Fantastic experience: 3rd visit . Dr Jigna, and Jobin. NHS list - paying patient. 1st was initial exam, 2nd - hygienist visit with polish approx.£120 3rd visit - a white filling around £200. Back in 6 months, taking onboard hygiene advice. Everyone was very professional, I recommend this practice. The only drawback is taking time off work for visits - seem to get no weekend slots.

Fantastic experience: On my appointment I was afraid but Dr Bhad and Ruppie was very comforting and helpful. She explained everything to me and reassured me on the process which calmed me down. I’ve been coming to The Dental Suite for over 8 years now, and I can genuinely say this is one of the best dental practices you’ll ever come across. As someone with a serious phobia of needles and a long-standing fear of the dentist, it took me years to find a place where I could feel comfortable and truly cared for — and I found exactly that here. From the moment you walk in, the experience is calming. Aditya at reception is always warm, smiley, and incredibly efficient with keeping appointments organised. The hygiene standards in every room are exceptional, and the seasonal décor at reception adds a lovely, welcoming touch that shows just how much thought the team puts into every detail. Ruppie always greets you with the biggest smile, making even the most nervous patients feel instantly at ease before treatment begins. Dr. Nar and Dr. Joshi are both incredibly skilled and compassionate — their ability to distract me during injections is so effective, I often don’t even realise the needle has been used. They take the time to clearly explain each procedure and treatment plan, never rushing, always patient, and always making sure I feel confident and informed. I travel over 20 miles to come here, and I do it gladly — because the level of care and attention I receive simply can’t be matched. Sadly, I’m moving abroad soon, and I already know how difficult it will be to find another practice that meets the high standards set by this incredible team. Special mention to Jagveer as well — just another example of the professionalism and kindness that runs throughout the entire practice. Negative experience: I know all these positive reviews have to come from private customers. If you're a NHS customer don't expect to ever get seen. I've had an appointment booked for 6 months, they call two days before to say the dentist is ill and the next appointment is mid September.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from persistent gum issues for the past seven years. After much struggle, I was finally referred to Dr. Agarwal (at The Dental Suite Hounslow), and I can only describe her as an angel. She carried out a comprehensive periodontal cleaning with utmost care, and today my gums are completely healed, as if the problem never existed. Negative experience: No one picks up the phone! Been calling for one month to change an appointment neither callback after using their website messaging service.

Negative experience: How difficult is it to find a good dentist, with honest periodontal knowledge? Nice receptionists really nice, but..... I booked a peridental consultation with called Dr Bhawan. She spoke about the condition of my gums & bones, I know severe work is needed. She seems to have some knowledge & admitted she may not the knowledge to treat me. She provided a plan of treatment within 2months. She seems to have some understanding, but 8 x rays, without consulting me afterwards is a big no no. It is so hard to find a dentist with understanding & able confidently to treat ones oral condition.

Dr Agarwal within her consultations will always explain what is and is not feasible with current treatment modalities. She is also committed to consulting other periodontal specialists to explore any additional options available to our patients.
A treatment plan, along with consent forms, are always discussed with patients to ensure they are informed about the proposed steps and their implications. All treatments such as radiographs, are taken with consent as part of the diagnostic process.
Please know that our primary goal is to support our patient’s oral health, and we remain available should you require further clarification. Our patient’s oral health is important, and we are here to assist you in any way we can.
Fantastic experience: I recently had a metal filling replaced with a composite one, and I’m so happy I went ahead with it. Dr. Bahd was super precise and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. You can tell she really knows what she’s talking about, which made me feel completely at ease during the whole process. I’m so pleased with the outcome that I’ve decided to start Invisalign treatment with her next. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone who’s both skilled and genuinely cares about what they do! ☺️

