Fantastic experience: Lovely practice! Very thorough and friendly reception team! It has been a pleasure working with the Team on their new CBCT.

Positive experience: Whilst the dental care that our son received was excellent, we were upset and shocked to find out that there was further treatment to pay for. When we first signed the contract in 2023, it stated that 'further treatment MAY be needed' and another cost was listed. At the time, I asked if we would be made aware of this. We were told that we would be. Last week, we were presented an invoice for the 2nd part of the treatment and were told that we should have started paying in June. The total cost is £1200 which we are now having to account for. We are not dentists and therefore we were relying on the practice to let us know if these costs would coming up. We honestly believed that we were still in the first part of the treatment. Better communication is needed to ensure that difficult conversations do not occur between the staff and the parents, especially when the child is present and witnessing the awkward conversation.

Kind little gestures such as holding the door open for me to get out the door with the pram. The dentist herself was so good with my little one, making him feel happy and relaxed- engaging with him and praising him. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom tooth extracted at OptiDent Dental Clinic,and I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I had been in excruciating pain for three weeks, and when I finally went in for a consultation, an OPG confirmed that I needed an extraction. I was quite anxious about the whole thing, but from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Liana Budurin is simply amazing. She is one of the kindest and most supportive dentists I have ever met. I was really nervous about the procedure, but she took the time to calm me down before even starting. She reassured me every step of the way, and honestly, I didn’t even realize when the tooth came out! No pain, no discomfort—just pure relief. Even the recovery was smooth, which I truly didn’t expect. The entire experience from booking the appointment to the warm welcome at reception was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The staff are so polite and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. If you’re nervous about a dental procedure or just want a caring, skilled, and compassionate dentist, she’s the one you should go to!

Fantastic experience: Took my son for his very first dental appointment here. The Dentist was very kind, patient and gentle with my son who was a bit nervous. I felt that everything was explained really well and the check up was thorough. All staff were friendly and the clinic was clean.

Negative experience: Meant to have an appointment on a Monday, someone called and moved my appointment on a Tuesday. Booked off from work to attend the practice, traveled for 30 minutes only to get told by receptionist that there’s no appointment for me on that day and she doesn’t know why her colleague moved it. Unprofessional practice from the admin/reception team.

Fantastic experience: My son has a Myobrace and has all of his appointments at optident. My son is 12 and has autism and ADHD and the staff here are so understanding of his needs and always put him at ease. Sam is wonderful with him and Milly is so patient, the guy on reception is so smiley and welcoming too. The Myobrace itself has made such a difference already and we are only in the beginning stages of his treatment. We were a little sceptical at first but wanted to try this before committing to fixed braces as this would have been hard for him to have fitted and maintain. We are so happy we chose this alternative to fixed braces, and grateful to the staff for their relaxed approach, patient explanations and care they have shown to my son and really pleased with results so far.

Positive experience: I really like them! Just completed a course of treatment and all gone well. To put a bit of context, I hadn't been to the dentist since 1997 because of fear and and a bad experience. I signed up on their waiting list on Nov 2023. Contacted me New year 2024. And beginning of Feb I went in there absolutely petrified. Yesterday I went in to collect my partial and I sat comfortable, happy, and knew I was in safe hands. They listened and helped me relax a bit. It's the dentists so it's not exactly gonna be Disneyland but they don't want to do a bad job and don't want to hurt you. Dental assistants too, friendly lass's. It might be a bit rough round the edges compared to most but it doesn't effect the work, their high standard, and if anything it relaxed you a bit by not being seeing so clinical. As a nervous NHS patient, I highly recommend.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic at all. While I did appreciate the help from the reception desk, however the dentist Liana one should definitely stay away from. She is so rude, and did do her job at all. I have my attachment of Invisalign fixed and paid 150 pounds. however the same one came out again 9days later. I came again and she fixed it and the one hour later it came out again. I have told her that it should be something wrong with the glue. But she ignored that. Because the attachment came out as a whole. I questioned why I should pay this time since I think it is not my responsibility. Then she replied threatening and arrogantly, if you don’t pay, then next time you cannot come to me. Find others to help. Yes, I don’t do my Invisalign at your clinic and I do appreciate your help. However it is not a professional attitude from a dentist. I got the refund for the second appointment because of the warm reception lady and gentlemen. I think I need to speak out so that’s why you could see this review.

I have been their patient for one year for my orthodontic Invisaligne treatment and I am very pleased with the outcome.
