Fantastic experience: My crown had come out. When I phoned up the receptionist was very sympathetic and worked out how she could fit me in to see the dentist and I was very pleased that she was able to get me in a couple of hours later. I think the receptionist was called Michelle. A very good experience.

Negative experience: Never had any problems with this dentist until this year. Our usual dentist is now only doing private appointments not nhs ones. We've basically only been told today after years of seing her, and we have basically been told if we want to carry on with her, we have to pay privately or we can stop nhs, but we have to go over to the other dentist there. Also, a scale and Polish is now not in with your check up anymore. We got told if we want one of those we would have to pay £50 for the service when it used to be free with your check up! Not only that, we also got told if we didn't attend this appointment we could basically find another dentist as they recon we haven't been for 2 years! ( this is after they've cancelled on numeracy occasions, and I've had to cancel a couple of times due to my father in law being ill with cancer then passing away!). Thanks for understanding. What on earth is the nhs coming to! Not happy that we've not been told previously about Nardia only doing private patients, feel extremely let down.

Fantastic experience: This practice runs smoothly, not keeping you waiting too long past your appointment time. Since joining I’ve always had my teeth cleaned by the dentist at the end of my examination. And included in my examination fee. Upon my recent visit. This wasn’t the case. The dentist said I needed the hygienist to clean them which I needed to pay private for. Which is £55. This is very different to the £26.

Fantastic experience: The staff are always very welcoming and know how to treat patients with respect. Nadia my dentist and Leanne her dental assistant make you feel at easy. They listen to your concerns and give you breaks during treatment if you need them. They have become very special to me and they make you laugh which in turn puts you at ease. I have been going to this dentist for many years and would not change. Once you find a good dentist you stick with them.
