Positive experience: Excellent service on check up and hygienist does superb job cleaning your teeth. The only thing don’t do take out bad tooth, so go private to Smile dentist have it taken out.

Negative experience: My experience was really bad. Attitude of their Dentist I was seeing was very unprofessional. He didn’t wanted to understand my needs as he didn’t even acknowledge me or my requirements . I booked my appointment only for one reason which is I’m very nervous patient and he only made it a lot worse by his approach towards me. He didn’t even try to explain anything, didn’t answer any of questions, no empathy, no professionalism and he behaved like I didn’t even existed. Did not expect that, he just could not be bothered. Doctors meant to serve the humanity. Anyway I finally took the courage and decided to call them again today and get my tooth extracted because they have already done their assessment and charged me the fees which I don’t want to spend again only to be told I’m banned from their practice for missing one appointment. What a joke as I can’t even re register with them and will have to find someone else and spend more money. My suggestion to this practice is that they need to look at their own behaviours and how they treat their patients before shutting them off by BANNING them. It’s not only the dentist as it starts from reception desk, well that’s a story for another day. I can’t believe I’m writing this but I had to raise it as God knows how many people are going through this caused by this said practice. If someone senior would like to reach out and need further details I’m very happy to provide particular details. They don’t even deserve one star from me but I had to in order to post this review. Thank you UPDATE at 1330 - Practice Manager Denise called me personally shortly after I posted the review which tells me how they want to improve patient experience and rectify any mistake were done. Denise listened to me without any judgment and rule book and most importantly she did not patronised me yet still advised me about T&C’s. She was very professional and human at the same time. I accepted where I was wrong and now I have an appointment tomorrow to resolve my dental problem. Denise let me tell you, you are very passionate about what you do and you genuinely care. You are an asset to the organisation. To the owner of practice - Your practice is in safe hands of Denise. Her passion, speed of response and rectify any mistake so quickly is commendable. I was greeted so warmly by the lovely lady at the reception and given me all the support and information prior to appointment. I then was welcomed by the lovely ladies Tejal and her assistant. They both were incredible, amazing and extremely kind, supportive and helpful. They made me very comfortable and ensured I was relaxed before they attempted. Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience at Whitton Corner Dental Practice. I absolutely hate going to the dentist and usually avoid it until I have no choice. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed by the warm smiles of the receptionists Asha and Nadia setting a positive tone for my visit. They were very helpful with my appointment, booked me in immediately for an urgent appointment as I was in pain. This was only my second visit, and I am already beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail that Dr. Kirun Sehra provides. As someone who has always felt nervous about dental treatments, I genuinely appreciated her compassionate approach. During my first check-up, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which helped ease my anxiety significantly. My second visit involved a root canal treatment, which I had been dreading. However, Dr. Kirun's calm demeanour and thorough explanations made the process so much smoother. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Whitton Corner Dental Practice. I visited to get my teeth fillings corrected, and Dr. Kirun Sehra took care of the procedure. She was extremely kind, patient, and gentle throughout the entire process. I’ve always been very nervous about needles, especially when it comes to numbing injections, but Dr. Sehra made it so smooth and painless that I didn’t even realize when she administered it. Her calm and reassuring manner really put me at ease. I’m completely satisfied with both the treatment and the results, and I’ve already booked my next consultation to continue with the process. I had had a negative experience at another clinic years ago so I was very nervous at first to come to Whitton Corner Practice. Do let me tell you, from the minute you walk in to the clinic to the moment you leave you feel relaxed and well looked after. The receptionists are genuine, thoughtful and kind and always greet you with a smile. The dental hygienists are fantastic and are always kind, well trained and a great help. My Dentist Tejal Pankhania is the absolute best. She is polite, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable and well practiced. She talks you through each treatment so that you feel comfortable with your decision. My dentist was exceptionally good today, as she knew I was very nervous about today's treatment and she talked me through everything. Constantly checking in on me to make sure that I was ok. The whole procedure ended swiftly with no pain or worry. So in short I whole heartedly recommend Whitton Corner Practice and my doctor Tejal Pankhania. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Unprofessional dentist. They were advertising NHS patients, and even let me register, only for when I’m in my appointment I was told that they will not be able to take any on. On top of that, after reluctantly paying for private fees, my next appointment, i wasn’t seen until half an hour after my appointment time, despite an empty waiting room. Completely unprofessional, if you’re gonna go Private choose a better dentist with proper customer service.

