so coming back and having to face this was pretty daunting. But the moment I walked in, I was made to feel completely at ease. I was seen by Dr. Tausif and his assistant, Cerys, and they gave me the most incredible care. There was no judgment at all, even though my teeth weren’t in great shape—I needed four fillings. They were kind, calm, and clear. They laid out a simple plan, and everything was explained in such a straightforward way that the fear just disappeared. The equipment was amazing. They x-rayed my teeth in seconds by clipping something on, and I got a full high-res image of all my teeth right in front of me. It was all so clear and modern. That kind of clarity makes such a difference—when you understand what’s going on, it’s no longer scary. And the setting! I was sitting comfortably in the chair, with proper air-con, and a beautiful skylight right above me. It felt more like a luxury spa than a dentist’s office. The whole place is just state of the art, but also warm and welcoming. And the most surprising part? I had four fillings, and I didn’t even feel any pain. In fact, I enjoyed the experience, which is something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist! Tausif is so professional and diligent—he really knows his craft. He’s a master at what he does. And Cerys is amazing too: kind, reassuring, and attentive the whole time. I’d 100% recommend Sherwood Dental Practice—especially if you’re nervous or haven’t been to a dentist in a while. You’ll feel safe, respected, and well cared for. Honestly, it was a five-star experience in every way.

Fantastic experience: I had the Enlighten teeth whitening treatment with the support of my dentist, and I couldn’t be happier! The results were far better than I expected—my teeth are so much whiter, and I feel so confident. Despite having hereditary gum disease (which my dentist and hygienist Fatima, carefully managed over the yrs), the teeth whitening process I followed at home has transformed my teeth and smile. The experience was truly amazing, the trays fit well, able to use with no discomfort through out the night. There was some teeth sensitivity experienced, but the pen applicator supplied, really helped, only needed to use it once. The results were overwhelmingly good. I didn’t need to use the final week syringe for the full 7 days, as I was happy with the level of whitening achieved thus stopped the treatment 5 days earlier. Dr Ali, reviewed my treatment, teeth, gums and etc, he was pleased with the results and my level of satisfaction,the positive experience I had from start to finish. He even took pictures of my new smile and displayed them on the TV screen, I must say I looked awesome!! He made me feel valued and gave me plenty of helpful tips and hacks to maintain the results, along with advice for top-up treatments in the future. I’m thrilled with my brighter, healthier smile and highly recommend this EVO 4 teeth whitening treatment at Sherwood dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had several visits in August 24 for restoration work 7 teeth in total. Zain the dentist was very professional, patient and kind as was his assistant Simran. Great job, really impressed with the outcome. They even turned up the music at my request, to drown out the noise of the drill. Brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Dr Bhanji delivered my Invisalign treatment and I am extremely happy with the results. He gained an understanding of my hopes and expectations and made sure to meet them over the course of the treatment. Fantastic experience: I have to praise Dr. Keval Vadukul, a highly responsible, polite, and thorough dentist. He patiently and clearly answers every question I ask, ensuring I fully understand. He is especially patient with children, making them feel completely at ease during dental visits. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency end of last week whilst eating cherries suddenly ‘crack !’ & half upper lhs tooth and filling in my hand ! Eeeeek ! Her didn’t just extend to the task in hand of cleaning my teeth, she asked me questions at the end to ensure my health was ok after she made some observations - this is just above and beyond, and spent time talking me through how vitamins will help etc. honestly she’s fabulous. Spent over an hour in the chair ..totally pain free but his attention to detail , calm gentle manner and his clear explanation all made the experience fantastic. Fantastic experience: Can’t speak or recommend Sherwood enough, and in particular Zain and Simran. Not only are they professional and extremely talented but they have exceptional customer service skills. Fantastic experience: I phoned yesterday for an appointment because of problems with my tooth and got an appointment today. I was meet by Simran who was very pleasant and welcoming and showed me to the room where I met Zain for the first time. He asked what my problem was and then explained very carefully what my options were. We decided on an extraction, he explained everything he would be doing and informed what to do afterwards. Fantastic experience: Today I had a tooth extraction with Dr Marcus. He explained everything beforehand, he checked in with me throughout the procedure. The procedure was a calm, painless and informative experience.Marcus alleviated any fears I may have had with excellent communication and empathy. The lovely reception team took time to answer any queries and also check in on me after the appointment. I was given guidance and costings for any further treatments I may want to pursue in future. Positive experience: I recently visited Sherwood Dental Practice and it was overall an excellent experience. Dr. Vedukal was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure thoroughly. One thing that really stood out during my experience was when Dr. Vedukal noticed I was in discomfort and stopped to ask if I was OK, and re-administered the anaesthetic.