Fantastic experience: Seems weird giving a dental practice five stars, but as they are always, efficient and friendly it seems rude not to :)

Fantastic experience: I am an older adult with some degree of phobia so have had some less than pleasant experiences but I found this dentist such an eye opener (not just mouth opener!). From the reception staff to the dentist it was welcoming and very professional. The surgery is bright and modern and I felt very safe. I would highly recommend this practice definitely!

Fantastic experience: The doctor and the assistant explained what they were doing when and why they were doing it, both constantly checking for my wellbeing throughout, the procedure was not rushed and plenty of stop gaps between stages which really helped my anxieties and really went along way to keeping myself relaxed a testament to the experience of the doctor. The receptionist was super kind and even sent a message to my dentist to say I was really nervous. Lovely surgery, lovely staff. Thank-you for how welcoming and easy it was.

Fantastic experience: I feel the dentists and hygienists at Mawsley treat me with kindness and respect which helps me to remain calm despite my fears of being in "the dentist chair". Leone is the star in the team for me. The ethic of care is very much echoed by the reception team, they being polite and work hard to please.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending this practice for years and then after a crisis having broken a front tooth, I was so pleased to have got an appointment quickly. On the day I attended this appointment everything was great, from the lovely receptionist to the extremely helpful dentist and the dental assistant. Also, very happy with the plan put in place for me and the price.

Fantastic experience: Easy booking process, though the required form filling before the visit is a bit of a phaff. All the team from reception through to the hygenist and the dentist and even their assistants (!), were extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Having suddenly lost a front tooth I was devastated. I was given an emergency appointment and the staff and dentist were fantastic. Compassionate, understanding of my plight, kind, professional and reassuring. Steps were immediately put in place to fill the gap and I was fitted with a replacement tooth in 2 days! Fantastic service! I can't fault in anyway. They really pulled out all of the stops to give me my smile back and I am extremely grateful. A massive thank you to you all.

Negative experience: Never in my life have I received such terrible service at a dentist surgery. It seems all the surgery care about is money, forcing patients to book in for private treatments even though they qualify for NHS treatment. I was point blank refused care even though I had been in agony for 3 days, I was told the only option was to pay privately for the treatment or remain In pain. The private treatment being a 360 X-ray that wouldn't be available for over 6 weeks... Only then would I be able to see a dentist, but only a private one, not an NHS dentist. The receptionist was unsympathetic, uninformed and quite frankly rude.

Fantastic experience: Leanne makes even getting a wisdom tooth out an almost pleasant experience. Compared with a previous tooth extraction which was particularly unpleasant, my latest experience with Leanne makes me trust her skill more than any dentist I have ever had.

Both are always friendly, helpful and relaxed with me, and honest about what needs doing. Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dentist. We were recommended to come here after my daughter developed a fear of dentists from our last practice. They were absolutely fantastic with her. The staff are all so friendly and reassuring. We now have no tears when we have appointments and it's completely stress free. I had a visit with the hygienist which I was dreading but was pain free. Couldn't believe it. These guys know what they're doing! I was offered a cancellation without requesting one to get an earlier appointment. The service and facilities are outstanding. I can't recommend them enough!
