Stuart and team were professional and detailed in making sure at each stage during the process I understood what was happening or going to happen so expectations were understood. I can honestly say since having the treatment which lasted 18 months I without realising smile more and I'm no longer ashamed of my smile. I wish I'd have had the treatment many years ago, if your thinking of improving your teeth don't delay, the short-term pain of wearing braces is significantly outweighed by the long term benefits of a healthy smile.

Stuart and Naz are both amazing dentists - always extremely thorough, explain everything that they are doing and why, and I've never been made to feel any way other than extremely looked after, particularly with a weird wisdom tooth extraction for myself that needed referral. Kristina is an absolutely fantastic hygienist and has given me so much excellent guidance - my teeth and gums are in the best condition they've been for a long while. The entire team - all the nurses, and Alana on reception make you feel so welcome and cared for, a really wonderfully run practice.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to thank Naz for all of his hard work on clearing up the infection in my top right molar, from the root canal treatment to finishing my crown work yesterday. He has definitely restored my faith in dentistry, no discomfort or pain whatsoever and he was always so kind and attentive in asking during the procedures whether I was comfortable, including when lowering the dentist chair, as sometimes I can feel a little giddy when it is raised back up again, which didn’t happen on any occasion. You are all marvellous at the practice, always putting me at ease, and I’m so glad I changed to you from my old practice where I felt as though I was just a ’number’ to get in and out as quickly as possible. Yesterday, on my way to your practice I realised that for the first time ever I wasn’t one bit worried about ‘going to the dentist’ or having the treatment involved. Fantastic experience: Very thorough and pro-active. Stuart monitors your teeth through regular high definition scans which helps to spot issues early meaning fewer surprises and interventions. Joanne, the Hygienist, didn't just scrape my teeth like others have done in the past, but provided education on improving my gum health (which is now greatly improved). All in all it's a higher level of service and professionalism than I have experienced from a Dentist before.

Fantastic experience: Stuart is the best dentist I've ever had and I highly recommend him. I first became a patient when a root canal had gone wrong at another dentists and I'd been advised to have the tooth extracted. Stuart saved the tooth and was brilliant. A few years later I decided to straighten my teeth and Stuart recommended fixed braces. I'm over the moon with the results; my teeth have never looked this good. The treatment took a bit longer than expected but the initial quoted cost stayed the same. I was also able to pay it off in installments with zero interest. I feel I got excellent value for money. Stuart also looks after my children's teeth at no charge on the free half term check up days. Stuart is kind and honest and truly wants the best results for his patients. I will never go to another dentist!

From the Lovely lady Alana on reception to the friendly Naz and Alyce in the room treating my teeth, the service I received was impeccable. Fantastic experience: I phoned in asking for advice on getting in anywhere in the Lichfield area as I'm in the area for 4-5 days. With me currently having issues with my dental practice back home and with a dental complication, I was worried about being away from home incase I needed to visit a dentist. Spoke to a member of staff on the phone prior to being in the area regarding my situation and spent a good 15-20 minutes discussing it at length and getting advice. It has to be said, this one phone call has given me much more than my current dental practice has up in the Manchester area. Very polite, helpful and supportive staff and all it took was one phone call. I don't often leave reviews. For me, it's rare to find a dental practice like this. I'm very impressed. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Good quality work however on my two previous visits despite the practice sending reminders for the appointment and time I found I had to wait on the first visit for 40 minutes and on the second 25 minutes. This should not happen and detracts from an otherwise excellent service

Fantastic experience: Just finished brace treatment, and I am absolutely shocked at what Stuart has achieved with my teeth. I was missing a tooth, had a baby tooth,had a crown, and my teeth were not straight. Stuart removed all of these and moved all of the teeth round to close the gaps, and now they are very straight and all my own teeth. When Stuart explained the treatment, I did think it was impossible, but he has proven me wrong, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Allow me to share a bit of background on how I ended up at this practice. Due to budget constraints, I've always stuck with an NHS dentist, which unfortunately led to the loss of a few teeth over time. Frustrated with my experiences and facing uncertainties about available choices for tooth replacement, I decided to explore other options. With no other NHS dentist available, I tried a couple of private practices to get an idea of the costs involved in replacing my teeth. However, it wasn't as straightforward as I hoped. The private dentist seemed more interested in pushing cosmetic veneers or similar options than genuinely listening to my preferences and needs. Hygienist appointments proved to be disheartening experiences, as they charged for an hour's work but, if lucky, I received only ten minutes of actual service. Feeling disheartened and losing trust in dentists, I reached a point of urgency when I lost my front four teeth. Wanting to take action but fearful of wasting more money on untrustworthy dentists, I stumbled upon reviews about the Spire Dental Clinic and decided to give them a chance by contacting them via email. Unexpectedly, Stuart, the dentist, did get back to me, addressing all my questions and concerns. After numerous email exchanges, we worked out the best approach for replacing my teeth, and I felt comfortable enough to visit for a thorough assessment. Throughout our email exchanges, I never felt it was too much for him; he was always accommodating and attentive. Alana at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming, displaying genuine friendliness. She is a true gem to the dental clinic. Stuart, during the assessment, showed a high level of care and used modern equipment to clearly explain the condition of my teeth. The transparency extended to the cost, as I received a comprehensive treatment plan with no hidden surprises, even including a hygienist treatment plan. This level of clarity allowed me to plan my next steps effectively. This was always what I wanted but never received in my previous dental experiences: a seamless blend of care and transparent communication. Kristina, the hygienist, proved to be both friendly and efficient, restoring my gum health. Having this dental bridge now is truly fantastic; it feels amazing. The meticulous craftsmanship behind it not only ensures its functionality but also plays a crucial role in boosting my confidence.
