Fantastic experience: I have been going to Ferry dental for a few years now. I can honestly say its the best experience I have ever had in a dentist. The whole service is excellent, the reception staff are friendly and the dental staff are great. I usually see either Luri or Justine, they are both excellent; friendly, thorough and very clear about the options I have in relation to any issues issues. I also never feel like I am being pressured into appointments / treatments that are not necessary. Just overall a great experience run by a great team.

I emailed Gerry Dental in the early evening and received a reply that evening where I was given an appointment at 9.00am the following morning. Fantastic experience: I’m 27 years old and my visit to Ferry Dental was my second ever visit to a dentist in my life. I was expecting it to be a very negative experience but I was totally wrong. Fantastic experience: I and my family have been attending Ferry Dental Centre since 2022 with various dental issues and had only positive experience. Dr Iuri helped me with a number of dental issues including some complex reconstructions with onlays. He always took time to explain all the details and options available and I would like to express special thanks for his patientce and persistence in advising and explaining the importance of a night mouthguard for me. Dr Dennis is a brilliant specialist in dental implants, can only highly recommend him. Hygienist Yustin was superb in providing prophylactic and periodontal treatment. Assisting nurses were lovely and attentive. Reception team was always pleasant and welcoming with bookings and paperwork sorted timely and efficiently. I would like to emphasize high standards of dentistry and hygiene that Ferry Dental Team adheres to, including offering extensive new patient exam, using X-ray, dental microscope, rubber dams and modern materials and techniques. Fantastic experience: After many years of neglecting my teeth and an almost phobic fear of dentists, a very bad toothache brought me to Ferry Dental after reading so many reviews of so many dentists in Southampton…. and I’m so glad I did! From the moment you enter the waiting room, the ambient, crisp clean decor, the welcoming and kindness of the reception staff, the subtle, calm music, in fact, the whole aura of Ferry Dental exudes a professional calmness, which all helps to quell the nerves, even mine… and that took some doing! All my appointments have been punctual, which really helps when you’re so nervous. Dr. luri Coev quickly got to the root (literally) of my pain and after xrays , showed me the extent of my problems but in such a calm, quiet, matter of fact way, I felt safe with his knowledge and expertise. He took so much time explaining my options and costs before we came up with a plan, that I came away feeling positive. Scared but positive. Since that first consultation, I have had several extractions, partial dentures made and fitted and now awaiting splints to hold some of my remaining loose teeth for a while longer. I was terrified about the extractions but my fears were totally unfounded, thanks to a combination of Dr. luri’s expertise and the support of his wonderfully kind dental nurse, who literally held my hand on occasions. I’ve also had two periodontal sessions with the equally professional Justine and her nurse. After years of neglecting my teeth, Justine took every care, checking all the time that I was alright, never rushing and so gentle, showing me and explaining what needed to be done. What is also so reassuring, is the courtesy of a follow up email within the first 24/48 hours, checking that all's well and there aren't any problems. In my seven decades of dental treatment, I have never felt so reassured. The whole team at Ferry Dental are so professional and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Absolutely first class dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I have had a fantastic experience with Ferry Dental. I approached them as an anxious patient (having not been to the dentist for nearly a decade) and the staff were so friendly and calming. Despite having a big cry before my first appointment my consultation was fantastic and I left feeling much more comfortable with the prospect of going to the dentist. Since then I’ve had many appointments with Marwa (orthodontist) and the hygienist and no longer dread or cry before appointments. Marwa in particular is so kind and friendly and always checks in with me throughout appointments to make sure I’m calm and happy. All the staff have been so friendly and know who I am and have been fully informed of my anxiety. It’s been very relieving to go from appointment to appointment and each practitioner knows exactly who I am, what I’ve had done, and really look after me as an individual. Also a massive shout out to the reception team (particularly Anna) who are always so so friendly and greet me by name and know who I am. Fantastic experience: Ferry Dental Centre is the best dental centre in Southampton!!! A week ago my tooth started to hurt and my gums were swollen. I made an appointment at another clinic where they just put lidocaine on me, and brush my teeth. After a couple of days, the pain did not subside and my gums continued to swell. Then I found FERRY DENTAL CENTRE and called them. A kind receptionist made an appointment for me on the next day!!! Staff there was a very friendly and helpful. My dentist’s name was Luri Coev. Luri is a very professional, kind dentist. He consulted me and repaired a tooth that needed treatment. Absolutely satisfied! The price corresponds to the quality, 100%. I highly recommend this center for your dental treatment!

