Fantastic experience: I went for my check up and hygienist visit today at TG'S new dental suite and what a lovely place it was.greeted by the freindly receptionist then up stairs to get my check up with Dru and his lovely assistant and then on to the welcoming hygienist.couldent fault my appointments as always made to feel comfortable with excellent service.would highly recommend TG'S

I was first seen by Felicity, a very friendly hygienist who made me feel completely comfortable. My appointment with the dentist Dhruv was just as impressive – they were knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Fantastic experience: Iv just returned back to the dentist after a couple of years which is not good. I’d usually see the hygienist at the practice ever 6 months. I was seen by a hygienist Iv never been to before and she was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I am very happy with my experience and glad to be back.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Dhru and the dental nurse put me at ease and even laughed at my nervous jokes. Explained fully and in simple terms what was going to be done. All in ECEPTIONAL!!

Fantastic experience: I have recently undergone an extraction, dental implant with crown and a root canal filling, all successfully carried out with minimal discomfort by very professional and friendly practitioners. The aftercare service has been exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to this dental practice by someone who spoke very highly of their honest and realistic approach to treatment, and my experience has completely confirmed that. From my first consultation, I was impressed by the clear, structured plan they proposed for my dental care. Rather than rushing into cosmetic work, they suggested a three-stage approach: starting with restoration, then strengthening, and finally cosmetic improvements if I wanted. I’m currently midway through the strengthening phase, and I couldn’t be happier so far. One thing that really stood out to me was the integrity of the advice I received. There was a treatment I thought I might need, but Dhru (my dentist) explained that it wasn’t necessary and would simply be an unnecessary expense. He encouraged me to wait and see and he was absolutely right. That honesty really builds trust, and it’s clear that patient care is their priority. The new site is beautiful, calm, clean, and relaxing which definitely helps when visiting the dentist. All of the staff are welcoming and helpful. Dhru and his assistant (whose name and title I unfortunately don't know!) are brilliant at creating a relaxed environment. They always make small adjustments to help me feel more comfortable, which makes a big difference. Dhru is also excellent at talking through what he’s doing in an informative but friendly and light way, which really helps keep any nerves in check. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the care I’m receiving. I would definitely recommend this practice and Dhru in particular to anyone looking for outstanding dental care with genuine integrity.

My dentist Dhru is brilliant, my hygienist Helen always makes me feel relaxed, and Nikki has been so helpful with treatment plans and any questions I’ve had. Fantastic experience: Had to visit TG’s in Leicester due to toothache . My usual dentist , Dru was unavailable, so I was slotted in, to see Ria . Transpired I needed a wisdom tooth extraction. Both Ria and her nurse who is also called Ria were amazing , think I said at the end of the procedure what a pleasant way to spend half an hour , comfy chair , relaxed atmosphere, a good chat and a painless extraction. Cannot thank Ria enough , but this experience is indicative of the caring , professional. , and more important human approach given by this surgery , which I experience every time I deal with at TG’s . I saw Dr Akash Chudasama, he was so nice, non judgmental (belive me when I say previously I've since some obnoxious dentist with 0 interest) highly recommended him. Nikki the treatment coordinator was amazing talked through all my options, spent alot of time talking to me so I understand everything! I actually left very happy and smiling

Fantastic experience: Had my veneers removed on 4 teeth today and temporary crowns fitted. Not the most pleasant but got through it thanks to Chetan and Donna. They are both absolutely brilliant. Fantastic experience: I went here for the first time today to get myself, partner & 3 kids set up with membership plans after not visiting our old dentist for a while. As its very local to us, becoming members here was going to be ideal. Read through a lot of the reviews online and saw that they had many happy customers. First impressions - what a lovely bunch these guys are! All staff are very friendly, yet professional, kind, knowledgeable and informative. Gave me the information I needed for me to make the correct decision on which plans would suit us best. Being busy, I could schedule different appointments on different days as I couldn't have us all attend today, which is great. All of us have the same dentist too, which I think is quite helpful for me. My youngest child didn't really want to co-operate today, but the staff were fab, I never felt under pressure, and they are obviously good with children (which is a big bonus for us parents!) Eldest child left really happy with his appointment too. Decent parking (which can I just say, a lot of dentists DON'T have!) The premises is also lovely and clean on the inside too. An overall very happy experience

Fantastic experience: I've had some terrible dental experiences in the past so was very nervous going in. My teenage daughter has been going to TG for years as she was a scaredy cat too but she doesn't dread the dentist anymore. Nikki was so lovely & supportive as was my dentist Ria. I'm not out of the scaredy cat zone yet but it's nice to have the support you need with extensive care. The new practice is clean, warm and inviting. I've been a patient here for many years but it was my first appointment at their beautiful new premises on Scraptoft Lane and I was really impressed with it; beautifully transformed building with warm welcoming reception area, ground and first floor surgeries with state-of-the-art equipment. Very friendly staff and the attention and care from Helen, the hygienist, and Dhru, my dentist, is always excellent.

Fantastic experience: I have recently bought my brother, who is suffering with dementia, to see the team at TG’s Dental suite, as he has several dental problems. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist my whole life and I’m now 34. I’ve been to the new practice today (which looks great) for my 6monthly check up and clean. Helen & Nikki were as lovely as always, both taking an interest in my life changes and making me feel calm and comfortable. I was a little nervous, being a new mum my teeth are more sensitive from pregnancy, however, it was quick and pain free :). Dhru and his assistant were also great. Always friendly and helpful. He always checks in with what I want, explains my teeth health and hygiene well and knows my history. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist, they have my trust. Fantastic experience: I have been attending TG's in Leicester for many years. Dhru is an excellent dentist. He explains issues clearly so you feel fully involved in the treatment. I feel confident and very at ease in his care. Helen, hygienist, is very thorough and she and all the reception team are helpful and professional. I highly recommend TG's dental.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for checkup with up front payment of £45 and when attending advised needed a further appointment with added cost of £105 plus hygienist at £70. Unfortunately the hygienist after 20 minutes said would need a further visit adding to expense. Having had previous hygienists visits elsewhere normally would take 45 minutes treatment so didn't feel this was justified and a waste of £70. Feel I haven't really received a great service.

I was so nervous to have my smile corrected, as I knew it would take some time to complete. My journey from start to finish was amazing! I wanted my work to look natural and blend with my teeth.
