Fantastic experience: I am sharing my views,regarding my first visit to Chancery Lane Dental Clinic. I had a warm welcome from the Receptionists. I was asked to complete a form. After completing the paper work-waited in the waiting room for few minutes before being called in for my treatment. The Dentist checked my teeth and identified the problem and started the treatment-to extract the tooth that had decayed etc. The whole treatment went very well. I would like to convey my sincere THANKS to the Dentist and his team (Assistants, Receptionists). Tanai Date of this visit: 25/7/25.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Chancery Dental (on the monthly payment scheme) since they took over from the previous dentist a few years ago, and have always had excellent treatment. They're a friendly, professional team, and the dentists have always been reassuring ... I can be a nervous patient! I've had root canal and a couple of fillings redone, and all went absolutely perfectly. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: They are just brilliant. Had Invisiline a couple of years ago and so happy with the results. Emily is an amazing hygienist, Tiago is a great dentist and the rest of the staff are so helpful and positive. I do the monthly contract with them. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Oskar this Monday morning. It was for a replacement filling that had been there about 30 years! I had paid the deposit the previous week so i knew what the balance was to pay.My appointment was on time. It took about half an hour to do. I paid the balance and went home. My tooth felt very smooth and comfortable. My mouth was numb for about 3 hours after.Very happy with the service and I would recommend Chancery Dental to others

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is never high on most people’s lists of ‘Good Places to Go” but I found my first and subsequent visits have been absolutely fine. The surgery is spotless and has a welcoming feel. Tiago, the Dentist is friendly, professional and fills you with confidence. His nurse, Molly is the kindest person but has a good sense of humour too. . The two of them are so funny you forget where you are. Emily the Hygienist is so kind and gentle. The reception staff are more than helpful and between them all they make a visit to Chancery Dental more than acceptable! Many thanks to all concerned.

Fantastic experience: I have nearly finished my Invisalign treatment with Ketul Bagia and am absolutely delighted with the result. Although I was told initially that the treatment could take up to 9 months, most of the work was completed in 5! All down to the excellent treatment that I was given. A big thank you to Emma (Dental Nurse) too who always did her utmost to fit my appointments in! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I don’t know anyone who looks forward to their dental appointment … I certainly don’t given the horrendous experiences I had as a kid who knocked her front teeth out in a go kart accident … God the dentist was barbaric which put me off going to see anyone for many years … fast forward to today. Having plucked up the courage to go see Anh who put me at ease almost immediately. I had a tooth extraction today - the thought of this has kept me awake for days - now let me tell you Anh and her dental nurse (sorry I don’t know her name) were absolutely brilliant. Reassuring throughout. Talked me through everything that was going on and although I was shaking uncontrollably inside I felt at ease - all due to the care and attention of these two individuals …. Highly recommend this practice … a great sense of humour within both the dental surgery and the receptionists which goes such a long way in putting their patients at ease. Thank you UPDATED 17/07/2024 Finished my treatment with the FAB-U-LOUS Anh and comical sidekick Emma. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m no longer fearful of going to the dentist … if Anh moves area … me too!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The moment I stepped into the dentist I was greeted by Nicola and Jade on Reception who were really welcoming and friendly, chatted and booked me in , straight away made me feel at ease while I waited in the waiting area. I was then passed over to two dental nurses Emily and Kate who were also very welcoming and friendly, they chatted away to me, explaining what would happen with my upcoming appointments, answered all my questions I had , I felt 100% at ease at all times and would highly recommend. From start to finish I was 100% happy with the way my implant went.

Fantastic experience: Having never visited a dentist for over 30 years I was extremely wary on how I would get on. Anh made me feel at ease straight away and worked to the pace that I could cope with. The patience she showed and the understanding went above and beyond. She explained every procedure she would be doing and recommendations on various dentures but leaving the final decision up to me. I have nothing but praise for this wonderful Lady and would recommend her to anybody. Thank You.

Fantastic experience: I can't praise my Dentist Oscar Moreno and the staff at Chancery enough. I had to have two teeth extractions and was very nervous about it. He immediately put me at my ease, was very reassuring and before I knew it, they were out and I was on my way home. No trauma, no pain. I would highly recommend Oscar Moreno to anybody who has a nervous dispossession who requires great Dental care.

I went for a free consultation regarding having implants, evrything was explained to me and also printed for me to take away pricing ect. Fantastic experience: Cannot fault treatments- staff all excellent.The only downside is that if you do not have the dental plan ,then 100% payment is required upfront when booking routine check-ups, regardless of how far in advance this is. I would've thought that 50 % would be more reasonable.

Together with a very friendly team and a calming atmosphere, I never imagined I'd not dread a visit to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Saw the hygienist Ellie today, I've always had overly sensitive teeth and she was absolutely fab!! She offered me an alternative air flow treatment which uses warm water instead of cold, which was such a relief for my sensitivity and it was actually a pleasant experience rather than painful and uncomfortable which it had been at my previous dentist. She made sure I was ok/comfortable through the appointment and explained everything she was doing. What a fab lady!

Negative experience: This practice has No interest in patient aftercare whatsoever. Only interested in dental treatment that costs tens of thousands of pounds. Make sure u have really deep pockets before using this practice with dental bills ranging from £1765 to fix a crown upto £19400 for lower jaw implants. I've spent upwards of £8000 so far just for 7 bridges beware!!!!

Fantastic experience: Never ever did I think the dentist would be enjoyable to visit. After switching from a bad dentist I found Oscar and the team at chancery. I needed a whopping 8 fillings. Never felt a thing, he rebuild a back tooth for me which I thought was done dusted. I can't believe the no pain no hastle treatment through every filling. The hygiene team are awesome, getting all the nasty bits you miss when brushing and offering good advice on care. The receptionists are funny helpful and always happy to see you. And a side note, there's always plenty of freebie toothpaste and floss sticks going around. Best dentist ever!
