Fantastic experience: Excellent experience from the time I booked an emergency appt at 3am online when I first attended. With great care in the following years since. Highly professional and friendly service. Update 2025 - teeth never been in better condition. Elleven D. now recommending I attend dentist only every two years with hygienist every year. Not cheap but never try and overcharge. They have recommended against unnecessary treatments even getting further academic opinion at my request at no extra cost. Charlotte (hygienist) and Lorena (dentist) both excellent.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a hygienist appointment and Eleven dental were fantastic. Firstly the set up of the practise is more like a boutique hotel than a daunting dental practice. The treatment was carried out in a very professional way, with no corners being cut and with explanations every step of the way. My teeth feel a whole lot better , thanks!

Dr Anthony Lam has been my orthodontic dentist for many years, he is super qualified, super experienced, super knowledgeable, super friendly and a Super Star! Farah Anad is also my Shining Star with brilliant orthodontic skills and not only adept and precise, she is absolutely lovely assisted by Charlotte. And another amazing Charlotte, our hygienist who looks after both me and my son and is always so friendly, calm and methodical......this is dentistry at it's best and these are the Dream Team!

Fantastic experience: Had a crown replacement done. Good bits: bleached my root before replacing my crown so even with a light behind the tooth it looks natural. Was really happy up until this point. Bad bits: installed a crown that's visibly too big, denied it was too big and refused to replace it. I specifically chose eleven dental as this was a front tooth and I wanted it to be perfect. Id saved up ages to get it done and think eleven basically made the call that I wasn't gonna sue them so it was safe to shrug it off. Also my bottom tooth was shaved down to accommodate this oversized crown.. my healthy real tooth now irreversibly damaged to accommodate for a lack of precision... More I think about it the less I like it. If you don't mind an unusually large crown, no problem but if you want precision/a dentist who can be accountable if an errors made. This isn't the dentist for you. Update: I was invited back in today to have my crown sorted. Thankfully it looks much better! Props to Dr.Sameer and the team for the quick turn around.

Fantastic experience: I first approached Dr Patel in 2021 as I was becoming increasingly unhappy with the appearance of my teeth. Whilst I had always adhered to the basics, brushing twice a day without fail, I was conscious that my teeth had become increasingly discoloured and chipped. Admittedly, I had seldom visited my local dentist in Birmingham and after a particularly lengthy period of not having had a check-up (not helped by being in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic), I had become rather apprehensive as to the true state of my teeth and what might be discovered. I knew i wanted to do things comprehensively and properly, and was keen to find the best experts in the field. Elleven Dental, as an award-winning practice with an enviable track-record of transformational dentistry, fitted the bill nicely. Despite being a little nervous, Dr Patel put me at ease from the first day. He took the time to listen and was forensic in his approach, performing a rigorous examination of my teeth and being very clear in his assessment and recommendations. What I particularly liked was Dr Patel's ethos, which focuses upon restoring and improving the teeth, as opposed to pursuing more invasive options that he didn't feel were necessary in my case. Dr Patel prescribed Invisalign to straighten my teeth (something I had not considered but really liked the idea of), repairs to my chipped teeth using bonding, and a course of whitening treatment. This was approximately an 18-month journey involving numerous members of Dr Patel's expert team - every one providing an exemplary level of service and holding true to their respective specialisms. The team's expertise was aided by the latest technology, as you would expect from a practice of this calibre. The Invisalign treatment was much better than I had anticipated; I experienced very little pain and discomfort when changing the aligners - something that I feel was testament to the care and attention of Dr Patel's team, who regularly checked the teeth to ensure they were moving as intended and had the space to do so. I was also really pleased with the repairs to the teeth and the whitening treatment. Dr Patel was not fazed by the discolouration, which was largely attributed to fluorosis. The staining I had had since childhood eventually vanished; I was impressed because I had, up until that point, resigned myself to having to have veneers but it transpired that this was not necessary. I must say that the experience from start to finish has been fantastic; indeed, it surpassed my expectation and I am delighted with the results. In all other respects, the whole team are highly professional, friendly and make every visit a great experience. Dr Patel's practice is immaculate - his care and attention to detail is very much apparent. I remain a dedicated patient of Dr Patel's practice and have no qualms about making the trip down from Birmingham for routine check-ups and visits to his fantastic and very personable hygienist, Kate Thomis. Suffice to say, I would highly recommend Elleven Dental.

Fantastic experience: As my teeth were on their last legs so to speak, my local dentist directed me to Dr Lorena Mumford for a specialist treatment, almost five years ago. I have to say this lady is first class in her profession. Dentistry does not get any better than Dr Mumford. I remember her telling me that I should have seen her two years before. Despite my late awakening, she has managed to sort them all out and I have absolutely no dental problem at all! I am ever so thankful to her. I would also like to thank my Hygienist, Miss Lynn West for her regular “maintenance” of my teeth, I have had a few hygienists in the past, she is at a different level then all - an absolute star. A big thank you. The last but not the least, I thank Dr Jose Eusebio for an operation lasted almost two hours! Even after such a major operation I have not felt even a tiny bit of pain. Despite all these drilling, pulling and pushing, absolutely no pain! All the sensitivities I used to feel have disappeared the same afternoon! I am ever so thankfull to the very pleasant ladies at the reception for their efficiency and the timely reminders.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency on returning from holiday with two cracked front teeth. Elleven promptly booked me in for an appointment with Dr Leigh who was fantastic. Firstly she took me through the whole repair process so I felt informed and clear on what the repairs would look like. The reconstructive work was quick and easy and the results even better than I expected. Could not recommend more and happy to be back to my normal smiley self.

