Fantastic experience: Dr Sam Hashjin is beyond outstanding. I first met him during my pregnancy when I had a serious tooth infection, and his calm, supportive care made all the difference. Two years later, a veneer unexpectedly fell off… just after I’d said goodbye to a dying friend. He listened to me cry, acted as my emotional counsellor in that moment, created an immediate temporary fix by blocking the gap with composite on my retainer so I could return to work, and scheduled a gold-standard reattachment within 24 hours. He never cut corners. Exceptional skill, empathy, and patience in one person - it is so rare to find this level of care - we are so lucky to have it, especially being outside London. Forever grateful!!!!

Positive experience: My service has been excellent, however during Covid they did not accept appointments and then dumped my son off of their list due to him not making appointments. I would give Sam Hashjin 5+ stars however still annoyed about the covid treatment of my son.

Both the dental and hygienest were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made sure I was comfortable throughout and were genuinely caring in their approach. Fantastic experience: Dr Nooshin and her team are excellent. I was scheduled for a 20 minute check up this morning and Dr Nooshin offered to give me a filling on the spot rather than have to make a new appointment. I have been visiting Dr Nooshin now for several years and greatly admire her cheery demeanour, efficient skill and care.

Fantastic experience: My wife recently had 3 emergency appointments and an extraction over a 3 week period. The reception staff were kind and helpful every time she phoned, she got an appointment quickly each time she phoned and the two dentists she saw were very skilled, pleasant and understanding. Fantastic experience: I always have a very good experience at IOSIS dental clinic. In fact my dentist is one of the nicest people I have ever met!

Fantastic experience: Been using Iosis for about 15 years, always offer a quality service with expert professionals and my teeth are thankful for it.

Negative experience: I attended my appointment after waiting approximately three months after an extraction.I was pleased as I thought the pain would be resolved by the dentist. I have been in pain since the extraction and other side off mouth is now painful too. I am told cannot do anything as it has healed (it did not at first emergency appointment else where to settle it down) Now told yet another long appointment with a root canal and if that does not work another extraction. I think I need another opinion from another dentist as to what to do. Still in pain and not happy. I had an extraction else where 10 minutes to take out not 30 minutes. I was not charged for consultant but no solution. Appointment was running late and brought forward for dentist convince. Also builders running in and out checking dimensions for building and manager owner talking about how much more money you get for dentist than shop premise it that the right time and place to be discussing Infront off patients.

Fantastic experience: I have been 'whipped into shape' brilliantly by this dental team, I find it quite easy to be a little vague in my approach to oral hygiene etc. The hygienist and dentist have completely changed my approach by their dynamic teaching and care, plus very friendly reception team.

Fantastic experience: Attended this morning for a routine check up. The premises were spotlessly clean as always. The reception staff were friendly and smiley, as always. I was approx. 10 mins late going in for my appointment but received an immediate apology - and sometimes these things happen, no big deal. My dentist is always friendly and makes me feel at ease/comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I've just come back from my second visit to the Iosis Dental Clinic, in Binscombe in as many weeks, one for my six month check and yesterday for some minor treatment as a result of the six month check, and I've just got to say that the Dentist who carried out the work, a Dr Sam Hashjin was incredible, he's a very friendly person and very very professional, he puts you at ease from the very start, explains everything about the treatment he's going to carry out and keeps you informed of what's going on throughout the treatment. Afterwards he offered information and advice on aspects of teeth and gum health particular to me. On leaving I really felt that I got the best service you could ever ask for, ie 100% and I am definitely 100% satisfied, Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I live in Guildford. I went for the first time to this practice on Thursday 14/11 on a recommendation. I saw the dentist (Elmira) for my initial consultation plus x-rays. Booked Jan 2025 for hygienist and Elmira for filing and then a crown - cannot speak more highly of the whole practice - so professional and all the latest equipment - cannot fault them

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Iosis Dental Clinic for over 15 years, and as a patient who has a phobia of going to the dentist since childhood, I couldn’t ask for a more caring and considerate practice than this one. Today I had 2 fillings, and I was talked through and reassured through every step of the treatment. Therefore I fully recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I went to both dentist (Elmira) and hygienist (Terrie). Both were amazingly clear and communicative, taking the time to explain everything in details. My daughter sees Sam (other dentist) and the experience is the same. As for the reception staff, they are absolutely lovely. This clinic is the perfect example of what patient CARE is all about.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a crown fitted by Dr Noosha (sp?) who did a great job and was kind calm and gentle during the treatment. Like most of us I don't relish the thought of a trip to the dentist especially as I have very sensitive gums...but the whole process was carried out painlessly. I would highly recommend Iosis and Dr Noosha. Today I went back to see the hygienist Terri and she was equally helpful and I'm pleased to say that my teeth are in much better condition now than there were three years ago before I visited Iosis. Whenever Emi had a problem ( 9 years old) I felt comfortable calling for an appointment the reception team is amazing and always with a positive attitude. Sam, it is the BEST DENTIST that we come close to so far he knows how to talk with my daughter he is patient and professional. She had 2 anaesthesias in 3 months and Emi is still happy to go there :)

Sam is a thoroughly charming, professional and amazing man, he is an exceptional dentist, and his attention to detail is incredible. The whole process has been beyond amazing. Sam is a true professional, he gave my dad every kindness and care to make it all as easy for him as possible. The new denture is amazing. It has been an absolute pleasure to attend all the appointments. We are greeted with smiles on arrival by everyone and the dental practice is modern and exceptionally clean and tidy. There is always a very kind welcome and it has a lovely feel about it. We can’t praise everyone highly enough. We feel very fortunate to be part of such a wonderful dental practice and to have the amazing Sam as our dentist. Fantastic experience: It was a hygienist visit today and I actually quite enjoyed it. Everyone is friendly, there's nice relaxing music in the background and I even managed a chat with the hygienist and her assistant.

