Positive experience: I was extremely impressed as I got an appointment the same day as I had chipped a front tooth. The dentist was very competent and did a filling to repair it for which I was very grateful,so excellent service .

Positive experience: Not easy to access building if you are disabled. There is no ramp for steps at entrance. The route to the toilet is difficult to navigate. Can't fault the professional service.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment as I don't currently have a dentist. They got me in on the same day which was great. They were polite and friendly on the reception desk, and after a short wait I was seen by Dr Ahmad. He was very calm and friendly and put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly so that I was aware of exactly what was happening. I have some dentist anxiety but he put that at ease with his demeanor. Would definitely recommend this dentist if you have a fear of dentists/dental treatment

I always feel not just my teeth and gums, but also my neck and mouth are checked very thoroughly and with a great deal of kindness and compassion. Once in reception you are met by cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. I’ve only ever been treated by Tanzeel who is friendly and polite and who struck up a good rapport with myself and my wife. I’ve had a fair amount of dental work in recent times (to be expected at my age), but have to say that I have 100% confidence and trust in Tanzeel. He takes absolute pride in his workmanship, taking time to explain the options to you and gives you a little commentary throughout your procedure. There’s a bit of humour there too. Would definitely recommend this practice. Many thanks to the team, I won’t be going anywhere else.

Stressing about this cost especially in todays world, i immediately began looking for a new dentist. A friend referred me to Ashbourne Road Dental practice via Kerri, one of the receptionists. She was fabulous and got not only my daughter set up with an appointment but got the whole family set up here with an NHS dentist, which meant that it cost me nothing for my daughter to have her teeth out, which was amazing. Her appointment was also booked close to me ringing up, which was perfect A few appointments later, and we are still extremely happy. My daughters tooth removals went very well, and any appointments or treatments for the rest of the family have been great. The staff are all lovely and friendly and make sure they talk to my children, not just to me or my husband. My son had toothache for a few days and i rang up just after opening one day and he had an appointment an hour later. I would and have told people looking for a dentist to try here.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Rehman enough. I had 2 back teeth removed after suffering with severe toothache for months and he dealt with it painlessly and quickly, so relieved. Highly recommend these dentists, they are brilliant, especially Dr Rehman!

Negative experience: I just now contacted this dental care centre before 15 min to book a private appointment due to a painful toothache, but my experience was quite disappointing. The receptionist’s behavior lacked both professionalism and empathy. While I was on the call, she paused to speak with a colleague about my situation, some other topics multiple times without informing me, leaving me on hold and uncertain about what was happening. Despite these concerns, I went ahead and booked an appointment for Tuesday, mainly because this is the closest dental clinic available. Given my initial experience, I’m hoping for a much better level of care and service during the actual treatment. Fingers crossed that the in-person experience makes up for this first impression.