Negative experience: The clinic is ok, but I felt so badly yesterday, the Dr Marcela( the Colombian Lady) was very rude with me, also she is racist , I have 2 mixed children , she asked me who I was,, it's very unprofessional to ask who I am, because my children are German and I am Brunette.. she must to be learn how to treats the people better, with love and respect.., and never ever make this question again . I have done the form, I can't not believe if she didn't read and see the our surname.. she is terrified..I will never ever will be backing there.

Negative experience: Hugely inflated price for a CBCT scan, charging at £350 per jaw (does it include a report even?). My dentist referred me to a CBCT imaging centre on Harley Street at £85 per jaw done on the same Planmeca machine, plus report at £85, a total of £170.

Fantastic experience: Look no further- dentists who care I have severe and complex dental phobia. I am also a rather discerning, skeptical, and rather cautious person when it comes to extending trust to others- and it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch to say especially those in the field of dentistry. Despite the difficulties I well know I present as a patient, not only do I trust Dr. Raul Costa completely in his thoroughness and assessments of things, and in his honesty and care for the patient. He works diligently to cater to patients’ needs, even those who may be vulnerable and in need of greater accommodations. He is equally diligent in executing his work and you will not be disappointed, or I think really find a better dentist, to balance protecting and caring for your oral health, doing so in the least invasive way, and making sure to give each assignment such care that he will rest only with the most beautiful and healthful work. If you want to protect the integrity of your teeth, enamel, oral health, and feel confident in yourself, there is no better dentist to go to. Not in my storied experience. Praise like this for a dentist does not come lightly from me. But perhaps one of the most admirable qualities is that he upholds his standards of excellence only for his patients while extending them deep and generous patience. He is understanding, he listens, and you can be assured he will do his utmost to ensure your comfort. Make sure you’re okay. Create a foundation of trust even with the most nervous of patients. I write this as a review, but also to extend my deep and personal thanks to Dr. Raul Costa, and the whole lovely team at Elleven Dental who stand out from other practices in that once you’re in their care, they CARE.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Elleven Dentist since 1989 when it was the practice of Dr. Peter Floyd. Being an American, I am "tooth crazy". Elleven Dentist is totally superb in the professional service that it offers in every aspect of dentistry--from periodontics to orthodontics. My daughter and three grandchildren also go to Elleven and we are now on the third set of braces for the youngest granddaughter with Dr. Lam. They have perfect teeth moving forward into adulthood--indeed The Smile Shop. I, personally, have crowns from Dr.Sameer that are the "showcase" for my dentist in the USA--definitely "show and tell". The hygienists really know how to painlessly "dig." I have recommended over 5 London friends to Elleven and they are in unison with my praise. Dr. Phyllis Connors

Fantastic experience: I've had a range of procedures at Elleven from fillings to Invisalign to bondings. They really make you feel like an individual and not just one of many patients. One of the procedures that really stands out was the bondings treatment that Dr Sameer conducted. I was worried my natural teeth would have to be filed down in some way, but no, he builds the bondings over your natural teeth to create the perfect smile. My teeth don't look fake, too big or tombstoned (the look I was trying to stay away from). I'm so happy with my result, it's really given me confidence and you can clearly see the difference when I smile in photos!

Negative experience: I went to this practice as I had an issue with my current wire retainer. My usual orthodontist is abroad and couldn't travel as before due to the covid situation. Had very high expectations. Paid around 200£ to have glue on the wire that didn't last more than 6 months. The appointment was very quick and rushed. Had to go to another practice - 92 Dental in Hammersmith - where I've paid less than half and I was even offered one X RAY to make sure everything was alright. Before I've had intact glue for 2+ years. Such a low standard. Never again. Total rip off.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Elleven dentist! My consultant was Dr Shivani who I found to be always knowledgeable about everything teeth related, but also really friendly throughout the whole experience. I just had my braces off today, and I can safely say that I would do the whole experience again (the highs and the lows) for the result as I am so happy with it! I’ve seen her a few times now and I’m always soo happy and pleased how the maintenance of my care has been as it’s made me even more dedicated to keeping my teeth clean! Katie takes the time to ensure you’re booked in for the right amount of time needed for your necessary treatment. She has fantastic aftercare advice which helps you sustain your results and maintaining good teeth health. Fantastic experience: I’ve had an excellent set of experiences here. Did Invisalign with Sameer and Shivani, and was amazed at the results. Absolutely artistic gum graft with Lorena. Excellent quality justifies the price. Only minor quibble is that it would be nice if they accepted AMEX.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to be introduced to Elleven dental(Sameer) at a charity golf event in 2018- following this introduction my wife and eldest son have MUCH straighter teeth. The service, care and professionalism throughout their 12 and 15 month procedures has been of the very highest standard ( Invisalign for wife and clear braces for son). My wife now smiles more frequently, and I don't get quite as much grieve when I attend yet another charity golf event. Win Win. Thank you very much indeed Elleven dental, highly recommended.
