Fantastic experience: I was seen today by Mo Hattab. He was very calm and took the time to explain exactly what my treatment involved. He reassured me that if I was uncomfortable with the pain that I could say and more painkiller could be provided. Nobody likes visiting the dentist but today I was very happy with my treatment.

Fantastic experience: Booked in for emergency review on abscess - all handled very efficiently- new dentist (Mr . Cedric very pleasant and professional) As always a very polite and relaxed atmosphere at Hopvine House. Appointment today (16/05/24) for final root canal treatment- as usual everyone very friendly and professional. Mr Cedric takes his time to explain everything that was done in the procedure and was very careful and thorough. 6 month check up today with Mr Cedric and once again all staff very friendly and reassuring- Mr Cedric was very thorough in giving a light clean all round and doing x rays on teeth that had not been done since before he joined Hopvine. Everything all good and another check up appointment made for 6 months. Quick appointment today for checkup due to a couple of concerns - discussed and physical check on area of concern and was reassured that unless anything else occurs no need to see Mr Cedric until next appointment in January. Once again professional pleasant atmosphere. Today 02/05/25 had tooth extraction done by Dentist Victoria Waddingham who along with the rest of the team at Hopvine made me very relaxed and reassured with their friendly and professional manner . Just to say that the surgery was very quick and totally pain free .

Dr Hattab was great with the children, teaching them better ways to look after their teeth and made it a very enjoyable experience for them. My wife also went back today for a clean and updated x-rays. Dr Hattab was great at providing information and making it as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: First visit, very impressed, very happy with service, from all staff now my dentist surgery, travel from march as was recommended and I will too Had to have filling 7th July 2025 absolutely fantastic treatment from dentist Eduardo Antunes and nurse traveled 50 mins to use this dentist as recommended last year and receptionists are always helpful too so worth the travel.

Positive experience: All went very well and all staff were very friendly and polite. As I have mobility problems and have to use a rollater I have two observations; I could not open the entrance door far enough to go through because it has a very strong spring on it and also the waiting room chairs may look very nice but they are very low and have no arms so it is difficult to get out of them if you are not 100% fit.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extracted today. All done in less than 25 minutes. Very competently done with hardly any discomfort. Thanks! Following the extraction, I had to have a root canal procedure on a front tooth, which had a long established abscess under it. Once again, Cedric did his magic on it and sorted it all out, ably supported by his dental nurse. This is a 5* practice with helpful and friendly receptionists. Would recommend Simply Smile in Soham to anyone! Once again, thanks to Victoria for her care and attention. There is an air of professionalism and competence about this place, from receptionists to nurses and of course Victoria who fully explained the necessary procedures. Cheers

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Hopvine House Dental Practice since last year. Prior to that, I hadn't seen a dentist in over 10 years, due to an extremely traumatic experience at a different dental practice. Everyone at Hopvine has been fantastic and I'm now over my fear of dentists!

Negative experience: I have rated you like this because I dislike intensly your bullying attitude towards your cusomers in almost every place you can place it. Won't go into details but I fear you may well have lost many customers with your attitude. You are taking advantage of being the only Dental Practice in Soham. At my age 86 next Birthday it does of course leave me with no a;lternative than to use you which I have be doing since I came to live in Soham some 30 years ago. Fantastic experience: We are both in our 70s & were a bit worried about seeing a new dentist in case of a strong accent. We needn't have worried as no accent at all (probably not a PC comment). Mo was very helpful & after I explained the problems I had when younger he said he was quite happy to advise & discuss any treatment but it was my decision whether to go ahead or not. Fantastic experience: Friendly, efficient and trusted. My teen son has been told by another private practice he needed filling. As there were no issues at the same practice whilst he was under NHS (and exactly the same for my daughter), I wanted to get a second opinion before letting anyone drill my kids teeth for no reason. I was told at this practice his teeth were fine, he's brushing well and there was just a bit of tartar build up on some teeth. The dentist removed the tartar. We will definitely be back in 6-months time.
