Fantastic experience: My Wife had an appointment here,in September. From the very start Tabby the receptionist was so helpful and accommodating. She provided all the information on plans and pricing. The consultation and checks conducted by Pravin the dentist were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Hello Dental.

Fantastic experience: Neel is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. From the moment you walk in you feel completely at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. His skill and artistry made me feel very confident and the happiest I have ever been with my teeth. The whole team are so kind and welcoming. Neels assistant Erin is extremely caring and together make every visit comfortable. So grateful to have found such an exceptional dentist. Well recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had my second check-up with Helen today (4 years apart) and am so grateful for how kind and patient she was with me. There was no judgement about the amount of time I'd avoided the dentist and her attention to detail made me feel like it had only been 6 months since I'd seen her - she must take note of absolutley everything because she was able to recall of my quirks and needs! I'm a nervous patient and also have very alternative/natural health values and she's very respectful of my hesitations and questions about pretty much everything. For anyone who's a nervous patient, or likes to live as naturally as possible, I can't recommend Helen enough!

Fantastic experience: I visited Bradbury Dental Surgery recently to get a new crown and I could not wait to sit down properly and write a review about my amazing experience this time! I mention this time as for a period of 2-3years my old crown kept falling of and every time I went there different dentists kept sticking back on and after a period of time off again. I was lucky this time to see Dr. Stuart Buchanan a very young dentist and I believe new to his profession as well. He went above and beyond starting to work in a new crown for me. He was very informative and helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth and exactly how it should be dealt with.After seen tons of dentists finally I found someone I could trust and actually cares. The first crown sent from lab could not fit so he ordered a new one wiling to get it done in perfection together with his assistant Zhana that is a very experienced lady and been in this clinic for a very long time.Now that I have my new crown done I couldn’t be more thrilled with the result.I can only say Dr Stuart is a exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, demonstrating a remarkable attention to detail throughout the entire procedure.He have exceeded my expectations in every way and I’m grateful for this exceptional service. I wish him a bright Carrier and all the best in his life !

Fantastic experience: I have had dental issues for all my life. I’m 36 and I’ve only recently found Hello Dental, and they are by far the first practice who have understood my personal needs and have been so caring and considerate. I have seen Jodie the hygienist and her assistant Alisha a number of times over the last 6 months and they are both so gentle and take their time to make me feel comfortable and safe and do their thing. If I could rate them 10 stars then I would.

The receptionists are so welcoming, Millie even sat in my appointment occupying my 1 year old whilst I was having my treatment, thank you Millie! Fantastic experience: One of the best dental practices that I have ever found (I've used a few!). You do get what you pay for and Neel, the team, the service combined with the care provided all represent fantastic value for money. I have always been a nervous patient but now truly feel that my mouth is in safe hands (or should that be safe hands in my mouth :) ). Joking aside, I recommend this practice to anyone. The courtesy and care of the staff and my dentist Sagar's care is truly wonderful he explains everything clearly and listens to your concerns and genuinely trys to help. I had a root canal and a crown fitted which was done brilliantly without any sort of pain. They are very friendly and their work is to the highest standards. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Hello Dental since shortly after the practice opened. My teeth & gums were not in the best condition despite attending my previous dentist for many years. Nearly 10 years on & I have not lost any more teeth. This is due in no small part to Neil but also the care shown by hygienist Jodie. Jodie has cared for my gums & gives me tips on how best to care for my teeth & gums without being patronising. Fantastic experience: I am a nervous dental patient but I have to say that today's six monthly check-up at Hello Dental in Colchester was as usual very calming and professional. Jodie the hygienist has been looking after me for the last twelve years on and off and today assisted by Katrina. They both put me at ease and looked after me as they always do and gave me a glowing report for looking after my teeth. Hello Dental in Colchester are the best. See you in six months!

