Not only did she save my tooth, but yesterday she treated me with immense kindness and professionalism. She took the time to explain everything to me in both English and Spanish, which is my native language, making me feel completely at ease. I am absolutely thrilled and satisfied with the work she has done. Additionally, the receptionists are absolutely lovely, so warm and understanding. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for excellent care.

Fantastic experience: My first visit here for many years now and I was delighted by all the staff that were very keen to get my tooth matter seen to in as quick as possible time they have the equipment here available for what was needed which was an opg machine, also all were very efficient at what they did straight to the point all the ladies put me at real ease having my 2 littlens with me also, thanks for your continued support in getting my tooth matter seen too for once after feeling like months to get the problem solved a few more weeks I can suffer I'm so glad I made the choice to switch dental practices now as i was feeling dubious. Fantastic experience: This dentist is brilliant I hadn’t been properly in years because of terrible experiences plus was worried about coming here as a dentist for got to give my mother the stuff to numb her mouth in 2005 and when she screamed the dentist he shouted at her don’t scream you will scare my patients and she never went again. But there owned by different people now , no pain what so ever during the procedure and because I was worried about bleeding let me come back and stitch it up for me. Woke up the next day a lot of dried blood in my throat and tounge but just a little jaw stiffness doesn’t even feel like I’ve had a tooth removed and don’t need painkillers was not expecting it to be that easy.

Fantastic experience: My wife Karen was Referred to the Clinic and was a first time visit there for a Removal of a large rooted Tooth. She was attended to by Geo and his staff and we have to say the complicated procedure was completely pain free and was a success. A truly professional spotlessly clean environment and my wife and myself recommend this Practice 1000 percent. Thank you to the amazing staff for a first class service

I am new here been three times and I can be awkward (as I have autism) which I am aware of, however the dentists and assistants are very welcoming and reassuring and we're able to deal with me pretty well which I am really thankful for their understanding and professionalism. I had my wisdom tooth out today and the man was very nice and informative the whole way through. Thank you for making me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: Soon as you walk in staff make you feel welcome, Kemi made me feel at ease and so did her assistants she was lovely I told her that I had a phobia regarding needles and she put my mind at ease , she let me go home to think about things before I made any decisions and she is so welcoming when you walk into the room and she made me feel not so nervous.

Fantastic experience: Was referred to this dentist from mine in wickford ro have a wisdom tooth removed. Receptionist was lovely, dental assistant was very kind and Geo the surgeon dentist was amazing. I was quite nervous, he explained everything he was doing gave me two injections and within 5 minutes it was out. Geo was very gentle and 100% pain free. Would definitely have done again if needed. Fantastic experience: Wonderful practice. Pooja is an amazing dentist, she has seen my family for around 2-3 years now and we all feel so comfortable with her. She has got my partner dentally fit and he now doesn’t dread going to the dentist.

Negative experience: Disgusting customer service. I had a hygienist appt booked, I got a phone call just before I was due to leave to tell me the appointment was being cancelled, I mentioned to the lady that they cancelled the last appointment I had booked also and that they seem to cancel frequently, to which she become very rude and continually spoke over me and then slammed the phone down on me, I have just gone onto the patient portal to make another appointment and apparently I don’t exist, so they have now taken me off there records. I didn’t cancel this appointment, they called me to cancel and have now taken me off there records, how does that even make sense, this is not the first time they have cancelled and from looking at other reviews on here it seems to be a very frequent problem. Disgusting Customer Service

Negative experience: As per one of the reviews below, this practice seem to make a habit of just cancelling your appointments with barely any notice, Both my son and partner have had appointments cancelled, the most recent was just 35 minutes before the appointment time, Totally unacceptable if you have taken time off work to attend, And then when they see a bad review and make an offer for you to ring the practice to discuss, Dont bother, because they are just rude and discourteous

Negative experience: They cancel appointments all the time. They book you in but then keep cancelling a day before your scheduled appointment. I have had 4 appointments cancelled. it's not reliable at all !!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Geo has removed 3 of my wisdom teeth, he was very informative about the procedure and I didn’t feel a thing! Procedure was quick and seamless, by far the best dentist I have ever visited.

Negative experience: I came in last week with my boyfriend for a new check up. He explained he was was in pain. Several X-rays were taken showing several areas of infection, however the Dentist did nothing to treat this first and advised to come back for fillings. I called a few days later as my boyfriend had a missed call - he was unable to answer at the time. They spoke to me regarding information about him, I made them aware I was his partner at first but I know there is no note on his file to say I was allowed to speak on his behalf, therefore this is a breach of GDPR. I would not reccomned this practice

Fantastic experience: Dentist was very clear on treatment and was loathe to do any unnecessary procedues (a rarity, if it costs more money), so I was impressed with this. Dentist was very polite and professional

Negative experience: Been with this dentist since my first ever dental appointment as a baby. I had 2 appointments booked for one year, the start of the year and the end of the year . However I went private for treatment and had dental check ups upon those appointments so I cancelled my excising appointments with together dental as there was no need. (Baring in mind these appointments were cancelled weeks in advance) I call up to check if I have an appointment booked and I have been kicked off the system and won’t be able to go there again because I cancelled my appointments! Absolutely terrible ! It’s not like they was cancelled very last minute! Will never recommend!

