Fantastic experience: Reception and dentist assistant have been kind and helpful. Dr Faresh Desai has been good in explaining the whole procedure of an implant and replacing my (part) bridge. Also very good to get it visualised on the screen to understand it better. By sharing his plan and knowledge as well as questions answered, I felt confident and at ease to have it done at Ascent Dental Care Malvern. Payment plans are optional and overall price, although still costly, definitely better than I have found in surrounding areas/dentists. But most of all great result and a bright smile again, for which I’m very grateful.

Negative experience: After suffering a massive panic attack before treatment at another practice in Malvern I decide to opt for conscious sedation at Ascent. Arun was marvellous and after a shaky start completed my treatment last week. I had a cannula in my arm and remembered nothing of the filling and extraction. Highly rec if you are an anxious patient. Expensive but worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Going in to the appointment in Malvern I was apprehensive about implants but after a thorough conversation with Faresh I was totally reassured. I enjoyed the fact that there was no hard sell and each component of the process was explained thoroughly. I would advise anyone needing private dental work to make an appointment with Ascent. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend 5* Originally went for an emergency appt for tooth pain. One of my molars needed removing due to wisdom tooth pushed into molar. Booked in with sedation in 2 weeks. Couple days after consultation the tooth became absolute agony and pain didn’t reside even after 48 hours. Called the clinic and they got me in the very next day. Think my dentist name was Arran, great guy and had my tooth out and stitches in within 15 mins. Great service!

Fantastic experience: I needed to see an emergency dentist and although Ascend are over 40 minutes away, they were the only dentists that could fit me in. The service was outstanding, the dentist was amazing - kind and gentle and the rest of the team were most helpful and sympathetic. If I lived closer I would make these guys my regular dentist without hesitation.

I am going through a lot of treatment after years of negligence by my NHS dentist. The team of dentist and hygienist at Ascent are now doing everything to give me my smile back! I would especially like to point out the the hygienist is fantastic, I was always dreading the treatment with my old dentist as it was painful but at Ascent it is a lot more comfortable and my teeth look great afterwards.

Fantastic experience: It is a team of professional people who make you feel at ease at all times, they talk you through what they are doing so you don’t have to imagine the worst. They are all very polite and courteous, and the lead implant surgeon is one of the best in the country, who knows his stuff, and what I have experienced so far is always trying to improve methods and techniques to make it a more comfortable procedure, and is always looking for perfection in the finished product. To know all of this only fills you with confidence in being in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: My first contact with Ascent and Dr Faresh Desai and I have to say, the most professional and useful dental engagement that I can recall. Not only did Dr Desai conduct a very detailed assessment of my somewhat complicated dental needs, he also took the trouble and care to bring to my attention, some other potential health risks that he identified, relating to my neck glands and got me referred for those, almost immediately. Very highly recommended and I will be proceeding to implant treatment as a result.

Fantastic experience: So happy with the treatment I have had here so far thanks so much Jas and all the beaut nurses that have looked after me! My initial worry was needles and pain during treatment. I ended up having a root canal and some fillings and I can honestly say I barely felt a thing the whole time. After having about a million injections over my whole treatment my fear of needles has pretty much completely gone now woo thanks guys ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: A very professional and friendly dental practice. Private patients only, which I like. The reception and dental nurses are all very happy and friendly and help create a relaxed atmosphere. I’ve had implant work (I’m near completion) and so far I’ve been very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the team, especially Faresh. We’ve recently moved to Malvern and I’ve visited a number of dental practice's locally and further afield for my implant work and Ascent definitely impressed me the most. They’re competitive, professional and caring. I’ve signed up for general dentistry and I am confident they will be perfect for me and my wife going forward. As a follow up… I’ve now completed my implants. They are fantastic. They feel really comfortable and the new teeth fitted to them are perfect. I would definitely recommend Saresh and Accent. The whole procedure was painless, a little uncomfortable, because there’s quite a bit of preparation, but no pain. If you’ve got missing teeth (my original bridge broke, leaving a big gap) then don’t out it off. Get yourself an implant. Once it’s in you will never know it’s there and you’ll wonder why you hadn’t done it sooner.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Visited again on Friday 10th December for root canal treatment. I was apprehensive. The procedure (a bit complex in my case) was carried out by Dr Nasser Khan (visiting endodontist). The process was pain free (90 minutes) and even after the anaesthetic wore off, no twinges at all. The only pain that day was two cancelled trains on the way home! Thank you again. Very covid-secure environment and very professional staff. I had my first check up there today - the most thorough one ever! Amar Sodha was my dentist and I can't rate the processes highly enough - followed by Anne, the hygienist and her assistant. I think feedback is even more important during these difficult times. Thank you. My husband had a similarly positive experience a few months ago. We are new to the area. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Such a professional and friendly dentist. Have had nothing but a great experience with them. I needed alot of work done to for an overseas permit and within a very limited time frame and Dr Abi and the team showed great flexibility and understanding and warmth to my situation. In terms of the procedures, I couldn't ask for a more stress free, relaxed and efficient experience. Zero to VERY minimal pain during and post procedure. Dr Abi is an excellent dentist and her assistants share the same high level of professionalism. Also the receptionist have been super acomadating, calling when cancellations occurred to offer earlier appointments and just being super friendly. And I feel the price was extremely reasonable definitely a practice that is about the patient first. All in all, 5 stars a must go to practice. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: I am new to Ascent Dental Care and a nervous patient due to nightmare dentist in my childhood. Over the last few months I have been in for some check-ups and everybody is very friendly. If you call or email there is always a reply and you are made feel welcome. Today has been my first new filling after many years and I was so nervous. And although I was shaky, James has done a fantastic job not just with the filling itself but also with me. Calm, friendly and reassuring. So far this is the only place I have visited that I would recommend without hesitation.