Hello Dental was recommended to me and I can honestly say Sagar and Billie made me feel extremely comfortable. They work as a team so well. They done an excellent job on my tooth and I really can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: After 40 years of being too scared to go to the dentist with a pretty significant phobia I ended up (after a lot of research) at this practice. I had awful gum disease and my teeth were in a bad state of health and repair. I do not know anyone that was as scared as me, including patients I had seen myself as a mental health practitioner in all my years of practice. I honestly thought there was no hope. My first consultation with Sagar was long and mostly talking and then an assessment. He needed to hear my story to understand my fears and triggers. Actually just voicing them and being heard was very therapeutic. And I was heard. I felt safe and less afraid. I started my dental health journey with him a year ago and have had regular hygiene appointments with Jodie - who is extremely gentle, kind and supportive. I can’t believe that I regularly go to see her with no anxiety. Her work has meant my gums are now healthy. Sagar has taken taken out 2 teeth that were beyond help and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. He is absolutely amazing. The dental nurses are also amazing and I can’t recommend this dental practice more highly. Thankyou Billie! They have definitely saved me from having dentures and I am honestly no longer afraid of the dentist - and when I write that I can hardly believe it. Even the wonderful girls on reception are highly skilled with terrified patients. Thankyou very much x If you are scared to go the dentist then this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Following a lack of appointments at my regular dentist I sought out a new practice and found Hello Dental. I was reassured by the extensive range of positive comments and booked a registration consultation. The appointment with Dr Patel went really well. The clinic was welcoming, and staff friendly. Dr Patel was really kind and spent time discussing my goals and lifestyles in regards to dental care. He then did a thorough examination of my teeth and following the examination, explained his findings and suggested a care plan going forward. Would highly recommend and will look forward to returning for future appointments.

Fantastic experience: My teeth were in a right state before I visited the hygienist Jodie - very stained and with areas of gum disease. Cleaning was a two session process (Jodie is very gentle) and I've followed her advice on dental hygiene (never nagging or patronising) and my teeth are now spotless and gums all healthy. Fantastic experience: I’ve always been really nervous of the dentist and have put it off for years but I finally found Hello Dental after I saw they were good with nervous patients. Paying that little bit extra to go private is 100% worth it, can always get an appointment when you need one and the service is next level. I had to have 3 fillings with Bhavin which I was really scared for but both sessions were like nothing I’ve ever had done before. Didn’t even feel the injections (which is what I was most nervous for) and the process was quick and he always paused to ask if I was ok and explained everything beforehand. The attention to detail is next level and they all make you feel so relaxed and confident. I’ve also had two hygienist appointments with Jodie, which I’ve never had done before. The experience was actually almost enjoyable! Loved them chatting away and my teeth felt so clean! Again she kept pausing to ask if I was ok and definitely had no judgement if my teeth needed work. Showed me some new techniques but not in a condescending way like previous experiences elsewhere. Couldn’t recommend the whole practice enough, even the reception team are so friendly they make you feel at ease from the first phonecall! Thank you everyone at hello dental!

Fantastic experience: Sagar removed one of my wisdom teeth today. Painless and took but a few seconds. I did not even realise it had been removed until told. Procedure was explained prior to start, all was kept calm during treatment and post extraction advice was provided. Great service and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined Hello Dental and am so glad I did! I had my initial consultation with Dr Bhavin Raichura & Kiera - they were both so lovely and made me feel really comfortable. I went back to have a filling fixed and again, they both made me feel so relaxed and the treatment I received was fantastic. After the filling, I had some discomfort and Dr Bhavin Raichura was happy to see me to take a look. He made me feel very reassured, especially as I was due to go on holiday. About a week later, he gave me a call to check how I was getting on as he knew I was off on holiday and wanted to make sure the discomfort had gone. I am so impressed with the service provided. Everyone is so friendly and I feel they really went above and beyond to help me. Thanks so much :)

Fantastic experience: Today I met with Sagar for the first time at Hello Dental. I was a little taken back to start with when he wanted to have a chat with me and find out about my history concerning my teeth, any concerns etc - the conversation lasted around 20 minutes and he certainly put me at ease - It felt great to see a dentist that was so thorough but it’s a rarity. I had x rays and photos as part of the new patient assessment and we talked through the x rays and photos in detail too. All in all the appointment lasted around 1 hour. What a refreshing dental experience and one that I intend to carry on using. My husband recommended Hello Dental and honestly they are great. The staff that I came across are so friendly and even knew some patients by name, opening the door for older patients which was lovely to see.

Fantastic experience: Working chronologically, the consultant appointment booking process was painless, with reminder emails and texts being sent in the event of a customer forgetting. The reception gave me a form to fill out regarding health conditions etc. this was filled out prior to the consultation. The consultation took around an hour and included an exhaustive process of initial discussion, xrays, photographs of the mouth from the outside, open, inside from the sides and straight-on. The collection of detail allowed for a more meaningful diagnose of what needed, and allowed those outcomes to form a foundation of the discussion on the plans. Dr Sagar was polite, engaging, communicative and very professional, explaining at the right level, the information I needed to make the right choice. I have confidence that Hello Dental will be the right choice of private dentist for me going forward. Thaaks again.

