Fantastic experience: Arrived today after a emergency 111 referral. And these guys at the practice were so lovely and understanding. I suffer with autism and they explained everything they were doing so i knew what to expect. Nurses, reception and dentist were very polite and approachable which was refreshing after having multiple bad experiences at previous dentists. Thank you once again

Negative experience: Had a crown made at this clinic but it was not done properly. I was not happy with the dentist and level of service so I decided first and last time. Since then I have been told by 2 dentists that the crown needs to be replaced because there is a large gap between the crown and the gum. I regret choosing Together dental to save some money on a crown. And I was not impressed by the level of service. Everything seemed too rushed.

Fantastic experience: I was advised by 111 to contact this dental practice for an emergency dental appointment, on a Sunday, of all days! I phoned, got an appointment and was seen the same day by a very kind, sympathetic but thorough dentist who x-rayed my problem tooth and prescribed antibiotics, thank you so much, it was such a relief! Also a big thank you to the practice for providing this vital service, out of normal working hours within NHS fees, Colchester residents need you!

Fantastic experience: Attended for a routine check up but had been having problems with a front tooth. Mr Chen had seen X Rays from a previous emergency appointment about this tooth where the problem had not been diagnosed. Mr Chen very quickly found the problem and explained how he would have to proceed to cure the problem. Very happy with Mr Chen and the way he dealt with the issue.

Fantastic experience: I have just had a tooth extracted that has been giving me problems for 3 years. I wish I’d done it a lot sooner. Jenni and the dental nurse that assisted her were amazing. They both did their utmost to ease my anxiety and I felt totally safe and confident in their ability to remove the tooth quickly and without pain. Thank you.

Negative experience: I was a patient here for around a year. The dentist is rude, always asks the same questions then doubts you. During examination she pushes so hard that's not good for nervous patients. Receptionists were ok however I received a call asking me to book another check up never known dentists to harass patients. When I cancelled appointments they struck me off with no explanation until I contacted them. Avoid if you are nervous!

Negative experience: Worst dental surgery ever. Twice I booked with their hygienist, and twice they cancelled on me, through a text!! My advice to anyone looking for a dentist or hygienist. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! the hygienist is extremely unreliable.

Fantastic experience: After a very difficult period of finding a dentist due to my present practice going private , I was very welcomed into the Queens Street , Colchester branch as a patient. Lynn and Milly on reception are good and very willing to help . Both of the Dentist I saw were also very professional. Britain is broken , and we all have to work as best as we can within the continuing limited resources that we have available . Colchester Queens Street branch is worthy of joining if you have a chance .

Fantastic experience: Today I met my new dentist, James, he was very thorough, asking about my medical and dental history, and caring in his approach to my current situation and my follow treatment. The lady dentist I was seeing was also very helpful and thorough in her treatment of my teeth. All things considered, going to the dentist is not the most enjoyable time, but my treatment has always been excellent and I am pleased i am a patient of this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely FANTASTIC. They first saw me last November for an emergency appointment on the NHS (my regular dentist refused to unless I went private). The receptionists and dental staff there have been warm, welcoming, and professional from the outset, and I'm blessed to have been able to register with them as a permanent patient in January. Since then, I've had several appointments and all the staff have gone the extra mile on every occasion. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Together Dental Colchester (Queen Street) more highly enough. The treatment I have received at the clinic -ranging from fillings/crowns/root canals has all been superb. The dentists are highly accomplished in what they do and the staff are super friendly - they always welcome me with a big smile.

Negative experience: I attended together dental on 27th March. I have attended the practice for many years with no problems until this week..the treatment I received was good the reception lady was good ..upon paying for my treatment the receptionist asked for £70.00.for treatment all I had done was a de scale which only took 5 mins .also I was told I owed £47.60. from October 21 and September 22. I challenged this as I always pay on the day after my treatment and this is the first time I have been informed that I owe the practice any money .. The practice manager was then called I was very embarrassed with the way I was spoken to as the waiting room was full of patents who could here the disagreement, she said I would have to produce bank statements for the disputed payments..I refused to pay this ..Also I refused to pay for amount for the level 2 nhs @ £70 I did pay for the level 1 nhs £25.80 which includes de scaling...I am 75 years old and think I deserve an apology for the way i was spoken down to by the manager..if I don't I will contact the ICB..