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for a number of years. I recently attended with really awful toothache and saw Dr Vadukal. We decided I would have an extraction as I had long term issues with the tooth. I was quite nervous but I was made to feel at ease and everything was explained to me throughout. Fantastic experience: Just to thank Dr keval Vadukal for the wonderful treatment I received from him and his assistant at Sherwoods dentists. I had 2 very awkward crowns fitted together and I am the most nervous of patients after having botched work done elsewhere in the past,but Dr keval was very professional and kept me as at ease as I could be all the way through the procedure . Fantastic experience: One of my lower bottom front teeth needed to be removed and after discussing this with my dentist, Dr Keval Vadukal, I decided on a Maryland Bridge. At the same time I enquired about the Enlighten tooth whitening system. Keval was very knowledgeable about the product and through my various appointments leading up to my bridge fitting I took the opportunity of asking him many questions on the whitening process. He was very thorough and answered all my concerns from the start of the process right through to the end and the results I could expect. I felt confident and at ease with Keval and decided once the bridge was fitted I would go ahead. All my consultations with Keval both before and after were professional and thorough. Although I do generally have some tooth sensitivity, the pre-treatment sensitivity toothpaste helped with this.The process itself was simple to follow and I was really happy with the final results. Fantastic experience: What can I say…. Not your usual dentist at all! Nothing is ever too much trouble. I had a mild case where I only needed a 7 week Invisalign due to some movement on my bottom teeth. This was treated as importantly as any other case and Farah understood exactly what I wanted to achieve. Every appointment the staff always have a smile on their face. The vibe in the dentist is enjoyable and friendly. Even at the end of my treatment there was one tooth at the side (a canine) with a mark on from its attachment, however they got me booked in there and then to put this right where most dentists would just wave goodbye. Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign treatment done with Dr Farah (who is the best in the game) and It has changed my life! I am now so much more confident as my teeth were something I was always insecure about. Worth every single penny and only took 12 months for me to receive my perfect smile. Fantastic experience: This practice is amazing! So professional and so skilled. I see my regular dentist there who has just been so brilliant in his advice and the work he gas done. I’ve also seen a different dentist at this practice for specialist root canal work. This was a challenging and difficult job but treatment was successful. My thanks and appreciation goes to all the staff here, dentists, dental support staff and the admin team.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience at this practice, which seems to have declined in quality significantly over the last two years. I had an awful experience with a dental hygienist in particular, and left the premises feeling distraught. I've since been advised to contact the GDC with a formal complaint. A real shame as it used to be a fairly professional practice, if not slightly abrasive at the reception desk. If this review is removed, which it seems is happening for others I've spoken to, I'll keep posting until it is approved by Google (through a formal verification process).

Fantastic experience: I had five star treatment at Sherwood Dental Practice despite feeling super anxious about my appointment. I had a really deep filling which was carried out by dentist Marcus Charles-Drummond. He was very patient despite me feeling very nervous about the treatment, explained my options with maximum patience and carried out a stellar service. The best dentist experience I have had by far. He was also assistant by Katie who ensured the environment was extremely friendly and made me feel very relaxed and safe throughout the process. That are truly the dream team and I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience here. From the staff at the front desk to the dentists themselves I can’t recommend sherwood dentist enough! Guided me through the whole process and were supportive every step of the way. Dr Farah and Dr Sakib were amazing. Best dentist around and I don’t think anyone comes close. Fantastic experience: For more than a year now I have been attending Sherwood Dental Practice and had a fantastic customer / pacient experience. The dentist, Kevil was extremely skilled and managed my expectations perfectly. He took the time to explain the procedures and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I felt very little pain, only when I was injected to make the area numb. When the anaesthesia was wearing off I made him aware and he immediately injected more. Kevil was passionate about his work. The use of high-quality tools and products was evident, which added to my confidence in this practice’s services. The value for money was excellent. Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient, at 26 I legged it out of my last dentist practioners. The dentists at this dental clinic restored my faith. Still scared, but they are so kind, full of knowledge and really good advice. My last appointment was with a really delightful dental hygienist called Sonam. I felt totally relaxed with her.