Fantastic experience: I found out about Hello Dental in 2022 and booked in for a consultation to find out more about braces and composites after reading so many brilliant reviews from patients. Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction done, this was the first time I’ve used private dental after being let down by my NHS dentist. The dentist and team looked after me, put me completely at ease, made sure I was as comfortable as possible and went through all of my options in straight forward detail. Fantastic experience: I’m a very anxious patient due to negative previous experiences at other dental practices. I was told I needed some dental treatment which I was really worried about. The team at Hello Dental were all really friendly and understanding. They made me feel at ease when I didn’t think that was possible and I actually had a good experience. Because I’m so nervous, the dentist and nurse talked to me the whole time, put music on for me and gave me a stress ball. They kept checking in on me, and the procedure ended up being pretty much pain free because they were so well practiced and calm. Thank you so much to Shyam, Becky, Kiera, Millie, Rebecca, Laura and Keeley. Special mention to the receptionists who could tell I was anxious and looked after me. Lovely practice and would highly recommend for anyone nervous or anyone who just wants a good experience.

But the folks at Hello Dental have really helped build my confidence, they are all so lovely and empathetic and seem really genuine in their care for their patients. Fantastic experience: I recently saw Jodie, who Asia assisted with a teeth clean. Jodie is brilliant at what she does. I always come away from my hygienist appointments smiling, not only from having nice clean teeth but because Jodie is always kind, reassuring and non-judgemental (especially if I have not kept up with my flossing!) Jodie and Asia helped put me at ease during my visit, especially as I had other things on my mind while waiting for study results. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Hello Dental for a few years now. I have received excellent service every time. I highly recommend this practice to everyone, especially if you are nervous about any procedures. Everyone who works at Hello Dental is very welcoming, from Millie and Rebecca at reception, right up to Carla as the practice manager and everyone inbetween. For my appointments, Jodie and Kiera are awesome for hygienist appointments and Neel is a top notch Dentist! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Hello Dental for some years now since its opening I see Neel for my general teeth maintenance & then I see Jodie & Rhea for general cleaning every 3 months I wouldn’t go anywhere else they make me feel at ease and feel always in good hands

Fantastic experience: I was treated for head and neck cancer last year and as a result needed access to a good dental service due to my after care. I didn’t get a good dental service I got a wonderful one instead. All members of the team I have been seen by, have done so with care, humour and professionalism. A great dental business that knows how to look after their patients and even me.

Negative experience: I have been a Hello Dental patient for few months now. They do good enough job on treatments, unfortunately I have found them very unreliable and unorganised. No matter what time you book your appointment for, you end up waiting at least 15 min every time, even if your appointment is at 9 am and you are the first in the queue. Always same excuse "emergency". I must be very unlucky person, as there's always one when I have my scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Hello Dental for years. Neel and Helen are the only dentists I’ve ever trusted and are both excellent, knowledgable and highly professional. All the reception staff are lovely, polite, and always helpful in case of rescheduling needs. Jodie the hygienist is also fantastic and I owe my new flossing regime fully to her! Neel is also to be commended for his sensitivity to my previous profession as a singer which made me nervous about any work done on my mouth/teeth. When I needed a minor operation on my gum he used cutting edge laser technology which was smooth, successful, and completely pain free due to his meticulous care. Also to be highly commended is Neel’s work with my uncle, who has special needs. Before seeing Neel, he would always refuse to see dentists out of fear, but now coming to the dentists to see Neel and Jodie is a highlight of his year! His teeth and dental hygiene, which previously left a lot to be desired, are also so much better off for it too and his smile is now better than ever. Fantastic practice all round and definitely to be recommended.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely impressed by the service at Hello Dental. Sagar and his assistant Keeley are very thorough and knowledgeable whilst also being kind and communicating clearly throughout each appointment. Sagar is the best dentist I have ever had. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't sing Hello Dental's praises enough. As someone who has suffered with Tinnitus, Hyperacusis, a fear of needles and being numbed - I'm sure you can imagine going to the dentist was up there on my list of worst nightmares. Since the moment I met Helen, she has been the most wonderful dentist I've ever had. She's kind, patient, informative and has listened to every single one of my fears and worked through them with me one-by-one. She's very conscious of the Tinnitus and works in short bursts when we have to drill, and uses the Waterlase whenever possible. We also only use the scraping tool for cleans, as I found the Ultrasonic Cleaner too triggering for my ears - which has made teeth cleaning an actual enjoyable process. We used The Wand for my injections (which is a device that keeps numbing local to the tooth, rather than numbing half your face and is supposed to be painless as it drips the anaesthetic in slowly.) Although I'd read reviews that said The Wand was painless, I didn't truly believe them. After having had my first injections this year, I can safely say that it was so painless, I didn't even know I had been injected. I didn't feel a single thing from the needle - just a tingly sensation as the anaesthetic started to kick in. Through Helen's encouragement, the kindness of the dental assistants and the lovely receptionists (shout out to Millie who has been so helpful with my endless nerves and questions), I've gone from having an irrational fear of the dentist, to almost enjoying the process (with mild nerves) - I mean, no one wants a filing right?! I've had two filings since being with the practice, multiple cleans and am now whitening my teeth. I'm excited to take pride in my smile again and it's all thanks to Hello Dental!

