Negative experience: Went for first time to this dentist. He rang another dentist. They didn't do extractions, I have to wait for Horsham branch to get back to me. Looked in my mouth, literally that was it and charged me for the 1st band on the payment list. Absolutely disgusting. Won't be going back there.

Negative experience: My wife was seen for a raging toothache. Told by the "Dentist" that it was a complicated procedure and referred her to their Horsham branch to see a "Senior Dentist". Went to Horsham where the "Senior Dentist" she was referred to said that it was complicated, that he couldn't do anything, prescribed antibiotics, and would refer her to a specialist. Charged for both consultations. Still waiting for the referral. It seems that they employ Dental Practioners rather than Dentists as they did not have anyone suitably qualified to treat the tooth problem at either branch as extraction was required. Update, the website states that they acknowledge a complaint by email in 3 days, they don't. Complaint sent Monday, it's Friday and no response at all. Dreadful service Dumbledore clinic have subsequently been helpful, making progress with Horsham branch is worse than pulling hen's teeth.

Negative experience: They burned the inside of my mouth during a root canal - they've falsified their records and added treatments I never had. They have an incompetent member of staff called Johnson who nearly burned my eye with a blow torch and bruised the inside of my mouth with the suction machine. They have always been late to any appointment, and they have cancelled my booking on less than a week's notice at all three appointments, sometimes cancelling two appointments one after the other - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Negative experience: I joined this dental practice earlier this year to get filling and checkup. The filling didn’t go well and caused a lot of pain along side an infection that was not noticed, until I went to get checked up by other dentists. I have asked for a refund for the full £180 as, I’ve had to pay extra elsewhere to get it redone. I went in to the clinic to give my bank details for the refund on July the 10th of this year. I was told it would take 20-30days. I am still waiting and have been chasing up. Their HR office doesn’t even respond. I was also told refunds normally take 4-6 months?! This is absolutely appalling!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to shout out for Jainath, superb hygienist, at Dumbledore. I've never had such a gentle yet super clean, I would more than highly recommend him to anyone needing a hygienist, especially if your gums are a little sore because you are naughty and don''t floss as much as you should like me.(I promised Jainath would floss from now on 3 times a week minimum!)

Negative experience: Awful service, from dental hygiene to check ups. They demand payment up front for some services but when it comes to refunding you they drag their heels and you have to constantly call them, they promise to call you back but never do…. I’ve been waiting 2 months for a refund….. terrible service and completely unprofessional….

Negative experience: First visit awful customer service from reception. 50 minute delays and called us in whilst previous patient still in the room. Second visit rude reception staff and calls never get returned or answered. Not a good experience.

Negative experience: Don't use them, they only want private adult patients that need expensive dental treatment, they cancel your appointments last min and have a 'special' recorded fake phone message for existing NHS patient so beware. Dentistry is going private and this is how. Anyone have trouble contact the GDC and report them. You'll need the dentists GDC number and name.

Negative experience: Never run on time, almost 40-50 delays before being seen. Almost had to abandon my son’s appointment today almost an hour wait in reception.

Negative experience: This place is appalling! I went to my appointment to have my dental bonding fixed that failed the previous weekend less then 12 hrs after being done. When I got to my appointment the place was shut no warning of cancellation nothing I've now spent a week trying call them sometimes being one in the queue and still no one answers after 60 minutes. I've sent emails left messages no one answered I got a reply via email saying they would find me an appointment but never heard back still left without bonding on my teeth 2 weeks later. The pain is something else. I've contacted the quality care commission but still nothing. Looks like I will be looking for another dentist. They also said there was no manager there for a week so they wouldn't be able to let me talk to someone higher. Not sure how there able to stay open.