Negative experience: Really disappointed by the service I received today when calling up to book an appointment. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I guess they are busy enough not have to care about treating people with care and consideration. Will definitely be going elsewhere in the future

Negative experience: Overall poor service, takes weeks to get an appointment, then was booked in for a filling only to be told it was a check up at £75 and would need to come back for another appointment, this is after I was charged £90 for a temporary filling 4 weeks before. Have now moved to another surgery advise to avoid.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time coming to Iosis Dental Clinic and I had the lovely Sam as my dentist. He was so great, looked after me and made sure I was not in any. I would recommend him to any one that is looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness. I am ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED going to the dentist! Ever since I was a child, I had so many bad experiences & trauma! I am now having to go back to Iosis in Binscombe & they have got a new dentist . I’m now under Dr. Krinal Patel who is truly an amazing lady & her dental nurse Dawn. I’ve named them the chuckle sisters. They just took one look at me & could see how absolutely terrified I was. They put me at ease from the get go & listened to why I was terrified. Seriously there was no belittling or telling me not to be silly I was 100% listened to. I have just come home from my second appointment & yes I’m shaking, but in from the treatment I received today!! I can’t recommend my new dentist & Dawn highly enough. I said from the get go that I’m extremely hard to numb…. This wasn’t questioned at all. Dr. Krinal Patel listed to everything I said & went above & beyond to make sure I was reassured, at ease, and relaxed. She seriously talked me through every single tiny step that she was taking, and I seriously felt no pain at all. I was still lying in the chair at different. The board I have got bruises on my arms, only because I was expecting my past trauma to be the same. I am now so grateful for this new Dentist and Dawn to be treating me because, I’m still terrified from my past trauma. Seriously after my second visit with them, I am totally amazed how well they both looked after me and treated me. Anybody that has her past, trauma, and Are seriously traumatised about the thought of going to the dentist please please please leave your last trauma and your worries at the door because these two ladies go above and beyond to look after you and you have absolutely nothing to worry about. For me to actually say this and put a review is something I never ever ever do that again. I cannot recommend them highly enough for people who have gone through past trauma and the thought of going to a dentist is traumatic beyond belief. I would like to say thank you so so much for the treatment I have received. And yes I will be back again in January for my checkup ❤️❤️

Joking aside I had to visit The iosis Clinic due to the loss of a filling, which caused me a lot of anxiety as I am shortly to embark on a holiday. I need not have worried, the reception staff managed to fit me in to a cancellation spot, the same day as I called, how good is that. I was even more impressed with the young ladies who attended to me, I believe their names were Brie and Dr. M (Carly), I might have that wrong, but the dentist travelled all the way from Reading each day, and still managed to be an absolute delight to converse with. Between the two of them, what a team they made, putting me at ease, replacing my lost filling, and reassuring me that all was in order until my next appointment. I really would like to say a huge thank you to them both, and the Iosis Clinic as a whole for dealing with my problem so quickly, you really are very good in these days where trying to achieve anything with people seems to take an eternity. Well done, and I can honestly recommend you.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic receptionists. I am usually very nervous and today was having a filling in one of my back teeth. The dentist was friendly and she talked me through everything and made my visit much more bearable.

Negative experience: I couldn't sleep last night thinking about my experience at this dental practice. The receptionists were kind and friendly, the dentist was not, she hardly spoke to me during the 10 minute ordeal. In that very short time, four Xrays were done and my teeth were inspected. During the inspection she jabbed me hard with a sharp tool behind a tooth, I told her it hurt but she didn't apologise, said there was a bit of an infection there. And 36 hours later it still hurts. She also dragged the same tool across my lower lip, that hurt too. I was quoted the best part of £500 for two white fillings to be done in two sessions, slightly less for amalgam fillings, considerably more than my previous dentist who has just retired and had treated me for over 30 years and who had never hurt me during a treatment. It would have been nice to have been addressed by my name. I have no confidence in this dentist, it was a nightmare experience and I will not go there again.

I've only just joined as a patient, but the work I have had done already has been really good, friendly yet professional staff, lovely premises and very fair costs wise. I'm really happy to have Iosis on the doorstep and look forward to returning for the rest of my treatments.

Fantastic experience: The first time I visited this dentist he found I needed my first filling - which means he was a good dentist but I wasn’t so sure I wanted his expertise! He made the whole experience pretty painless though and I have always had a great experience since. The hygienist is very thorough and reassuring too. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and the team are great with my young daughter too.