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined Hello Dental and saw my dentist, Shyam, for the first time today. He made me feel very at ease, answered all of my questions very thoroughly and has changed my perception of going to the dentist. The girls on the front desk were very welcoming and helpful as well!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had some dental work done over the last fews weeks and am really pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Sagar who was assisted by Rhea were professional and efficient. They clearly work well together! Sagar kept me in the loop on what was going on and why. He was reassuring and eased my concerns. Whilst it is never ‘fun’ to go to the dentist, I look forward to my next appointment! Thanks again ‘Hello Dental’ Team, and especially Sagar and Rhea.

Fantastic experience: Have been with Hello Dental since Aug 2019. Started with a dental emergency and that was taken care of promptly by Neel. Over the years have undergone further treatment as well as a more recent complex extraction and fitting of a partial denture. I do not like needles and (like most other patients) have had to endure quite painful local anaesthetic injections prior to dental procedures over the years at other dental practices before moving to Hello Dental. Neel has an exceptionally neat, gentle and systematic technique of performing the local anaesthesia with minimal discomfort only, which has made this step of the treatment far more stress-free for me ! Friendly, polite and markedly efficient Reception staff. Love the way they greet people, always with a smile ! Have found them to be helpful always. Have to make a special mention about Millie. Responds promptly to email queries or concerns and successfully resolves issues asap.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely lovely dentist and assistant! They made me feel totally at ease, explained everything and did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything that you need and want for that confident smile! Thank you so much Sagar and Kiera can’t wait for the full results!!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal work by Dr Sagar Patel and Rhea, sorting my broken tooth with a complex extraction and bridge, turned around unbelievably quickly. Minimal pain and a finished product that looks completely natural, even up close. I would absolutely recommend Hello Dental to anyone needing dental work. I am not great with dental work and the whole setup put me at ease and was super conscious of my comfort throughout. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: Can't speak highly enough of Hello Dental. I first attended at short notice in 2018 for extraction of a cracked tooth. I was very nervous but I was treated brilliantly and put at ease. Since then I have returned for regular check ups and always receive excellent service. Everyone is very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them. Shout out to Jodie and Keira!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I don’t like going to the dentist and have found every excuse under the sun to avoid it… but since speaking with Neal and his team they’ve given me the confidence to go regularly.. Always great treatment, today was hygienist with Jodie and Rhea… positive and constructive feedback about my cleaning habits and put me at ease during the process… can’t recommend this place enough… only dental practice for me… even if Rhea does insist on her choice of music!

Sagar really listened to what I needed and came up with a superb stop-gap (literally!) solution. Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting hello dental for a while now, and Ive always had such a positive experience! As a nervous patient, Neel has always been very patient with me and looked after me when I’ve needed an emergency! Jodie takes care of my hygiene appointments, she’s so gentle and I actually look forward to them now as my teeth always feel so clean and healthy when I leave! All of the girls on the reception are so friendly and welcoming, and now I actually look forward to visiting the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service! I attended this week for a new patient consultation. Prior to seeing the dentist, the lady I spoke to on reception was very friendly. I was then collected from the waiting room by dentist Sagar. Before looking at my teeth, Sagar sat down with me and we discussed the issues I’ve been having with my teeth. I felt listened to and that goes a long way. I’d been having issues with a wisdom tooth so wanted to get a second opinion from another dentist. After our discussion and after having a look at my teeth, Sagar said he had a little time and would be able to take the wisdom tooth out there and then if I was happy with that. The thought of having a tooth out made me feel anxious so it was ideal to have it out without having time to worry about it. The procedure was quick and Sagar and nurse Kiera were fantastic. They could see I was anxious, both made sure I was feeling ok throughout and took the time with me. Kiera even gave me a stress ball to hold which helped. Nothing felt like it was rushed or too much. They explained all the aftercare to me and gave me instructions to take away with me. Considering I had a tooth out, it was a very positive experience. Thank you Sagar and Kiera, the tooth had been causing me a great deal of pain so I’m very thankful you were able to sort it out for me.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this dental practice to everyone! They go above and beyond compared to other practices I have been to, the team remember me even after my 6 month gaps between visits. I would especially like to acknowledge Jodie & Keeley from my appointment today. Hygenist appointments aren’t usually the most fun but the girls made me feel at ease & it was nice to chat a little about things that weren’t strictly teeth related .
