Fantastic experience: Joined today very professional and offered me a excellent price to start sorting my problems out with my teeth. I couldn't join through the NHS but they offer a new essential pricing system which isn't much more expensive so it's well worth it I highly recommend this practice kind regards David cross

Fantastic experience: Adam and Liv made me feel very comfortable during my visit on 12.08.25. Adam took time to explain to me the reasons for my tooth extraction and he was very gentle in carrying out the procedure. All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and polite. I would recommend, without hesitation Hallcross Dental practice, Wigston, Leicester.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Hallcross and their predecessors since I was a toddler in the late 1960s. I've never been to another dentists in my life. I've been lucky and haven't needed a lot of dental treatment over the years, but last Saturday a large chunk of one of my top teeth broke off, which required a large filling. Hallcross got it looked at quickly and this afternoon, Dr Jeevan Sandhar and her assistant Erica made a wonderful job of repairing the tooth. I was expecting it to be just a sort of flat filling, but somehow she's been able to make it into a very close replica of the missing bit, in spite of not having the original to copy (thankfully, because I swallowed it!) I must add that I suffer quite badly from a gagging reflex these days, but both ladies were brilliant in allowing me to collect myself as necessary, while still doing an excellent job of the filling. Given I think I must be quite a challenging patient to treat, I can't thank them both enough for what they did.

Fantastic experience: Hallcross is easily the best dintist I have been Jeevan and his team is the most lovely people they have restored my smile and gave me my confidence back, I was told by every other dentist that it wouldn’t be possible without removing all of my teeth but Jeevan and his team at Hallcross gave me hope Thank you to the team you guys are amazing thank you out so much Jeevan!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience as far as getting a filling done! I was petrified, but Jeevan made me feel so relaxed and calm. Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience Our recent visit to this dental practice left us deeply disappointed. My wife took our 16-year-old son for an initial orthodontic consultation with Dr. Palmjit Kaur, hoping to begin the process of getting a brace fitted. Unfortunately, the appointment was both unprofessional and unnecessarily unpleasant. After a brief examination, Dr. Kher began scraping plaque from my son's teeth and, rather than offering constructive guidance, made a highly inappropriate and condescending remark, asking, "Does he even brush his teeth?" This was said in front of both my wife and son, who were understandably taken aback. My wife explained that our son brushes diligently twice a day, spending a considerable amount of time on his oral hygiene. Rather than acknowledging this or offering practical advice for improvement, Dr. Kher chose to show an image of severely decayed teeth, warning that this would be his fate if he "doesn’t brush properly." The tone was accusatory rather than educational, and at no point were useful recommendations given — only criticism of both my son's brushing technique and, inexplicably, my wife's parenting. Shocking upsetting experience. Forceful tone showing plague on tool/implement and saying it’s not good enough and making out he makes no effort cleaning his teeth having a go at me with bullying tone. Patronising, intimidating about the pastels do you need help do you even know what they are when we had said he has used them in the past. Son always felt anxious about dentist this has given him an awful experience and left him upset about feeling like he doesn’t look after his teeth when he does. ( he said last night to me yea thanks made me feel great). Took time out from gcse revision to be insulted and a waste of time as would never go back or never recommend to anyone ever. To make matters worse, Dr. Kher then made a dismissive comment regarding the NHS waiting list, suggesting it could be eight years long — information we later confirmed to be significantly exaggerated. Feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable with the way they were being spoken to, my wife and son chose to leave the consultation early. No family should be made to feel belittled or judged when seeking healthcare advice — especially not from a professional. We cannot, in good conscience, recommend this practice based on our experience.

The welcome, friendliness and information provided by the ladies on reception, dentist and nurses is in my opinion exceptional and is so much better than my previous practice. Fantastic experience: First when I got my braces I wasn’t used to it and it hurt quite a lot but you will get used to it after a few days and make sure to use the wax because it eases the pain and prevents ulcers. Positive experience: At the start of my treatment, I felt very nervous and hesitant towards getting my braces. I had additional treatment previous to my braces called twin blocks which I was more nervous about. However after beginning the process, my orthodontist Parmjit and technician Cassie were very helpful at assuring me of the different aspects of my treatment. Cassie has been extremely kind and helpful while fitting and checking up on my braces. Overall it was a scary experience at first and trepidation is understandable but our bodies are designed to get used to new things and you will be surprised to find how quickly your mouth does. At the end of my experience, I felt confident that I had made the right choice and I was ready to start my new journey with perfect teeth.

There is nothing to be worried about having braces fitted the process was much easier than we first thought it would be. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. My treatment started with 3 separate consultations to go through every orthodontic option available to me. Hallcross isn't local to me, but I gladly travelled 40 minutes by car every 8-10 weeks to have my braces adjusted over a 2 year period. Mike also persuaded me to have my braces removed for my wedding, then put back on after my honeymoon, at no extra cost! The whole team have been amazing, and at 27 years old, I finally have a beautiful smile!

I finally got them a few weeks, and it hurt a little the first couple days but then was completely fine and comfortable! I think it’s different for everyone and a good experience overall.
