Fantastic experience: My wife was seen at short notice for an emergency appointment to fix a loose crown, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the care she received. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging the appointment quickly and helping to put her at ease from the start. The dentist was gentle, patient, and very reassuring throughout, which meant a lot as she’s quite a nervous patient. Everything was explained clearly, and the issue was resolved efficiently and professionally. We’re both so grateful for the calm, caring approach and excellent service. Highly recommend the Horsham team!

Negative experience: Not impressed!! I turned up for my first appointment scheduled 8.30 no one was there Dentist arrived 5 minutes before the receptionists arrived 8.33 I missed my appointment as I could not be late for my work. They now rescheduled my appointment for another month keeping in mind I had to pay in advance. Simply not acceptable

As someone with extreme dental anxiety, he always makes me feel at ease, explains everything he is doing (shows me with photos too) and always does a fabulous job! So glad to have such a reliable and friendly dentist! Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: My experience has been absolutely appalling! It Does not even deserve one star! I had my first appointment was told they would get back to me, Three times they never got back to me! Every time I phone the receptionist knows nothing can’t find files, Dentist is never available and no one else to step in! Very, very poor service. I would avoid this Dentist !!!!!!!!

Negative experience: If I could give any lower stars I would, so as my dentist has left the practice I now have been told I have to reapply to join again with payment then I can have my treatment! Instead of transferring to the new dentist that has taken over! Unbelievable!!

Negative experience: Very bad , I went emergency in there for the dentist to tell me I have nothing when my gum and face were swollen , done x rays and again nothing , keep repeating not to worry about it , only clean the one tooth that was really hurting me and told me to go again emergency if I have pain , of course I have pain , you haven’t done anything

Negative experience: I've just been on hold for 35mins, with only 2 people in the queue ahead of me, still no answer. I cannot get through to this dentist either by phone or email. When I do get through they've often been rude and unhelpful. Several issues with this dentist cancelling appointments for my children without letting me know. Once they swore they'd let me know, it turns out they'd mixed up my details with another person of the same name and proceeded to read me her address and phone number. Another time I saw a dentist here and she offered retainers on the NHS and did the moulds for them. When I went to collect them she'd actually ordered mouthguards for people who grind their teeth! Avoid this dentist!

Fantastic experience: im pleased to share a positive review for this practise, im an nhs patient, i was able to book an appointment and be seen promptly. i was concerned about a wisdom tooth and i was seen by a very caring and knowledgeable young lady dentist who comes from the Philippines. she noticed a second tooth that needed filling which i didn't even see myself. she took excellent care of me from start to finish, she clearly informed me of my options and was upfront about the costs. i was very nervous of having a filling, as id not had one before, she kept me well informed of what she was doing and i felt at ease and comfortable the whole time. her assistant was really kind to me too, we even laughed a little. im really pleased with the outcome you wouldnt be able to tell i had a filling at all, she also replaced the worn fissure sealant to a much better standard than previous treatments, she measured me up for mouth guard to prevent future problems occuring. they both are a credit to the practice. thank you

The receptionist was amazing booking me in super quick and the clinicians (dentist Manar and dental therapist Diane) were fabulous. They put me at ease and were attentive and patient with my little girls. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Ami the receptionist made me feel so welcome she was professional and kind,The dentist Sam was fantastic he made me feel really safe and I knew I was in good hands, he talked me through everything and gave me options and price ranges. Couldn’t recommend enough I had a very pleasant experience thanks to their team.

Diane explained everything as she went along. I have re-booked to see her again and am happy to recommend South Cliff, Horsham.

Positive experience: My (4) experiences with South Cliff have been overwhelmingly positive. I know some of the reviews are 'mixed'. To be fair all I can comment on is the treatment I have received. My only complaint is if you ring them it could be a very long wait !! Hence 4 stars instead of 5 .

Negative experience: From Derek Williams - Compliments to Receptionist,+ Dr Manar & her Assistant for excellent treatment after a recent urgent request for an emergency appointment which resulted in an immediate extraction.

Fantastic experience: Staff are really friendly and helpful. Dentist was professional and informative. Was really impressed that I was offered an appointment for a necessary filling for the next week.

Negative experience: They don't keep appointments, they tell me my appointment is at 12. I go to see the doctor at 1. This has happened to me several times. My last appointment was at 3:45. I waited until 4:45 and they wouldn't let me in. I went home without seeing the doctor. I'm so upset, I'm going to change clinics. I'm a single mom with kids ages 1, 3 and 4 and it's really annoying.

Negative experience: I'm sure they are great, if only they'd bother to answer the phone respond to voicemails without having to visit in person and have a waiting list you don't need to measure with a calendar. I'm sure the treatment and care is great but impossible to. Recommend based on the responseness.

Fantastic experience: The Bad.....Getting through on the phone is not good, I have had to wait over 45 mintues to have my call taken and I have been number one in the queue. The Good....Ash the dentist is superb. Kind, understanding, takes time to explain. Also the nurses he had on the day were different, however, they were both really really kind. I could not have been looked after better than I was. The reception staff are lovely, the Asian lady who appears to be in charge is a real hoot !!! Bar the wait on the phone the service is/was outstanding hence why I have given 5 stars.

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL, don't pay in advance, I am trying to get a refund on a procedure that was cancelled, I have been trying for 2 MONTHS. Phoning is a waste of time, from what I gather there is a high staff turnover. I have had to come into the practice to resolve this issue as emails are also a waste of time,I have no confidence in this business.

Fantastic experience: I emailed the surgery yesterday as I had lost a huge filling and was worried with Christmas coming up I'd end up with toothache. Amy emailed me back straight away and I had an appointment today. The dentist was an extremely nice man who explained my treatment throughly and was very professional, kind and reassuring. The filling was molar at the back of my mouth and I was worried it would be painful. However, I it was not painful at all and he was so gentle I hardly felt a thing and he did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend the surgery, thank you!

Did not pick up on a broken filling on a recent appointment which I have had to now pay for privately which was causing me discomfort.

I have had a great experience here, needed specialist treatment, had a very quick referral from SouthCliff following the initial visit enabling me to get the required treatment quickly, have just been for a lovely follow up appointment with Abhishek to complete this treatment. All dealt with quickly and efficiently with great communication.