However nvwan was very kind and reassuring and gave me very good tips and advice which I havent heard before. Positive experience: Whilst in the waiting area , I'd recommend AC. It's rather hot in there. However upstairs totally different. The rooms have AC.. My dentist Jigna , very kind and polite. Always pausing to tell me what's happening next. Today I had a false fitted or denture. I joked with Jigna and her nurse will I still be able to kiss. They both laughed. I think its nice to feel relaxed in a dentist also make the staff feel that way too. After all your mouth is in there fingers. Brilliant service. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from Dr Bahd. I felt very well informed and being nervous of injections, Dr Bahd calmly administered the anaesthetic making me feel comfortable. I had a procedure which lasted over 2 hours and she was very professional throughout, explaining what was happening during every step.

Negative experience: The service in general has been excellent, the dentists and hygienists have been great. They have recently started a new cheaper private dental appointment away from the NHS, I had booked in for February back in August and now 2 weeks before the appointment (at the same time as this new private appointment offer comes out) they have called to reschedule until May, 3 months later than my original appointment. Really poor behaviour and I'm very unhappy which is a pity as my experience previously had been so good.

Fantastic experience: Lovely experience at the Dental Suite - Dr Joshi and Rupi are not only so great at what they do but are also the nicest people. Fantastic experience: I'm a very nervous patient and went here for emergency treatment 4 years ago, they were just brilliant. I've just changed my previous dentist for these! I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be disappointed. Update - recently saw a lovely hygienist and my teeth are super clean now and I realise how much I neglected my teeth. Was treated by a lovely trustworthy lady dentist who took care in controlling my nerves by explaining what she was doing and why. Fantastic experience: Had a hygienist dental appointment to which my dentist Dr Jhansi Ponnam did amazing job as my teeth feel amazingly cleaned. Even when busy takes the time to explain what been going on with your gums and teeth and allows you to ask questions and gives you great advice to keep your teeth healthy. So I now know to use alcohol free mouthwash and pay more attention to my gum health when brushing until my next checkup. Thank you Dr Jhansi Ponnam.

Negative experience: The people there don't understand what you say, and they won't listen to you. I've made appointments many times and told them the purpose clearly, but they just randomly knocked with tools and took pictures. The appointment time is very long. Unless all your teeth are broken or you are dying of toothache, they will pay attention to you, otherwise they will just sit there and do nothing. (For reference)

Negative experience: Really good dentists but my experience today was really disappointing. There is no humanity or empathy to understand that for the first time in 9-10 appointments, a patient could genuinely be running late by 8 minutes due to transport issues. Moreover, when I booked my appointment I specifically asked for an emergency appointment for a broken tooth however I was told that there were none available and they would put me on the list in case a slot became available. Failing that, they gave me an appointment for 4 weeks later. However when I arrived at the clinic, i was told that my appointment was for a check up rather than emergency and was made to feel as if that was my fault too.. If I was booked for a 30 minutes appointment and i was 8 minutes late, surely the dentist had 20 odd minutes to attend to me. But I was just told to re-schedule.. really really poor empathy from a good dental clinic otherwise.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to all the team as I had an emergency and luckily there was a cancellation so they got me in the same day. I chipped my tooth that left a very sharp corner edge, which my tongue would get cut in if it got stuck. It was such an odd angle I thought not much could be done but the amazing Dr. B.Agarwal managed to manoeuvre a temp filling so my tongue wouldn’t be cut to pieces until I could get an appointment for a more permanent fixture. Fantastic experience: A superb 5 star service as soon as you walk through the door. The Dental assistant (Rupee) is professional and patient-friendly and the Dentist DR Richa Joshi was absolutely amazing-easily the best dentist I have seen in all my years. Fantastic experience: I’m about 8 months late writing this review but it’s a must … So I’m petrified of the dentist so avoid unless absolutely necessary.. I saw a lady called Dr Rishi and she was AMAZING in calming me down and keeping me calm whilst I had a tooth removed .. I saw Dr Rishi recently with another problem only this time I wasn’t as petrified..
