Fantastic experience: An Excellent Dental Practice. Laura is friendly and efficient on reception, with the whole practice being very professional. Neeru has been my dentist for over 15 years. The best I have ever had. Everything is clearly explained, fairly priced and the dental work performed with the utmost care and skill. I broke a tooth off in the morning and had it checked and re attached by the end of the day. Just brilliant. Once again Eye smile went above and beyond stay open late for me. I would recommend this practice without hesitation. Try them and see why.

Fantastic experience: Had my hygiene appointment on Saturday 2nd August at 9:30, I was seen few mins late than my appointment so I had a bit of an attitude, but still they were so kind and treated me well, the service was really amazing.. the hygienist even gave me tips on how to brush and floss properly.. and my teeth was really clean afterwards. Thank you, and sorry I was in a bad mood that day.

Positive experience: I booked an appointed to see a hygienist. Eyesmile sent me an email with an offer with a discount. When I phone to book an appointment the receptionist was filling in for the day and said she wasn’t sure if I was able to have the offer and said her colleague would revert back to me. In the mean time I booked an appointment for the ‘silver’. Someone phoned me to say I couldn’t have the offer as it has expired. Fare enough but when I went for my appointment the hygienist had given me the ‘diamond’, which I didn’t know until I came to pay. Felt disappointed as I ended up paying more than I had expected as a result. Hygienist was very good and I am happy with her work.

Fantastic experience: There’s a rare ethos here. They role-model the profession’s true principles; education and self-care above intervention. When intervention is required it’s always reasonable and minimal. I’m a long-term patient and travel miles as I wont go anywhere else. Comfortable surroundings, modern equipment, easy parking on the street and nearby Lidl carpark and even a selection of coffee shops outside! Thanks to everyone who looked after us over the years, including Irena, Neeru, Nancy, Pawel, Angela, Jasvin and especially Bijal, for your kindness.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with eye smile. I had a wisdom tooth needing extraction, and for what another dentist quoted me £675 for eye smile did for me for £250. Dr Jasvin and the nurse were reassuring, knowledgeable and informative. The extraction was straightforward, over in no time and I have been left with absolutely minimal pain which I attribute to how cleanly/smoothly the procedure was done. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: I saw Pratima at Eye Smile. It is the first time I have ever visited a dental hygienist. I’ve heard many horror stories. However, the whole experience with Pratima was excellent. She did a fantastic job, I had no discomfort at all. She was friendly and incredibly thorough. My teeth are gleaming and I was given good helpful advice regarding my teeth and gums. All the staff were very helpful and kind at EyeSmile dentists. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My check-up and treatment with Dr Jasvin Singh Bindra was 10/10. From the moment I stepped in I felt it was a great place- well maintained, friendly staff and a range of equipment seemed available for the dentist to carry out a very thorough and pleasant examination. I unfortunately needed a filling but this was painless and skilfully done by Dr. Bindra. He talked me through his findings and the treatment options and I felt at ease the entire time. I would definitely recommend EyeSmile and Dr Bindra and would continue to return for any needs and regular checks.

Fantastic experience: After 8 month of wearing Invisalign retainers I successfully completed the straightening of my teeth in October 2024. The organisation & support from Dr Neeru and her team was amazing from start to finish. It was so easy and now I have straighter, cleaner & healthier teeth.

Positive experience: Dr Bijai Doshi was excellent and made me feel very relaxed. She was very professional and caring. The only problem was the very hard chairs in the waiting area, they didn’t have arms and as I am disabled this was a problem for me.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I attended the Whitton dentist for a routine oral hygiene and was pleased with the outcome. I had followed their advice in respect of electric toothbrush, use of TePe interdental brushes daily and corsodyl mouthwash - mint. Again I did not require any fillings - thank you to all the team at Eyesmile, appreciated the very good customer service. The practice were also supportive if I needed to reschedule a dental appointment as long as I informed at least 48 hours in advance.

The standard of care is excellent, the people are welcoming, and the location is most convenient, with (though I don't need it) plenty of on-street free parking around (though do beware residential restrictions on certain days. Lovely people, happy teeth!

Fantastic experience: I took the plunge of having two teeth implants after losing bottom teeth over a number of years. Best decision I ever made! I am in awe of the treatment and fitting process by Dr Pedro and the team at Eye Smile. It is so worth the investment - if you are missing teeth, please consider this option.

Negative experience: I had my dental examination this afternoon and was in and out in under 2 mins. The email receipt mentioned 2 x small digital x-rays included, no x-rays were carried out. I also found the whole experience unprofessional as the dentist had uncontrollably laughing fits and could not string a sentence together or speak. This also put doubt in my mind, was anything over looked when I had my examination, as I booked this appointment as I had an issue with my wisdom tooth. I have been using eye smile for several years, I hope this is just a one off as normally I find everyone helpful and professional. Thank you, Diane has now made contact and resolved this issue to my satisfaction.

Well done Eye Smile (Dr Morgan and Nurse adoption) Recently returned for root canal treatment - ouch I thought!. However, everybody was very friendly and helpful, particularly the clinical team who were excellent. The original treatment was completely pain free(!!) and when I did subsequently experience minor irritation they were really helpful explaining why and resolving the issue. Outstanding job Dr Morgan and Nurse Dipti. Highly recommended! Really friendly and helpful receptionist (Irina) and a wonderful hygienist (Pawel) who really took his time over my treatment before explaining how I could improve brushing and flossing.
