Fantastic experience: I had a lot dental surgery and cosmetic work done by Dr Rushi, all through the process he would take the time to explain that sessions work, what he’d be doing and the expected outcome. I knew fully what to expect and there were no nasty surprises. After years of hiding my smile, Dr Rushi restored my confidence, my smile, and I now have the smile I’ve always wanted. The years of neglect from when I was a teen, meant he had a lot of work to do, and I wasn’t sure he would be able to deliver. But he did. And I’ve never been happier. The girls (Dr Avni and her assistant) made me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole procedure, explaining all the way through what they were doing and checking all the time to make sure that I was ok……. I had the anesthetic without the numbing gel and didn’t feel a thing! The filling is amazing - you can’t even tell that I have one - just looks like my tooth! The girls in reception are equally as nice and helpful - lovely friendly smiles as you enter and very patient whilst I was rummaging through my phone for a date for my next appointment. Less than a year ago, I was in a place where I avoided smiling in photos, dodged cameras, and felt self conscious about my teeth every single day. In my mind, they were so misaligned that I doubted Invisalign could even make a difference. I was even seriously considering going abroad for full replacement teeth. She and her colleague were both fantastic, very efficient and I’m really pleased with how clean my teeth and mouth feel but I’m also very impressed with their high tech equipment… they scanned my teeth and I could see every little detail and structure… in colour. Fantastic experience: A largish dental practice (for private patients only) on three floors in Crawley town centre. There are waiting areas on each floor and customer toilets are available. The reception staff are polite and friendly and call you by your first name.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a while and the place is always so clean and the team are really friendly. I’ve never had a problem booking an appointment either. I had my first filling today and the process was so quick and easy. I’ve had fillings in the past that have made me bleed but I was made to feel so comfortable. The dentist (Avni) was always making sure I was okay and mentioned how she can stop at anytime if I feel pain or discomfort. I was even allowed to watch Netflix while she did the procedure. I actually live in Hove but was struggling to find a local dentist so I decided to travel to Crawley and it’s the best decision I could have made. Dr Rushi Patel is the kindest dentist I’ve ever met. He is non judgmental, reassuring and just an extremely good human. I need quite a lot of work doing on my teeth and he was so helpful and I was able to be open with him about my own difficulties. Having now had a hygienist visit with another wonderful member of staff, Ileigha and a filling from Dr Patel, I am so confident in my treatment plan and so very grateful. They even have a big tv in the ceiling and give you the remote to put on whatever will be distracting / calming / entertaining during treatment. Top top service! While treatment can be expensive privately, there are 12/24/36 month plans that make things much easier to manage. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing! There was a little hiccup with pricing but the customer service is great! The Dr's are superb and inform you of every step. Even if I was to relocate I would more than likely remain with them! They were also fantastic with my daughter who needed two fillings. They provide a safe and pain free service which I believe is definitely necessary, just to add the hygienists is also fabulous! Fantastic experience: After an assessment during mid 2022. I choose to have some significant work done having waited 40 years to gain the courage to have the work done. I started my treatment in January 2023 travelling down from Newcastle on a regular basis over a 4 month period. All the staff were fantastic and made me feel at ease at every appointment, even during the rail strikes they rearranged appointments to accommodate often at short notice and worked beyond their normal working times. I was overwhelmed by the end result and cannot thank the whole team enough. I know this review may have taken a while for me to write, but it’s now over 10 months since my procedures were completed and I have had no problems with my teeth at all. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough. Simply the best do t waste your time on the rest. Enough said Thank you

Fantastic experience: Of course a five star. Been an invisalign patient now for a year and every experience has been great. Really friendly welcoming staff. The dentist feel warm and homely as soon as you walk in. Never had one appointment cancelled and its always been easy to book an appointment around my work and children.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at the clinic full of pain very close to closing time, nervous and with a strong infection in a tooth from an old crown in poor condition. The doctor and nurse were very kind and patient with me, they made me feel safe and calm. Today I will go to start my treatment. At the moment I feel like I am in the hands of professionals. Fantastic experience: An amazing dental practice - so caring and helpful. The owner took the time to explain all my options and the pricing was extremely fair to the point I found I COULD afford a dental implant, where with another local practice I couldn't - so thankyou for helping me achieve my new molar- it will make such a difference. Do chose Broadway dental - they go above and beyond - they even have flat screen TVs you can watch on the ceiling - whilst they do their highly skilled dentistry- they make it such a relaxed experience - Highly recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Broadway Dental Boutique for over a year now and they provide a fantastic service. You are greeted in friendly way by the girls on reception. They are always smiling and happy to help. Dr Amo has been looking after me for my Invisalign and the process has been smooth and easy. Dr Avni has been looking after my teeth and is helping me with my teeth grinding. Amy looks after my hygiene appointments. They are all so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My whole experience at Broadway Dental Boutique has been fantastic. From the receptionists to the dentists everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Rushi Patel in particular is amazing, I have been having work done with him for just over 2 years, and he is always happy, reassuring and answers all my questions. Fantastic experience: Having been told I would not be able to have implants, I called in on a whim to Broadway Dental. Over the next few months the treatment plan was developed and agreed upon. Although I was rather nervous about the whole thing, in the event I couldn't have made a better decision. Dr Rushi has been brilliant, taking time to explain and reassure me all the way. I was seen very regularly and any problems were immediately sorted out. I would 100% recommend Dr Rushi and the team at Broadway and I am so grateful to him.

Fantastic experience: Having waited for almost half a year to join this practice I finally managed to get registered with them and it was definately worth the wait!!! I have had a number of issues resolved in just over a year with the utmost highest level of service I could have asked for. Fantastic experience: I’m normally a very nervous patient but I saw Ileigha (hope I spelt that right) who made me feel at ease right away. I saw her for a clean and polish and my teeth have never felt so good. Normally my teeth are quite sensitive but she was very easy on the tooth! I loved the tv on the ceiling although she has questionable taste in music (Harry Styles). Otherwise she’s a 10/10 - felt like I have known her for years! Will deffo be back

Fantastic experience: I have used Broadway Dental Boutique for the past 2 years. With various dental injuries and some fillings, I've had a lot of dental work done, but the team at Broadway Dental have been outstanding for every procedure I've had done. I give particularly high praise to Rushi who completed my dental implant. From start to finish everything was appropriately outlined, and everything was extensively explained when I had any questions. Also, I always felt comfortable despite some very involved procedures. I'm very happy with my implant - the attention to detail to the aesthetics helps it seamlessly blend in with the rest of my teeth. It's great to have a normal smile again after more than a decade!

Fantastic experience: Cannot praise this dental practice and all staff enough. Might not be the cheapest (but only just) however definitely recommend dental implants as I’ve had such a smooth a great experience with Dr Rushi and his team. Very happy with the result, and have always felt a valued customer.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough and expert treatment. Started at BDB in 2021, went through several procedures including extractions and fillings. These were always professionally done and every care was taken to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I’ve also had Invisalign treatment with Dr. Amo. He was meticulous in making sure treatment was tailored to my exact needs. My teeth and general oral health have improved massively in 2 years.

Fantastic experience: Last October I went for a consultation for Invisalign. My teeth were overcrowded and crossed over at the front. As a result I never smiled in photos. Ten months later as I’m nearing the end of my treatment my teeth look amazing and straight. I get so many comments about them and smile all the time. I just wished I had done it years ago.