Negative experience: Ever since I switched to this dental practice it's been a nightmare. Then on 10/03/20 things really go down hill. Got multiple fillings: One more cosmetic after a few days, the other fillings restricted flossing, and eventually they fell out too. 17/08/20 I booked to get these fixed. But this wasn't possible so I had to come back on 21/09/20... which also failed... 01/10/20 take two. This filling holds up much better.. but the dentist did a horrible job and didn't remove all of the decay.. So now I need to wait another month to get an appointment to have a root canal done.. ### Update 13/06/2022. Things have been going smoothly but I haven't received an update from the complaint I issued. One of the other fillings this practice gave me, which I complained about in person to my dentist for various reasons, has become loose and sensitive. This is 3 months after a check-up where they said everything was perfect. Following an excellent phone call from the manager they have been able to book me into a cancellation and have offered to discuss my complaint in more detail. It seems as if my previous complaint was closed without formally notifying me which seems odd. This does make me hopeful. ### Update 11/03/2023. During the root canal procedure I mentioned that the injection performed was significantly worse than all others I have had. Following this my jaw is now constantly clicking and locking up on that side. Constantly attempted to contact the Practice to report the issue but was told that there are no appointments. Finally got an appointment and they tell me that it wasn't their fault and they kept saying it's normal... until I stood my ground on it. The most they offered to do is to refer me to the hospital for a checkup. I will be contacting my GP and we'll see what happens. ### Update 24/10/2024 - Following being sent illegal marketing emails without an unsubscribe button they failed to send any reminders to book follow up appointments. Staff have no clue why a reminder wasn't sent but refuse to investigate the issue. Booked an appointment as it's been a while... My jaw is still screwed up following the previous procedure and I was ignored when raising it again. Told I need new fillings and accused of having a sweet tooth, but once again the dentist ignored me when stating I had previously been told my teeth are weak and I need special toothpaste. Then the dentist asked about how my mouth guard is working... What mouth guard? I've once again issued a complaint to the practice over the dentist and it's been ignored. Its pretty much impossible to change dentist due to country wide issues so I do need them to sort things out... But ignoring me at every point is unbelievable.

Positive experience: My most recent visit here I am very happy with,my 'new' dentist Kirun Sehra. She is very pleasant and gives good advice about my teeth hygiene. I know I need a crown in a tooth, so I have to look after it, though I feel no immeadiate pressure from her to get it done as she is vey kind, as I felt from my previous dentist up at Apex corner! I'm realistic about they state of my teeth though my last dentist, even though he was good, he was quite negative about my teeth, and played 'nanny'. Kirun she is not like this. Nice waiting area, pleasant reception stsff.

Informs you so well what is her plan, and explains the reason for whatever treatment is best for you. Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment and nothing was available on the day. The reception noted my name advising they would contact me if there were cancellations and I could be seen. They were excellent at following up and called upon a cancellation. Result - I got to see the dentist and they treated my issue. Very pleased with their reception and competent dentists.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for dental care today. As soon I walked in the practice Asha the receptionist recognised me and immediately checked me in. After few minutes Teja the Dentist invited me to the practice room and he started to work on my teeth. I’m really impressed by the professionalism and efficiency. I didn’t feel any pain during all the session. Dentist Teja is clearly very dedicated to his patients. When the work was completed Asha helped me on booking a new appointment at the desk. Negative experience: Firstly I will say my dentist was actually fairly decent however the practice itself is run like a dodgy mechanics garage and that is an offence to dodgy mechanics. They do not have the patients best interest and will charge as much as possible and avoid honoring their own terms & conditions. I had work done under band 3 and felt another tooth needed looking at 2 weeks later and asked them how that would work as there should be no charge for additional work. Firstly the receptionist was dismissive and kept denying this and kept on saying of course you get charged as the dentist has to do the work. I advised that on the nhs website and their own t&cs it states it's free she just kept saying you want to make an appointment or what? So not to argue with a yappy receptionist with zero customer service skills I advised I will send an email. Email 1 = Ignored Email 2 = Ignored for another week. Then I received a voicemail from Denise the manager apparently to call and discuss this. Call 1 = Voicemail and no call back Call 2 = Voice mail and no call back Call 3 - I was advised Denise is at another branch ismile and given a number. I called this number and the receptionist advised she is not available (fair enough) and that she preferred email. Email address was given and double checked and surprise surprise it is incorrect. I called again and was advised this is the correct email. I then emailed the whitton branch again and no response. So Denise most definitely does not want to email and have a paper trail and apparently this is enough for them to close and deal with a complaint. Now I have plenty of money to pay for treatment however if I don't have to why would I? They clearly do no honor this and I do not have time to chase and argue with rogue dentists as I will take my money and custom elsewhere. I did not want to leave this initially but felt I have given them plenty of chance to resolve and respond which they failed to do so and I wanted to make others aware of this as I am sure many have paid when they shouldn't have as it is there in black and white. Do not think I will be back here any time soon.
