Fantastic experience: The dentist (MrZaric) was extremely kind and supportive; he took time to explain every procedure and listened to my concerns. I have had a fear of dentists for many years and for the first time in my life a visit to the dentist was a pleasurable experience. Other staff are very friendly and helpful too and a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming, pleasant atmosphere in the surgery. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have had an eight month journey under the care of Pramit Patel, I have gone from missing teeth and dentures to implants, as much as I was nervous Pramit and the whole of the team gained my trust, they are all very professional and at the same time very friendly, I would 100% recommend Zental and I will certainly not be going anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: As with most, I was also nervous going to dentist but the Dr who saw me was just amazing! he was super calm, made me feel very at ease and explained in detail my tooth extraction process. He said the whole procedure would take about 15 mins but it actually took less than 10 mins - he basically under promised and over delivered! The entire team from Front of House to the Doctors are all just AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: Thank you for my mums 4 in one day implants and all the great care. My mum has a perfect smile now and can properly chew food. Fantastic experience: I'm a patient of Dr. Nitin Joshi. He's the greatest dentist I've ever had. I've always had a trauma with dentists until I met him. An amazing professional with an unlimited amount of expertise. He explains the whole process of the treatments and the final product is exceptional. I feel totally at ease and the whole experience is painless. I travel 2 ½ hours for my appointments, but it is worth it! He's simply the best!!!

Fantastic experience: My dentist was Abdul rashid and Dominique and they were both super super kind and helpful. It was my first time going private and my first time having a tooth out and I was so so scared, they worked hard to calm my anxiety. I felt as comfortable as I possible could have been given the situation thanks to them. Also I was told my tooth was going to be complicated but they were so quick and efficient!! The receptionist was so friendly but I didn’t catch her name, the place was so welcoming and calming inside ANDDD they let me keep my tooth which I was excited about. Would definitely recommend and will be coming out when I eventually need the other one out!! The price was not as bad as I thought which was a nice surprise. Originally ally didn’t know I was going to have it taken out today but they took time explaining it to me and gave me the choice and I am glad I got it over with. Would recommend headphones

Fantastic experience: After not having been to Zental before I was looking for an emergency appointment for my 6 year old daughter, which Zental at Bexleyheath were able to help us with! Reception staff were extremely welcoming and Dr. Nitin Joshi was extremely kind, patient and non-judgmental (as was his dental assistant Dominique) when my daughter needed a filling; and on her follow up appointment was again, very patient understanding and helpful, answering any questions that I had. We were assured that if there was any problems with the treatment that my daughter had had that we were to contact the practice straight away - we had no issues! My younger daughter and I are now both booked in to go back and see him.

Positive experience: Visited the Bexleyheath clinic to discuss implant options. Very nice reception area and the staff were very pleasant. The consultation was free ( unlike a lot of others these days) and the dentist was very professional and explained my options without wasn't pushing me towards the most expensive procedures. I agreed to certain work at what I consider to be a reasonable cost. ( Sorry but one star off for the 35 minute wait to be seen)

From start to finish Zental were amazing , from the very helpful lovely understanding receptionist , to the wonderful orthodontist that explained everything as she went along . Fantastic experience: Today I was booked in at 3.15 I was shaking from head to foot just making the appt on the phone after not going to the dentist In 32 years!!! FEAR ABSOLUTE FEAR. After walking through the door and crying uncontrollably and feeling really stupid I was met but the practice manger and the receptionist who were instantly attentive calm and reassuring…….. it didn’t stop there I was then met by Maria and her assistant which were also just as fantastic I can not tell you how LIFE CHANGING this experience was to the point I had some temporary work done and no sedation to go as far as a treatment plan to finally have lovely teeth. Fantastic experience: I was very ashamed if my teeth, owing to bad experiences with a terrible dentist when I was young I went to the dentist only when I had severe toothache and only if I could be sedated. I decided to have implants after seeing numerous adverts and reading up about them, I toyed with going to Turkey and then thought if something went wrong where do I go. I found Zental through an internet search, they offered teeth in a day all under sedation. I had both complete top and bottom sets and my remaining 13 teeth and 3 crowns all removed, and came out with a beautiful temporary set of teeth. I wasn’t in pain at all, two days later I did get quite bad bruising which was a bit of a shock but it went after a couple of days, a few months later I had the permanent sets fitted and they look brilliant. I know longer put my hands in front of my mouth when talking to anyone or refuse to have my photo taken, I gave much more confidence and would recommend to anyone like me to invest and I would like to highly recommend Zental to do this for you - a brilliant investment. The after care is great, staff helpful and friendly too!! Thank you Zental xx

Fantastic experience: After a very unpleasant few visits to another orthodontist, I decided call Zental to ask for help with removing my son’s braces as he wasn’t coping with them. I explained our problems with his sensory needs and his autism and Eva on reception was so caring and understanding, she booked my son in for a consultation and removal swiftly and even asked if there was anything extra they could do to make him feel more comfortable. We had a fantastic meeting with Dr Abdul who took the time to get to know my son and make him feel at ease. My son said he has never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair. We went back today for the removal of braces and we couldn’t be any happier with the level of service and care we experienced at Zental. I’ve booked myself in for a consultation and I can’t wait to start my journey with them too. So I highly recommend this practice!

After making the decision that I needed to take my dental health more seriously, I took the plunge and booked an appointment with Zental after reading the great reviews. I can happily say that the reviews are well justified. This practice is unlike the ones I remember, exuding a calm atmosphere not unlike a beauty spa. The staff are all lovely and friendly, putting me at ease from the start. The treatment plan itself (check, clean and fillings) was carried out with the utmost care and compassion by Dr Mota, who took the time to first understand my concerns and needs then to explain at critical points what he was doing and why. Fantastic experience: I had my tooth extracted with an nhs doctor and it was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced and they couldn’t remove the root and crumbled the tooth and told me I would have to wait 6 months to have it surgically removed. So I went to zental and dr rashid removed the tooth within 2 minutes and I didn’t even feel him pull it out I was amazed. I would definitely recommend going to them

Fantastic experience: I have a massive phobia and haven't had any dental treatment following a horrendous experience 15 years ago. A wobbly front tooth forced me to seek treatment and I chose Zental after looking at the Reviews. Dr Abdul was kind, sensitive and reassuring and made no judgement. Fantastic experience: My first visit at Zental was outstanding, I am normally terrified attending dentist, this was not the case at all. I was made to feel welcome, everyone welcomed me with smile, which made me feel I had made the right decision approaching Zental. Negative experience: The worst experience I have ever had, they do not inform you well about the prices and they force you to pay I do not recommend this clinic, it is a scam.

Fantastic experience: My implant surgery went well and by second day I only have some swelling to face and pain level is minimal can manage with ibuprofen was given medication to prevent infection too and given all information I needed to know to carry on my oral care at home while in recovery stage My dentist and nurse were lovely felt calm and comfortable all the way through thank you

Fantastic experience: The staff and the dentist Emma Brown are very friendly. I was very comfortable when I was receiving my treatment. It's a very calm and clean environment. The dentist was gentle, very passionate about care to her clients. Emma is amazing, I had a bad experience before I met Emma. However, Emma made a huge difference. She is amazing and I was very impressed with the treatment

I had treatment carried out at their Bexleyheath Surgery where the Reception team were always smiling and polite and the dental team are excellent.I was fortunate that I had Dr Abdul Bussuri to undertake my dental work. He's a brilliant dentist who is very affable and with a fantastic manner. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Zental and Dr Bussuri to anyone thinking of having work undertaken.