Sign on wall no eating and drinking wasn't taken any notice? Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go to Together Dental a few years ago and I”m so glad I did. I was a nervous patient and very fearful. All of the dentist’s and hygienists that i’ve seen here over the years have great dentistry skills and an excellent bedside manner. All nursing and clerical staff are very efficient and have great customer service skills. Well done to all.

Fantastic experience: I am one of those people who are not over keen on Dentist's, Over the year's Iv'e tried a few, But none have compared to Dr Babak Bazargan at the Basildon surgery he has done quite a lot of work on me and I have had no problem's at all . He put's you at ease make's you feel secure and you do not feel a thing, He still has work to do on me and feel quite happy to go now not like with other Dentist's where I dreaded going. Negative experience: Not going to include every issue I had here. But not a great experience. For example told me that cant take on anymore NHS patients. Then they told me if I go private they can get me in tomorrow.. As for the service, I feel like they ripped me off.

Negative experience: I contemplated writing this review but ultimately decided to as I’m quite upset with how my appointment went. I went to this dentist this week for the first time to get some fillings done. I sat down to have some deep cleaning first and then the dentist told me that she was going to begin with the fillings but hadn’t yet number my gums, when I questioned this she said that they didn’t need to be numbed but then changed her mind, I’m assuming this was because she could see how nervous I was. She then did one without numbing as it was only a small filling. After this she moved to the other side where I needed a filling on the top and bottom, she injected the top of my gums and started working IMMEDIATELY. I COULD FEEL EVERYTHING!!!! Her grinding down my tooth. Throughout these fillings I had to ask her to stop about 6-10 times as the pain was unbearable. She started numbing different areas, sometimes not making me aware that she was about to stick a needle in my mouth, and then again would start immediately .. so the numbing hadn’t set in. I’ve never known a dentist to numb a patient and not wait for it to start working. I’ve also never been to a dentist appointment like this, I can only describe it as something out of a HORROR MOVIE. Also I didn’t even get passed a mirror after the appointment so I could see the work, the appointment felt very rushed and like they didn’t care about me as a patient. My whole jaw is still hurting now and I don’t think I will ever return to a dentist. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of this dentist.. but I would just avoid the whole place.

Fantastic experience: A very refreshing visit considering I was having a wisdom tooth removed. I was refered here from my Dentist in Billericay and found all staff were helpful and polite and the whole experience was made comfortable. Geo the surgeon who removed the tooth was friendly and also very knowledgable. I had a moment a few days after the removal where I felt it needed looking at again and they saw me with an hour of my phone call. Negative experience: This review is about Babak Bazargan! If you have a fear of Dentists then don’t go and see her! I went as I had broken a tooth and I had an infection, I was in EXTREME pain, I asked for an emergency appointment and was given one a week later….. when I arrived the dentist said to me that she was not going to perform any treatment as it was just a checkup! Despite the fact that I had told them I had a broken tooth and I am in a lot of pain. She prescribed me AntiBiotics then I had an appointment weeks later she did not put a temporary filling in or anything just left it. Weeks later I returned and she was Brutal …. I have sensitive teeth but she didnt use any anesthetic when she was grinding away with the grinding tool to get rid of the plaque that had built up. It sent a shooting pain right through my teeth and reluctantly she then gave me an injection to num the area. After this I decided to have the tooth out (broken one) under sedation because the whole experience was quite traumatic for me. While I waited to get an appointment I was once again in extreme pain which kept me awake for days and I asked if I could once again have a repeat prescription of antibiotics to kill the infection which had arrived once again but this was refused because the dentist was off. No other dentist at the practice could see me, despite the fact that I couldn’t stand the chronic pain any longer. I was then forced to wait in Extreme Pain for days until I could have the tooth removed. So Avoid this Dentist at All costs!!!! There are others at the Practice who are lovely Such as a lady called Poola I think but the whole process with Babak Bazargan was horrific..

Kate was fantastic, she is excellent, very personable, informative and took time to answer any questions that I had, nothing was too much. The whole experience was very relaxed and actually felt more like a pamper session! The treatment was very thorough and painless, my teeth feel smooth and are very clean. They also look a couple of shades brighter to, which is a bonus, so the thank you.

Positive experience: The dentist and his assistant were really nice. The extraction of my wisdom tooth was not straight forward due to an infection and was very painful the first two attempts. Thankfully, the dentist persevered and after 3 trials and 3 extra dose of anesthetic, the tooth came out in less than 1mn without pain. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

As soon as I stepped into Together Dental practice I was greeted with friendly smiles from the receptionists, and even though I felt terrified they put me at ease. My dentist is amazing, he's very calming, he always explains everything and there's no pain when he treats my teeth.
