Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this Dentist been trying to get a NHs dentist for a very long time ; and managed to get one here ; where do I start; the lovely reception team were friendly helpful and amazing at their job ; the Dentist and Dental nurse made me feel relaxed and comfortable even though there is extensive work to be done ; they were both thorough and they too were amazing ; and all my future appointments have been booked ,Happy patient Thankyou Dove Dental See you when I get back back from holiday to begin my treatment .

Negative experience: The time of appointment was 11-20 am but didn't get to see Dentist 12-13pm had to go to reception to remind them we where here so not happy you don't have car parking so I was extremely annoyed about the wait and it only took 2 minutes to see Dentist in the end. So not happy with the wait and the fact of paying for the visit makes me angry Lewis Woods

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for years, I've seen a few dentists at this practice but I have found Maria Tsironi to be the best. She is kind, gentle and very efficient at her job. All staff are really friendly and they’re one of the only few dentists in Derby still offering NHS appointments.

Fantastic experience: The Dove Dental staff are all kind and understanding - and the dental treatment I received was excellent and I would like to add that Maria is a compassionate and highly skilled dentist - I feel so happy with the treatment that I received.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise or recommend this dentist practice more highly. Every member of the 'team' are highly professional, approachable and welcoming. My dentist Dr Priya is exceptional and a real asset to the practice. She's a talented dental surgeon but also incredibly engaging and has taken me from an extremely nervous patient needing sedation for a simple filling, to having a painless and stress free dental implant, without sedation in 3 years! The reception team deserve special commendation too for their efficiency and customer focus. The hygienists and dental nurses all play a vital role in making Dove Dental a brilliant surgery.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient here for years and had a dentist that wouldn’t listen to me, had to book and emergency appointment and got a dentist who finally would do what I wanted, then she left half way through my treatment and now the practice is saying that I have to pay again for my treatment because it’s a different dentist I’m seeing and after being told they would contact me they didn’t plus they’ve referred me to a “specialist” to continue my treatment and won’t be able to book in till September and in steel where as before it was all being done here. Seriously a piss take

Negative experience: I went in for a temporary little filling here, a year ago, my normal dentist had temporarily left, the dentist I saw who was not fully qualified in this country, shaved my 2 cusps off on my back molar. I put my trust into these people as had been going here for a long time. It used to be good, when it was family run. Never having any issues with my teeth. Just general check ups. This female dentist has ruined my teeth, filing a tooth that was intact and had no issues. A little of the filling had fallen out, all she had to do was refill alittle, she told me she would file alittle of it so it could adhere to the tooth. I trusted her. I have been left to not beable to chew properly, and pain, because she changed the bite with cutting the cusps. When complaining, they turned it on me. And made out they hadn’t filed anything. And kicked me off their list for being rude very strange. Anyone going here, be very careful if they do anything wrong you will be blamed. Other dentist will back them, cause they work there. And they will tamper with your medical records. Very dodgy place. Be careful. the state of dentistry in England is a shambles now, they let the dentists get away with anything now. No rights for the patients, especially at this place. They will be nice, until they do something wrong.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice. Very efficient, plenty of comms to ensure attendance, all forms completed in advance making the process on the day very swift. Fantastic dentist, friendly, thorough and informative throughout. Hygienist was the same and offered to reduce the fees required as dropped down to a 20 min bronze service provision from 30 mins silver due to the work needed only required 20 mins.

Fantastic experience: Just an update in 2025 to say that I managed to get an NHS check up with a locum here 2 weeks ago and last week I went back in for a filling. They were great and as before the nurses and receptionist are really good too. In fact, it was one of the receptionists who really helped me to get an appointment at a suitable time as I work full-time. I've been going here for a few years now. I usually see Margaret and she is brilliant! She always looks out for what's best for me. The nurses and receptionist are always helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: It was great to receive an email from Dove Dental Care notifying me that they had NHS appointments available for past patients. I rang immediately and was able to get an appointment for a check up the very next day. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient and the waiting area comfortable and airy. I was in the dentist’s chair within 15 minutes. The dentist and technician were reassuring and professional and I was pleasantly surprised that, after four years without a check up, my teeth and gums were still in pretty good shape. I now have the reassurance of being back on the books of a NHS dentist should I have a dental emergency and have booked that appointment for my annual check up next year. Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom tooth removed at Dove Dental Care after being referred there by my dentist. I couldn't have asked for better care. While the procedure itself was painful, the staff remained calm throughout and kept reassuring me it would be over soon. The most surprising part was my recovery - many people who had their wisdom teeth removed warned me about severe post-surgery pain once the anesthesia wore off, but I only experienced very tiny discomfort from the stitch. I was even able to eat the very next day without the fear of pain. The entire procedure was remarkably quick and efficient. I'm truly grateful to the specialist and staff for their excellent care.

Positive experience: No one really likes to go to the dentist. But I found it ok. A bit disappointed that we had to wait quite a while. Our appointment was originally 9.15. However we were ask the day before if we were still coming and would we like to move it forward to 9am. We had to wait 30mins. Wish I had stuck to 9.15. Had Grandaughter with us.