Fantastic experience: Everyone was really kind and helpful. I had an emergency appointment for my wisdom teeth, because I was in pain and worried that they're infected. Luckily no removal needed, just gums are very inflamed. The receptionist was really sweet, the dentist and a nurse were both amazing as well. Gave me some guidelines, cleaned them up a bit, didn't take long. Good experience.

Negative experience: Arranged an emergency appointment 2 weeks ago , only for it to be cancelled 5 minutes before I arrived without any prior warning. Have called through to multiple members of staff including , Monica, Ellie and Becky all who have promised a refund and taking my account details but still yet to get my deposit back.

Negative experience: Absolute Joke. Had my appointment cancelled twice now for tooth extraction phoned me and said they would phone me back the following morning....over a week ago!!! I've left messages to ring me back. Nothing!! Apart from massive toothache!!!

Negative experience: Went here for composite bonding for a small chip on a tooth. The bonding came off after 8 months when it can usually lasts 3 to 5 years. They refused to fix for free and would do it again for the full price, most dental pratices offer a 12 month warranty. After raising a complaint i was simply ignored. If your a private patient go else where..

Negative experience: This dentist is an absolute joke. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment only for them to cancel me the day before. So I rebook for 1 month later because that is the soonest they could fit me in. I got a message yesterday Wednesday to confirm my appointment for Thursday tomorrow only for them to ring me again today to cancel yet again. If I could give a minus rating I would. And I agree with other people they never answer the phone . Please avoid at all costs as they will just mess you around.

Negative experience: My dentist was rude and made me feel worthless, she did not listen to my concerns or complicated medical history, I felt like I had just been dismissed and not taken seriously because I was nhs patient. Seems I am not the only one with this experience. I never leave reviews but felt so awful after leaving the dentist I actually cried.

Negative experience: Have had the WORST EXPERIENCE at this dentist!! had to cancel 2 of my appointments recently that were within the same week due to being seriously ill and going into hospital. Was told when rang to cancel a further scheduled appointment as I don’t know when I’ll be back to health that that was cancelled anyway and that I’ve been taken off the books because I’d cancelled 2 appointments! I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I’ve received. Since I have been at this dentist I’ve had numerous appointments cancelled on me and also during an appointment that they couldn’t finish my treatment I was scheduled to have due to not having time. And I have accepted willingly that things happen and not made a fuss. To then having to cancel myself due to getting hospitalised that I’m just taken off the system!!! I spoke directly to the practice manager that then spoke to my fiancé as I was very upset that told him that they would email me about my appeal have not heard anything!!! I made clear that I’ll be complaining so should be expecting this!

Everyone is friendly, appointments are kept to their scheduled times (sometimes even early!), which didn't used to be the case. Well done on the improvements!

Both Dr.Luma and dental nurse Paige were absolutely brilliant, very professional and explained everything to my daughter putting her at ease during the process . Fantastic experience: Wow what can I say, amazing service, saw samir for a tooth extraction and as an anxiety sufferer this was something I was not looking forward to. However I was treated with kindness and made to feel relaxed (as I can be) the nurse was lovely using calming words and her tone was very reassuring. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out in about 19 mins if that.. Great work Samir and thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Not only did Jane find that my previous private dentist in Coggeshall extracted the wrong tooth, throughout the agony I went through she was amazing and so quick to spot the mistake she also filled my two rear teeth perfectly. Thankyou very much to Jane and her assistant. But sadly the wrong tooth being extracted can't be replaced. I'm gutted as it turned out it was a wisom tooth that was causing the pain, a pocket at the side of it was the root cause. Thankyou again Jane. Xxx

I have alot of problems with my teeth so trying to fix 1 at a time. She listened to what I wanted and I am due to go back for a tooth extraction. Reception staff were very freindly also. Thankyou
