Negative experience: Was so excited to start my smile white journey with this dentist in October, all was going well until the last aligner was completed, however I wasn’t quite happy because my teeth still weren’t straight. They have very kindly ordered me a few more aligners to Straighten my teeth. However can’t get an appointment till late June, and they won’t let me just pick the aligners up. So it will 10weeks on the same aligner and no progress! For what I have paid to have this treatment done, I am so disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Eddie enough! I needed a dental implant and had contacted several other specialists in the area, all of whom had no availability for several weeks. After searching for a dentist with excellent Google reviews, I found Eddie, and he truly lived up to the hype. From the start, accessibility was a huge plus. He was able to see me pretty quickly for a consultation to discuss treatment options. What really set him apart was his approach to my implant procedure; he was confident he could do a great job without a CT scan. He also answered all my questions patiently and confidently, which was very reassuring. The entire process was incredibly smooth. He performed the dental extraction and implant in one sitting, and it was so perfectly done that all I needed was a paracetamol for just one evening—nothing after that! This speaks volumes about his skill. I also really valued that he handled the crown himself, ensuring continuity of care rather than passing it on to someone else. Throughout my treatment over the last nine months, he was fantastic at keeping me informed, always letting me know what to expect. His calm and confident demeanor was incredibly reassuring. Plus, he was completely upfront about the total cost of the implant, and it was very convenient to be able to pay in two installments. If you're looking for a skilled, transparent, and confident dentist who provides exceptional care from start to finish, I would 100 percent recommend Eddie!

They managed to get me in really quickly even after I had to amend the date. Everyone was extremely kind and reassuring. Fantastic experience: Went to Enhance to get my Smile White aligners. The process so far has been very good. My original aligners design didn't reduce my gaps enough imo and the dentist agreed and remodelled them, not once but twice because he wasn't happy with the second one he received. He finally went with the third model, which I was also very happy with and I have just had my first weekly aligner fitted and been advised to get a good teeth cleaning done this week so that everything runs smoothly from now on. Very happy with the attention to detail shown so far and happy I chose Smile White through Enhance.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say how delighted I was with not only their professionalism both the ladies at reception and the Dr himself. All staff were so friendly and very accommodating. I had a miler removed after waiting for weeks and months to get it removed. I checked them out by walking past and had to inquire. The staff at reception listened to my concerns and information about the state of my moler, didn’t hesitate to get me booked in, in fact… they happened to have a space and got me into surgery right away, I was very surprised but equally over the moon! They also undercharged me for the surgery as I told them I had to pay another dental practitioner for the late appointment that they declined from me, matched it up with what I lost out on. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. I have had a hygienist appointment with the dentist twice now and my teeth feel amazing! I used to see my old hygienist every 3 months and he was away this time so I decided to try ehanced dental clinic. The doctor did an amazing job and didn’t rush me or anything ( my usual hygienist always rushes people ) which is really unprofessional because if you’re paying for something, you should be made to feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr Ramini for a second opinion regarding dental implants. I have to say my dentition is in a very poor state so I need a full mouth restoration and I was not happy with the solution other dental practice offered. After a full check-up he took his time to openly explain me the options, without rushing or trying to "buy" me in. He put me at ease, giving me the confidence there is a solution for every problem. Very happy with him and his team. I will get back to his clinic soon.

Negative experience: PLEASE DO NOT GET PERSUADED TO BUY ADDITIONAL SCANS AT THE PRACTICE. I had impacted wisdom teeth and instead of referring me, the dentist tried to get me to have expensive £200+ scans when he wouldn't even be the one removing them. I went to another dentist who referred me to King College Dental Instutite (as per protocol), x-rays + my wisdom teeth were removed under light sedation at NO COST!! Please shop around. DO not get scammed. Otherwise the team have been polite for most of my check ups/hygiene appts hence the 1-star. I chose NOT to have the expensive scans and sought a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had such a great experience visiting Enhance. The reception team are lovely, there’s a lovely warm atmosphere. I’ve had hygienist appointments and felt safe and comfortable, plus I’ve been seeing Eddie for dental treatment (crowns/retainer) and he’s always made me feel so at ease. Taking the time to show me images of my teeth and explain the best courses of action. Have never felt more comfortable at a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was told by my dentist I needed a root canal but it would take weeks to see a specialist to just look at it. I made an emergency appointment with these lovely and talented dentists and he put in a temporary filling that has solved my severe pain, as he advised that a root canal may not be necessary. I hate needles and and get quite nervous but they are very good at talking you through the process and making sure you’re okay with everything. Quick to get appointments very kind staff. Highly recommend they know what they’re doing!