Fantastic experience: I first contacted Ferry Dental Centre just over a year ago, when I needed emergency treatment. A week before I was due to go on holiday one of my premolars cracked in two, but my regular dentist was fully booked and I was unable to get an appointment. I tried the emergency centre in Shirley, but they were really unhelpful. I tried several other dentists, but got nowhere. Ferry Dental Centre were able to see me the very same day, and the tooth was extracted, no more pain! Since then I have been on a treatment plan to replace the missing tooth with an implant. I had several options explained to me, with an estimate of the cost of each choice, and I decided an implant seemed best. Every step of the process has been done with care, and I haven't had to make a large payment all in one go as I paid for treatment as it was done. I really recommend this dental practice; it's spotlessly clean, the staff are welcoming, always friendly, and I'm very happy with the treatment I received. Best of all they've given me my self confidence back, so I would 100 percent recommend Dr Denis Zenon if you are looking to have implant work done.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin. Well…if I could give this Dental Practice 100 stars I would. I hadn’t been to the Dentist in a long time and I was in desperate need of an Emergency Appointment. This was because I was in excruciating pain. I filled out their online form late Thursday night to request an Emergency App. and by 8am Friday I already received a reply from the lovely Anna to say they could fit me in on Thursday. Imagine my joy and relief to hear that. I then called the practice to say I’m a very nervous patient because due to a bad experience I had suffered in the past with a previous dentist (which then led me to not visit a dentist in many years). However, the staff at the Ferry Dental Centre quickly put me at ease. Upon arrival I was met by the lovely Anna, who had this beaming smile and that alone soothed my nerves a little. Then it was Iuri, the Principal Dentist who saw me and he was reassuring me every step of the way and also explaining to me what he was going to be doing and what had been done. He showed me my photos and explained what the issue was. I quickly understood the issues. He recommended that I needed to see the Hygienist and his recommendations on the follow up work. I saw the Hygienist on the same day and again, I was met with another lovely member of staff, Justine. I explained how nervous and anxious I was and I was reassured and Justine was constantly checking if I was OK. Her colleague, Emily was also in the room and was also reassuring me (which I thought was so kind). After my treatment (the next day) I received an email from Iuri to check to see if I was feeling ok after the treatment. This Dental Practice is one in a million. I walked in there thinking “I can’t do this!” And being very anxious to thinking: “you know what, what was I ever worried about?!” So…I wish to thank everyone at the Ferry Dental Centre for making me feel so at ease. I’ll be seeing you all very soon! So here’s my 100/100 :)

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and excellent dentists- fully recommend! Every time I go for a scale and polish all the plaque is completely removed and the hygienists are so very gentle with their equipment. Very very pleased with their care!

Negative experience: The costumer service is really bad, because they will make you struggle to get your *refundable* booking fees back and they will make their best not to give it back by making strange excuses. All what I know is that my booking fee money didn't come back to me because of a made up policy

Fantastic experience: I went to see the dental hygienist for a scale and polish. It had been a few years since I've seen a dentist or dental hygienist so I was rather nervous but I had such a good experience here. The hygienist, Justine, was absolutely amazing, answered all my questions and was very polite. The nurse, Aida, was also amazing and dealt with me with such dignity. All in all, it was an excellent experience, from the very polite receptionist (apologies, I can't remember her name now) to the actual appointment as well. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had to go in for emergency work, didn’t have to wait very long at all for an appointment, the dentist was also very friendly and helpful. The pricing is rather expensive but the staff are all very professional and kind and will 100% go there again for any issues I may have in the future.

Fantastic experience: CAUTION! In this clinic you can encounter things that you cannot see in UK. I went for a simple dental cleaning job (a 45 minute procedure) Dr. Iuri Coev calmly explained everything step by step, normally in clinics you are expected to hold the vacuum yourself but a nurse does it professionally under the direction of the Doctor. Interesting thing is that before and after the operation, the structure of your teeth is taken with a special camera and Dr. Iuri gives you another detailed briefing on your condition. We saw an old decay that I hadn't noticed in my previous dental examination to another clinic, and we took immediate action. If you want to feel special, go here without thinking!

Fantastic experience: I am infinitely grateful that I have Dr. Iuri Coev as my dentist. I am I think the most anxious person on earth when it comes to dentists as I suffered trauma as a child. Dr. Luri Coev explained things to me very thoroughly from the start and today I had my first filling and I didn't have any pain, nor after the treatment, and now I've gained confidence and just feel very very comfortable here. The practice is very clean, bright and all the employees are very, very friendly. I can highly recommend this practice! Thank you so much again

What can I say, Dr Harris is fantastic, within that first appointment he managed to get me out of pain and go through options. I cant recommend this dentist enough, they are reasonably priced considering that they are a private practise and I won't be going anywhere else in the future. Fantastic experience: Dr. Luri is so so so gentle and the receptionist is very friendly, because I am a foreigner and my English is not very good, so Dr Luri used a lot of vocabulary to help me understand, and made relevant plans without any mandatory charges. I made a emergency appointment, everyone in the dental center is good and help me to treat my painful tooth. Thanks so much! I will recommend this clinic to all of my friends!