Positive experience: It’s difficult for me to post about treatment as since Ascent took over from my old dentist I haven’t had to have any treatment. On my latest visit I was in for four and a half minutes, when I went to pay I was told it was £40, I said I’d had to pay a £20 deposit last time I was there for this appointment expecting then to have to pay £20, but after ‘checking’ I was told it was actually £60 in total for my check up, so I still had to pay £40. I guess therefore if I had an hour appointment it would be £720 Seems bizarre that I wasn’t therefore asked for another deposit for my next appointment? Everyone seemed very pleasant, it was clean, but I have no idea if £60 is a reasonable price for a check up?

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Ascent dental enough! After my friend recommended to me for my dental anxiety. I had several previous bad experiences with dental and other healthcare that developed into severe anxiety from being unable to trust .Ascent dental are extremely professional and also careing of thier paintents and also genuinely proud to do excellent work for thier paintents and looking after them , pre, during and post treatments, worth every single penny! And wish I had gone a lot sooner! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment! Words I never in a million years I never thought I would say! As helped me to gain my trust back in having my teeth looked after. If you have dental anxiety, Ascent is in no doubt the place to go.

Fantastic experience: ‘Lost’ an old crown and insufficient original tooth to take a replacement, so extraction was needed. This was done on a Saturday without any problem, although I was apprehensive! Very impressed with the treatment at the time and the follow up by the surgery over the next few days! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Had an issue where my impacted wisdom tooth decided to make itself known. As this was the second time immense pain struck, I wanted it out of my mouth. I contacted Ascent Dental who scheduled me for an appointment with a dentist straight away. The nurse called me in within minutes of arriving then took my history as I was a new patient at this surgery. After that I was brought through for a consultation with the dentist. A check up and x-ray later we had an understanding of why I was in pain. Dentist was great (apologies for not remembering your name), he explained the procedure and possible complications, then we agreed on a way forward. Day of the surgery was pretty much the same. His 10 years of experience was evident as he extracted the tooth almost effortlessly. A fantastic doctor for sure! Finally they gave me a care pack with instructions on how to look after my wound post surgery, and extra gauze should bleeding occur. I cannot recommend thus surgery more! Thank you for all your help!

Fantastic experience: Whilst going to the dentist is probably something most people don't look forward to, I would definitely recommend Ascent, especially if you either need very specific treatment (such as a wisdom tooth removal as in my case) OR are a nervous patient needing some additional support. I had been in constant pain from one of my wisdom teeth for months and the other dental practice I'd been to just said it was part of the process of the tooth coming through but having been to Ascent and had a detailed x-ray, it was clear there was a potential issue and within 4 appointments over 6 weeks, I'd gone from initial check up to removal! The team at Ascent are great, everyone from the reception and nurse teams who are very friendly and welcoming to the dentists who are very knowledgeable and put you at ease - would highly recommend Ascent!
