I began my Invisalign journey with little knowledge of what I wanted but with the help of Mitul and his team I ended up with my dream teeth. Fantastic experience: Having had a couple of bad experiences with my previous practice making my virtually dental phobic my friend recommend Waterden practice. When I broke a tooth i booked a second opinion with Shamir Chandanara. I was given a warm welcome by Kerry the practice manager and then had my consultation. Shamir explained everything in depth and said I just needed a filling at this stage not the root canal treatment. I came yesterday for my filling and again given a lovely welcome by the lady on reception. I then had my filling which I have to say was the best experience I have ever had. I did not feel a thing and both Shamir and his dental nurse were great, calm and gentle. I definitely now have my confidence back when going to the dentist and I will now go nowhere else!!! Fantastic experience: The Waterden Dental Practice was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago. It has such a lovely, friendly atmosphere! I had a root canal/crown procedure a couple of years ago with Richard / Mittal which was painless with great results (unlike a previous experience elsewhere!) I have recently had a tooth implant by Mo which I am absolutely thrilled with. He did such a good job. It’s quite an invested procedure which happens over a few months but the end result is outstanding. Mo explained everything as he went along and it wasn’t at all painful (just a bit uncomfortable at times). Thoroughly recommend!

I’m not registered with Waterden dental practice but regardless, when they heard i was in pain they went above and beyond to get me an appointment within the hour which was exceptional. Important for me, given past experiences, is that they are minimally invasive, doing their best to rescue teeth for example, rather than immediately going for removal and highly expensive implants etc. Also there is parking!

Traditionally I have not always been a fan of visiting the dentist due to a needle phobia, 5 years ago I went to the practice and Mitul (Dentist) was fantastic with me. Very patient and helped me with my phobia to the point where I now visit every 6 months and don't get fearful if I ever need a needle. The practice take time to know their patients, starting with the reception team who are warm and welcoming. Due to the professionalism of the team, I've also undertaken teeth straightening, whitening as well as using the hygienists. I can not fault the service and value they offer.

Fantastic experience: Like many people, if not most, I tend to face the idea of going to the dentist with utter trepidation. However, with Waterden they have managed to make every visit an utter treat! It is a wonderful team who are very skilled and clearly experienced to the point where I nearly fell asleep whilst having a filling; I honestly don't think I've ever had such a comfortable experience at any other dentist in my 40 odd years. The hygienist is thorough but gentle and, a big plus for me, no one tries to "upsell" other treatments, something I have experienced elsewhere. Even so, prices are extremely reasonable. I can't recommend this team enough and bizarrely I'm looking forward to my next visit...

Ordered some at home whitening trays which arrived very late from the provider and although no fault of theirs at all, Waterden offered complimentary zoom whitening so I was sparkling white for a big event that weekend. Fantastic experience: I have been following WDP instagram for some time now as I’m very intrigued with the type of services dentists offer and it’s such an insight. It’s so much easier to see prices without having to ring or call round. It’s great to see real life work for real clients. Both Mo, our main dentist and Mitul, whom we've used once or twice, are outstanding in terms of their excellent and professional quality of service which is of a very high standard. Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of Waterden Dental Practice for 10+ years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. Mitul is a fantastic dentist and always takes the time to fully explain when and why treatment might be needed following a check-up. He has a calming influence which is great for nervous patients. Alongside this, they have always had a first-class team of hygienists who are passionate about what they do and provide sound advice. There is parking available outside the practice and the reception areas and treatment rooms are always immaculate as you'd expect. Reception is always well manned and professionally run by Kerry and her team and the communication you get for upcoming appointments and the odd reschedule are handled very well. Situated just off Guildford town centre and a short walk from London Road station they are easy to get to.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to have won an incredible competition ran by Waterden Dental Practice for teeth whitening worth £595, this is something I have always wanted so I was over the moon when I found out from their friendly team that I had won! It was super easy to book an appointment and from then on the practice were great at sending reminders up until the day of my whitening. When I arrived I was greeted by both Charlotte and Mitul who were great at putting me at ease (I was slightly nervous due to having sensitive teeth). I felt very reassured by them and was told it would not hurt at all, and they were right! I didn’t feel a thing ☺️ Mitul is very friendly and clearly an expert at what he does. He has a lovely manner about him and is very thorough with his explanations. After the whitening I was so pleased to see such incredible results already! I am continuing the whitening at home. The treatment was completed to an extremely high standard within 3 months, Mitul was informative, helpful & attended to all of my requests throughout, as did My Dental nurse Charlotte, who was also extremely helpful, sending regular appointment reminders, assisting my treatment to help achieve the perfect finish & ensuring I was comfortable every step of the journey. Fantastic experience: I was in absolute agony with my tooth and we spent all Friday evening and Saturday morning trying to get an emergency dentist to help. Luckily I phoned waterden dental practice in Guildford and spoke to a lovely women called kerry who was fantastic! Kerry was so friendly and helpful and reassured us that we would get help today! Within 1.5 hours of the phone call my tooth was examined, x-rayed and was extracted by the dentist and I was finally out of pain! 10/10 service couldn’t recommend more!

Negative experience: Whilst the service is good I ended up recieving superb treatment in Albania for in under £80 when Waterden had quoted me just shy of £1000. How are their prices explained by anything other than sheer greed? Especially when no one currently with an NHS dentist is able to find one?

Fantastic experience: Only recently moved to Waterden Dental Practice and I've been blown away by the experience so far. I was able to get an appointment within a week and upon arriving at the practice I was greeted by the very friendly Practice manager, Kerry. My appointment was with Mitul who was early (never happened to me before!) and was great at putting my mind at ease with my phobia of needles and teeth impressions! Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. I hadn't been to the dentist for some years, and needed a painful tooth looked at urgently in September. I was also very anxious and nervous. Dr Mohammed Husban was very calm, reassuring and understanding, immediately putting me at ease. I needed to have an extraction which they managed to fit in for me with no prior notice. Needless to say, I was quite nervous, but they were all so kind and reassuring. The oral surgeon, Dr Hani Dajani, did a fantastic job of explaining the procedure, and the extraction itself was surprisingly fast. They did everything they could to calm my nerves. The healing post-procedure was brilliant, I was very impressed. I honestly felt in such good hands. The practice was also very clean and sterile. I then returned a few months later to see the Hygienist, Nonsi. Nonsi did an amazing job on my teeth (despite having to clean through a tricky brace on my lower teeth). She was very kind, patient and understanding. I was impressed with how she managed to clean my teeth thoroughly without any pain for the whole duration (and in some really tricky areas!). So glad I have found this dental practice, it's a real gem! I shall be visiting again for further treatments and have recommended it to all my family and friends.

I joined the membership plan at great value and receive 2 dental check ups, and 2 hygiene appointments annually - plus more. I can easily get an appointment, the practice has free parking and feel the quality of care is so much better! Would recommended to anyone who is apprehensive about leaving an NHS practice.