Negative experience: Dr Luri told me the work that needed doing he has started but now I have to go to Bournemouth as he can not do the work that needs doing I live in Southampton why would he not tell me in the beginning....not happy. I found him rude and saw him rolling his eyes to another member of staff when I was talking RUDE!!!! He has just removed a tooth and the gum has gone and I can feel the jaw bone.... Would not recommend my friends and family even though the Receptionist and dental nurses are lovely.

Fantastic experience: I've been using Ferry Dental since lockdown and my dentist is luri coev... The dental surgery always remind me of my appointments via email, safety has been great during my experience in the lockdown with questionnaires, temperature checks... Always asked how i am following day after appointment via email again. Really great service and luri has been really great doing the extensive work I needed on my teeth always informed me of my choices as I went along. Payments/costings so up front which helps from the start. Really pleased to have him as my dentist that my partner joined and uses them too. Thank you Ferry Dental!!

Negative experience: Asked Dr Yuri for his opinion about my dental health and any recommendation at the end of my scaling and polish appointment. The response was surprisingly astonishing. I was told to book a separate appointment for this! I understand that it's a private practice but it doesn't have to be that money driven..

Fantastic experience: Incredible practice! Dr. Charalampos is brilliant, he is a true perfectionist and won’t let you go until he is 100% sure he did a great job. (He does ) Also “pain free” doctor for sure, at least for me that went without pain all 4 times. Nurses are kind and gentle, and receptionists are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Ferry Dental is without doubt the best dental service I have ever encountered. Professional,efficient,friendly but most importantly I have learned more from my two visits to Dr Charalampos Papantonis on how to take care of my teeth and prevent decay than I have ever been advised anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Really nice dentist with amazing customer service. They’re private so of course a bit more expensive than going to an nhs dentist. However, I had such a bad experience with my last nhs dentist I basically left crying and instead came to Ferry Dental. I saw Dr Iuri Coev and it turned out I didn’t need as much as what my nhs dentist had said. They’re amazing at communication and making you feel comfortable, letting you know what they’re doing etc. They even checked on me in between appointments. Would definitely recommend to anybody who is perhaps feeling a bit nervous about going to the dentist as they make you feel so comfortable you won’t put off coming again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I first came to Ferry dental for an emergency appointment and have been a patient here for over a year. Initially, I was very nervous following previous bad experiences elsewhere, and I didn't quite know what to expect. I needn't have worried. The entire team has always gone out of their way to put me at ease and to make the whole experience as painless and relaxing as possible. I no longer dread a trip to the dentist. Dr. Coev clearly and patiently explained the treatment plan to me and made sure that I understood all my options. He has always been very thorough, professional, and kind. I am delighted with the final result.

Fantastic experience: So wonderful klinik as amassing doctors. Incredible professionalism Dr. Yury Coev polite, attentive, very disposing doctor. Despite the fact that an ansucceful treatment was carried out in another clinic, he treated my problem with the hear understanding, conducted the necessary examination, got his conclusion and gave recommendations regarding solving my problem! I'm really happy I discovered that clinic for me.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely FANTASTIC in such difficult times! I had to go here today for an emergency because I had something embedded in my gum and Dr Harris was fantastic! So too was Aida the receptionist and dental assistant. I am always incredibly anxious about visiting the dentist after a horrific experience as a child, when a dentist drilled and filled all four of my back teeth at once, without any anaesthetic injection or gas, when I was just 4 years old! Dr Harris is humorous, confident, and reassuring and he explains everything very clearly. I would certainly use this dentist again and would gladly recommend it to others - if I felt content here, I'm sure anyone would! I recommend you to visit Ferry dental centre as I honestly never had before a more professional and non-pain service. Fantastic experience: I had a root canal treatment here and I couldn't be happier with the results or the treatment. Not only were Ferry Dental cheaper than many of the other dentists I enquired with, you wouldn't know that from the quality of the treatment. They always responded very quickly to my emails, the surgery is very well kept, very clean and they play relaxing music while sorting your teeth out - this might sound insignificant, but it does help when you're sat their with your mouth jammed open for 45 minutes staring at the ceiling! Professional reception/nursing staff and a highly skilled dentist (Dr Iuri Coev in my case) - I'm very happy with the results. You can't even tell the difference between the tooth I had the work on and the others in my gob. Great service, highly recommended if you need to see a private dentist.
