Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly and deal with issues promptly.

Negative experience: My Wife arrived there yesterday for an emergency appointment' bearing in mind her fear factor of dentists is plus 100..Ongoing severe pain issues last 7 days..dental technician looked and filled a fractured tooth..rear molar. Today the pain was off the scale' I called again earlier today to get my wife another emergency appointment' both receptionists we're exceptional . However the appointment today for my Wife in utter panic and fear was the worst experience ever' its bad enough fearing a dentist and in agonising pain' but to be subjected to criticism and judgement whilst in utter fear and pain by the female technician and assistant 'nothing far short of disgusting. My Wife is a senior field carer' has been for many years' works 14 hours a day to help keep loved ones in there own surroundings and ensuring they keep there dignity' independence and gives unconditional compassion. Bloody shame the technician and assistant do not have the same morals. Apologies my Wife can only afford Nhs' she pays for this' like many!!! Won't be coming back' reporting the practice to the counsel. Over 10 years been registered there. Unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: Receptionist’s professional & polite. The lovely dentist was very patient with my mum as she is disabled . They made my mum feel safe and she’s looking forward to getting her new teeth

Negative experience: While the dental care itself is good, scheduling is a consistent issue. Appointments are hard to get and often need to be booked well in advance. Unfortunately, some are cancelled with very little notice, which can be frustrating and inconvenient. We've had 2 now, so now we are another couple of months down the line. Better communication and more reliable scheduling would really improve the overall experience. (May 2025) 10/07/2025 Still trying to get appointments and no one's reaching out. Is there any way to get an appointment any time soon? Please call me.

I was made to feel welcome at reception, when I went upstairs to meet Jojo the dentist she was very nice and welcoming as was her assistant. Trough my exam I though Jojo was very good telling everything I needed to know and explaining everything about the procedure I would be having. best dentist I've had since moving south.

Fantastic experience: My experience of this practice is absolutely top marks right from the off, the receptionist’s are very very professional and really friendly always smiling, for someone like me who has a fear of dentists this was made even more pleasant when I met my dentist team, they are amazing, very informative, friendly and easy going made me feel very comfortable I wasn’t worried one bit. Overall a very pleasant experience and amazing time to all my visits so far.

Fantastic experience: We were welcomed by friendly staff at reception. Kate, the dental practitioner was very efficient and professional in manner. She gave good clear advice on treatment required. In all a pleasant experience. It should be noted that some treatment rooms are up some rather steep stairs, but I believe there are others which would suitable if anyone has mobility problems. I would certainly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Our Dentist Mohammed Kabir was great he put us at ease on our first appointment and explained things really well and help come up with a great treatment plan which non of my previous dentist did at my old surgery this made me feel confident in his judgement and happy to continue with my treatment. He did the same for my son. Also the lady on reception was amazing she was on her own the day we came and even though she was super busy she was helpful and inviting with great communication. We are looking forward to our next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing tooth pain, I was recommended this dentist. I haven’t been to the dentist for many years as I have extreme anxiety about the dentist. It was simple to register and I was given an appointment the same week. I was given a same day appointment to have to procedure done. The dentist and dental nurse were extremely reassuring and understanding. The dental nurse in particular made me feel extremely at ease and continued to explain what was happening.
